CERVICAL CYTOLOGICAL SCREENING AND MANAGEMENT IN PREGNANT AND POSTPARTUM WOMEN

Objective To examine and follow up cervical cytology of pregnant and postpartum women and study their cytopathologic characteristics, so as to determine screening and managing programs for abnormal cervical cytology. Methods Totally 5296 patients in pregnancy and postpartum, in which 3729 by computer-assisted cytology test and 1567 by liquid-based monolayers cytology test, were examined and diagnosed by the Bethesda System made in 2001. Those proven epithelial abnormalities patients were followed up until the lesions regressed to normal. The remaining patients, who exhibited persistent abnormalities or progression, were given further examinations. Results The positive rate of cervical cytological test was 8.72% (462/5296), including squamous carcinoma (SCA) 1 case(0.02%), high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) 34 cases(0.64%), low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) 145 cases(2.74%),atypical glandular cells (AGC) 5 cases(0.09%),atypical squamous cells cannot exclude HSIL (ASC-H) 14 cases(0.26%), atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASC-US) 263 cases(4.97%). The 419 proven cytological abnormality cases were followed up successfully. The total transnegative rate in three months was 73.74% (309/419), in which 303 cases (72.32%) persisted normal status for more than six months after regression. And the transnegative rate of ASC-US, ASC-H, AGC, LSIL, and HSIL were 79.56%, 64.29%, 100%, 72.14% and 44.12%, respectively. Forty-six cases received biopsy directed by colposcopy. The distribution of coincidence of cytopathologic and histopathologic diagnosis was: SCA 1 case (100%), HSIL 10 cases (76.92%), LSIL 13 cases (65%),ASC-H 2 cases (50%), ASC-US 3 cases (37.50%), total 29 cases (63.04%). Conclusions We should cast more attention to screening cervix lesions in pregnant and postpartum women. Their cytopathologic characteristics are liable to make the clinician give a false positive diagnosis. So we propose to follow up them closely and

Feature Matching via Topology-Aware Graph Interaction Model

Feature matching plays a key role in computer vision. However, due to the limitations of the descriptors, the putative matches are inevitably contaminated by massive *** paper attempts to tackle the outlier filtering problem from two aspects. First, a robust and efficient graph interaction model,is proposed, with the assumption that matches are correlated with each other rather than independently distributed. To this end, we construct a graph based on the local relationships of matches and formulate the outlier filtering task as a binary labeling energy minimization problem, where the pairwise term encodes the interaction between matches. We further show that this formulation can be solved globally by graph cut algorithm. Our new formulation always improves the performance of previous localitybased method without noticeable deterioration in processing time,adding a few milliseconds. Second, to construct a better graph structure, a robust and geometrically meaningful topology-aware relationship is developed to capture the topology relationship between matches. The two components in sum lead to topology interaction matching(TIM), an effective and efficient method for outlier filtering. Extensive experiments on several large and diverse datasets for multiple vision tasks including general feature matching, as well as relative pose estimation, homography and fundamental matrix estimation, loop-closure detection, and multi-modal image matching, demonstrate that our TIM is more competitive than current state-of-the-art methods, in terms of generality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Cellulose nanofiber-coated delignified wood as an efficient filter for microplastic removal

Microplastics（MPs） are a new type of emerging pollutant in the aquatic environment that pose a tremendous risk to aquatic organisms and human health. Although many studies have focused on the removal of MPs, most of the materials used are non-renewable, non-degradable, and relatively costly. The development of green, renewable,and cost-effective materials for the removal of MPs presents a significant challenge. In this work, cellulose nanofiber-coated, delignified wood（CNF-CDW） was prepared and used as an efficient filter to remove MPs for the first time. Balsa wood chip was delignified through three approaches using NaClO2, Na2SO3/NaOH, and a deep eutectic solvent（DES） consisting of choline chloride/lactic acid. Delignified wood（DW） with desirable mechanical properties and a high pore structure was successfully prepared by optimizing the delignification method and reaction conditions. Subsequently, the CNF-CDW was prepared through immersion of DW in a suspension of cellulose nanofiber（CNF）, followed by crosslinking with CaCl2solutions. The effects of CNF concentration, CaCl2concentration, and wood chip thickness on the removal efficiency and flux of CNF-CDW towards polystyrene（PS）MPs were systematically studied. Under the optimal conditions of 0.5 wt% CNF, 1 mol/L CaCl2, and 10 mm in thickness, the CNF-CDW exhibited superior MPs removal performance, with a removal efficiency of 95.97% and a flux of 1146 L/m2·h. Morphological analysis revealed that CNF formed compact films on the surface DW, and MPs were efficiently blocked both on the surface and internal cellular structure of CNF-CDW. Therefore, with its exceptional filtration efficiency, high flux, and sustainable nature, CNF-CDW has a broad application prospect in the field of removing MPs from aquatic environment, promoting a brighter and cleaner future for aquatic ecosystems and human well-being.

Preparation and characterization of Rb-doped TiO_(2) powders for photocatalytic applications

Study on carbon emission calculation method and carbon reduction indexes of urban building stock

Carbon emissions associated with buildings are a major source of urban emissions. To put forward the methods and strategies to curb carbon emissions from urban building stock, it is not only necessary to establish a carbon emission calculation method for fine statistical analysis, but also to evaluate carbon emissions of urban planning schemes with applicable indexes. Currently,researches mainly focus on carbon emissions of individual buildings. When expanded to urban building stock, the calculation faces the lack of basic data, inadequate spatial analysis and unspecific carbon reduction indexes. Therefore, this study proposes a bottom-up calculation method for urban building stock, conducts spatial analysis based on carbon balance of urban grids, reveals the coupling mechanism between urban carbon reduction indexes and grid carbon emissions, and systematically establishes a carbon-reduction-oriented urban planning method that comprises calculation, analysis and evaluation, which is applied to Xi'an,China. This study provides a theoretical reference for cities to formulate carbon reduction targets and implement planning strategies by evaluating and predicting carbon emissions from urban building stock.
