黄河口埕岛海域土性特征的统计分析

通过搜集汇总埕岛海域地质勘察资料,绘制表层土体的平面分布,分析该区粉质黏土、粉土和淤泥质土的土性均值、变异系数和互相关系数,结果发现,埕岛海域沉积的土体主要以粉土和粉质黏土为主;该区土体重度、含水量、孔隙比和液塑限变异系... 详细信息

通过搜集汇总埕岛海域地质勘察资料,绘制表层土体的平面分布,分析该区粉质黏土、粉土和淤泥质土的土性均值、变异系数和互相关系数,结果发现,埕岛海域沉积的土体主要以粉土和粉质黏土为主;该区土体重度、含水量、孔隙比和液塑限变异系数均较小,压缩性参数变异系数相对较大;根据文中的回归公式,可由含水量求出孔隙比、重度和压缩参数。最后基于Vanmarcke土层随机场模型,采用空间递推法计算土性在竖向上的非均匀程度,竖向相关距离位于0.49～0.93m之间,且与水深无相关性。

埕岛海域波浪引起不同区域土体的液化程度

收集埕岛海域地区近十余年的地质勘察资料,汇总该区地质灾害的类型及其分布情况,发现该区存在着凹坑、冲沟、滑塌、泥流舌、海底穿刺、粗糙海底和埋藏古河道等地质灾害,在海域西北、中部和东南部均有分布,简要探讨形成机理,计算波浪循... 详细信息

收集埕岛海域地区近十余年的地质勘察资料,汇总该区地质灾害的类型及其分布情况,发现该区存在着凹坑、冲沟、滑塌、泥流舌、海底穿刺、粗糙海底和埋藏古河道等地质灾害,在海域西北、中部和东南部均有分布,简要探讨形成机理,计算波浪循环荷载在海床中产生的循环应力比,以及根据标贯击数和黏粒含量建立土体的循环阻抗比,然后,计算不同风浪等级下每个钻孔1m深度处土体抗液化安全系数,采用surfer8.0软件绘制安全系数等值线图。发现抗液化性能较好的区域主要分布在海域中部三块地区,随着风浪等级增大,整个区域内液化面积也逐渐扩大,海域东南地区有少量油井和管线分布,区地质灾害发生频率较高,土体抗液化性能较差,工程设施应重视较大风浪期间土体液化对其安全性能的影响。

Acne inversa/hidradenitis suppurativa is a chronic,recurrent,inflammatory skin disease that affects the pilosebaceous units,causinfollicular *** etiology and pathogenesis of acne inversa/hidradenitis suppurativa involves internal and external factors such as genetic susceptibility,inflammation and immunity,microorganisms,obesity,and *** inversa/hidradenitis suppurativa is difficult to treat,and the current aim of treatment is to control the frequency and duration of disease flares and improve the quality of *** protocols for acne inversa/hidradenitis suppurativa should be selected based on the disease severity *** treatments include antibiotics,retinoids,biologics,immunosuppressive agents,and antiandrogen *** treatments include surgery and laser/light *** consensus aims to further standardize the diagnosis and treatment procedures of acne inversa/hidradenitis suppurativa in China to facilitate its diagnosis and treatment.

Aging biomarkers are a combination of biological parameters to(i)assess age-related changes,(ii)track the physiological aging process,and(iii)predict the transition into a pathological *** a broad spectrum of aging biomarkers has been developed,their potential uses and limitations remain poorly *** immediate goal of biomarkers is to help us answer the following three fundamental questions in aging research:How old are we?Why do we get old?And how can we age slower?This review aims to address this ***,we summarize our current knowledge of biomarkers developed for cellular,organ,and organismal levels of aging,comprising six pillars:physiological characteristics,medical imaging,histological features,cellular alterations,molecular changes,and secretory *** fulfill all these requisites,we propose that aging biomarkers should qualify for being specific,systemic,and clinically relevant.

Background Data on the epidemiology of hypertension in Chinese non-dialysis chronic kidney disease （CKD） patients are *** aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the non-dialysis CKD patients through a nationwide,multicenter study in *** The survey was performed in 61 tertiary hospitals in 31 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in China （except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Trained physicians collected demographic and clinical data and measured blood pressure （BP） using a standardized *** was defned as systolic BP ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥90 mmHg,and/or use of antihypertensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg were used as the 2 thresholds of hypertension *** multivariate logistic regression with adjustment for sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hypertension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** prevalence,awareness,and treatment of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients were 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hypertensive CKD patients,33.1% and 14.1% had controlled BP to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the prevalence of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients increased,but the control of hypertension decreased （P〈0.001）.When the threshold of BP 〈130/80 mmHg was considered,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension in CKD 2,3a,3b,4,and 5 stages increased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times compared with CKD 1 stage,respectively （P〈0.05）.Using the threshold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased in advanced stages （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension Chinese non-dialysis CKD patients was high,and the hypertension control was *** successive CKD stages,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased.
