Neurological abnormalities identified via neuroimaging are common in patients with Alzheimer’s ***,it is not yet possible to easily detect these abnormalities using head computed tomography in the early stages of the *** this review,we evaluated the ways in which modern imaging techniques such as positron emission computed tomography,single photon emission tomography,magnetic resonance spectrum imaging,structural magnetic resonance imaging,magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging,magnetic resonance perfusion weighted imaging,magnetic resonance sensitive weighted imaging,and functional magnetic resonance imaging have revealed specific changes not only in brain structure,but also in brain function in Alzheimer’s disease *** reviewed literature indicated that decreased fluorodeoxyglucose metabolism in the temporal and parietal lobes of Alzheimer’s disease patients is frequently observed via positron emission computed ***,patients with Alzheimer’s disease often show a decreased N-acetylaspartic acid/creatine ratio and an increased myoinositol/creatine ratio revealed via magnetic resonance *** of the entorhinal cortex,hippocampus,and posterior cingulate gyrus can be detected early using structural magnetic resonance *** resonance sensitive weighted imaging can show small bleeds and abnormal iron ***-related functional magnetic resonance imaging can display brain function activity through cerebral blood *** functional magnetic resonance imaging can display the functional connection between brain neural *** are helpful for the differential diagnosis and experimental study of Alzheimer’s disease,and are valuable for exploring the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease.

Traditionally,hyaluronic acid has been widely used for drug delivery,but the current application bottleneck is that hyaluronic acid is hydrophilic and electronegative,which makes it difficult to carry hydrophobic drugs and small interfering RNA(siRNA)with the same *** on previous studies,we designed and synthesized hyaluronic acid nanocarriers HA-spermine/N,N,N-trimethylcystamine/DOX-TPP(HSTD)for loading siRNA to overcome the problem of siRNA release caused by strong electrostatic ***,N,N,Ntrimethylcystamine in the carrier can be degraded by intracellular glutathione to completely and rapidly release siRNA,thus promoting ***,when codelivered with the chemotherapy drug doxorubicin(DOX),this novel nanocarrier showed promising synergy in inhibiting tumor growth.

The title compound （R）-3,3＇-bis（benzyloxymethyl）-1,1＇-bi-2,2＇-naphthol （R）-3 has been synthesized through the deprotection of MOM group by iprOH/HCl in 83% isolated yield and the suitable single crystals for X-ray diffraction were obtained by recrystallization at room temperature from the mixture solvents. Crystallographic data for （R）-3： C36H30O4, Mr = 526.60, triclinic, space group P1, a = 10.057（6）, b = 11.934（7）, c = 12.314（6） A, α = 85.52（2）, β = 70.245（13）, γ = 76.554（11）°, Z= 2, V 1352.8（13） A^3, Dc = 1.293 g/cm^3, F（000） = 556, R = 0.0745, wR = 0.1933 and #（MoKa） = 0.083 mm^-1. The title compound （R）-3 was found to be effective in the enantioselective addition of diethylzinc to aldehydes both in the presence and absence of Ti（Oipr）4. In the latter case, （R）-3 showed much higher catalytic activity and enantioselectivity than （R）-BINOL＇s.

Poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)thin films,obtained by normal spin-coating and solvent vapor assisted spin-coating(SVASP)before and after thermal annealing(TA),and the corresponding devices were prepared to unravel the microstructure-property relationship,which is of great importance for the development of organic *** SVASP-TA films were used as the active layers of the organic field-effect transistors,a hole mobility up to 0.38 cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1)was *** mobility was one of the highest values and one order of magnitude higher than that of the normal spin-coating films based *** relationship between the microstructure and the device performance was fully investigated by UV-Vis absorption spectra,grazing incident X-ray diffraction(GIXD),and atomic force microscopy(AFM).The impressive mobility was attributed to the high crystallinity and ordered molecule packing,which stem from the synergistic effects of SVASP and thermal annealing.

A theoretical model is established in this paper to investigate the micro-particle behavior in the static water. The forces acting on the micro-particles are analyzed to obtain a description of the micro-particle behavior in the static water. It is shown that the velocity of the micro-particles is a function of the diameter of the micro-particles, the density of the fluid and the micro-particles, the viscosity and the time. The micro-particle＇s motion undergoes an accelerating period and a constant velocity period, and the acceleration period of small micro-particles is very short, its velocity is much smaller than that of larger ones. The net flux of a control-volume in the flow field is calculated combined with the Fick Law. It is shown that the transport coefficient is a function of the diameter of the micro-particles, the density of the fluid and the micro-particles, the viscosity and the temperature. The transport of smaller particles is more extended than the larger ones. The digital holography technology is applied to detect the micro-particle＇s motion and the comparison between the theoretical solution and the experimental results is made, with a quantitative agreement between them.

Pure metal-doped(Cu,Zn)Fe2O4 was synthesized from Zn-containing electric arc furnace dust(EAFD)by solid-state reaction using copper salt as *** effects of pretreated EAFD-to-Cu2(OH)2CO3·6H2O mass ratio,calcination time,and calcination temperature on the structure and catalytic ability were systematically *** the optimum conditions,the decolorization efficiency and total organic carbon(TOC)removal efficiency of the as-prepared ferrite for treating a Rhodamine B solution were approximately 90.0%and 45.0%,respectively,and the decolorization efficiency remained 83.0%after five recycles,suggesting that the as-prepared(Cu,Zn)Fe2O4 was an efficient heterogeneous Fenton-like catalyst with high *** high catalytic activity mainly depended on the synergistic effect of iron and copper ions occupying octahedral *** importantly,the toxicity characteristic leaching procedure(TCLP)analysis illustrated that the toxic Zncontaining EAFD was transformed into harmless(Cu,Zn)Fe2O4 and that the concentrations of toxic ions in the degraded solution were all lower than the national emission standard(GB/31574-2015),further confirming that the as obtained sample is an environment-friendly heterogeneous Fenton-like catalyst.

The pro-inflammatory profile of M1 macrophage accumulation in adipose tissue is a central event leading to the metabolic complications of ***,the mechanisms by which M1 macrophages are enriched in adipose tissue during weight gain remain incompletely ***,we investigated the effects of adipocyte-derived microvesicles(ADM)on modulating macrophage phenotype in mice and explored the involved molecular signalling *** found that,compared with ADM from lean mice(SD ADM),ADM from obese mice(HFD ADM)significantly enhanced M1 marker *** quantitative RTPCR assay demonstrated that miR-155 was upregulated in both HFD ADM and HFD ADM-treated *** depleting miR-155 expression in HFD ADM and increasing miR-155 level in SD ADM,we further illustrated that miR-155 in ADM-induced M1 macrophage ***,in contrast to SD ADM,HFD ADM significantly decreased the protein level of SOCS1,a proven miR-155 target,leading to activation of STAT1,and suppression of STAT6 signalling;these effects were reversed by silencing miR-155 in HFD ***,the supernatant of bone marrow-derived macrophages pre-stimulated with miR-155-bearing ADM interfered with insulin signalling and insulin-induced glucose uptake in ***,these results provide the first evidence that M1 macrophage polarization can be mediated by miR-155-bearing ADM,which reciprocally regulates insulin signalling and glucose uptake in *** study reveals a novel mechanism through which obesity induces an imbalance in the M1-to-M2 macrophage ratio in adipose tissue,thus causing chronic inflammation and local insulin resistance.

BACKGROUND The Rome IV criteria eliminated abdominal discomfort for irritable bowel syndrome(IBS), which was previously included in Rome III. There are questions as to whether IBS patients with abdominal discomfort(seen in Rome III but not Rome IV) are different from those with abdominal pain(Rome IV).AIM To compare bowel symptoms and psychosocial features in IBS patients diagnosed with Rome III criteria with abdominal discomfort, abdominal pain, and pain &*** We studied IBS patients meeting Rome III criteria. We administered the IBS symptom questionnaire, psychological status, and IBS quality of life. Patients were classified according to the predominant abdominal symptom associated with defecation into an only pain group, only discomfort group, and pain & discomfort group. We compared bowel symptoms, extraintestinal symptoms, IBS quality of life, psychological status and healthcare-seeking behaviors, and efficacy among the three groups. Finally, we tested risk factors for symptom reporting in IBS *** Of the 367 Rome III IBS patients enrolled, 33.8%(124 cases) failed to meet Rome IV criteria for an IBS diagnosis. There were no meaningful differences between the pain group(n = 233) and the discomfort group(n = 83) for the following:(1) Frequency of defecatory abdominal pain or discomfort;(2) Bowel habits;(3) Coexisting extragastrointestinal pain;(4) Comorbid anxiety and depression;and(5) IBS quality of life scores except more patients in the discomfort group reported mild symptom than the pain group(22.9% vs 9.0%). There is a significant tendency for patients to report their defecatory and non-defecatory abdominal symptom as pain alone, or discomfort alone, or pain & discomfort(all P < 0.001).CONCLUSION IBS patients with abdominal discomfort have similar bowel symptoms and psychosocial features to those with abdominal pain.
