This paper proposed an novel improved particle swarm optimizer(pSO) algorithm with global convergence *** global optimum position is unpredictable,so a random solution is introduced to the improved pSO as the best solution(p) in the end of every *** novel search strategy enables the improved pSO to make use of the uncertain information,in addition to experience,to achieve better quahty *** proof shows the novel random search strategy enables the improved pSO to own the performance of global *** of well-known benchmarks used in evolutionary optimization methods are used to evaluate the performance of the improved *** experiments,we observe that the improved pSO significantly improves the pSO’s performance and performs better than the basic pSO and other recent variants of pSO.

In this paper, a novel robust adaptive control scheme for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems is proposed using disturbance observer and backstepping ***, a disturbance observer is developed using radial basis function(rBF) neural *** parameter updated law of the rBF neural network is given for monitoring subsystem disturbance *** robust adaptive control scheme is then presented with backstepping method based on the designed disturbance *** uniform ultimate boundedness(SGUUB) of all signals in the closed-loop uncertain nonlinear system is *** closed-loop system stability analysis shows that semiglobal uniform boundedness of all signals is guaranteed by appropriately choosing design ***, two examples are taken to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

Noise perturbation and time delay are ubiquitous in both natural and man-made systems, and must be taken into consideration in the design of synchronization. For solving the synchronization problem between two delayed bi-directionally coupled networks with noise perturbation, a synchronization criteria based on adaptive coupling was firstly presented in this paper. Based on LaSalle-type invariance principle for stochastic differential delay equations, the adaptive update laws of the coupling strengths are obtained to realize the synchronization. And the configuration matrices of the networks are not required to be symmetric and irreducible. Numerical simulations are given to show the correctness and effectiveness of theoretical results.

Complicated product QFD system design information including design and manufacturing, operation and maintenance as well as relative supply information, all are tightly related to the product life cycle cooperative design and the process of establishing the QFD system. In the early stage of product design, we can only get the fuzzy and unreliable information. With design going, the fuzzy and unreliable information become less and less. The defect of the traditional QFD is not deal with the fuzzy contents very well. Adopt database class encapsulation and fuzzy inference technology, and then discuss the realization of QFD system based on VFp database. The structure of the fuzzy QFD system based on database class's encapsulation is built and the work flow of fuzzy algorithm based on VFp software is presented. In the analysis of fuzzy QFD process, fuzzy inference is adopted. A developed prototype system and an example have verified some presented techniques and the research results are the basis of the future development.

＜正＞ Outlier deteetion has very important applied value in data mining literature. Different outlier detection algorithms based on distinct theories have different definitions and mining processes. The three-dimensional space graph for constructing applied algorithms and an improved GridOf algorithm were proposed in terms of analyzing the existing outlier detection algorithms from criterion and theory.

LY-04 and WSQIF are newly-synthesized compounds which were presented by the Institute of pesticides Chemistry, Central china Normal university. LY-04 belongs to α-oxophosphonic acid derivatives, while WSQIF is an aromatic acetyl oxophosphonic acid derivative. In this study, the toxicity of LY-04 and WSQIF on Scenedesmus obliquus Kütz was examined. The EC 50 of LY-04 and WSQIF were determined in S. obliquus cells at 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h represented by cell density. Our data showed that the 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h EC 50 of LY-04 were 1983mg/L, 2943mg/L, 240mg/L and 65.0mg/L acetone, respectively, and the 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h EC 50 of WSQIF were 15.9mg/L, 53.0mg/L, 98.0mg/L and 28.8mg/L respectively. LY-04 displayed a higher insecticidal activity, while WSQIF showed a higher phytocidal activity. As LY-04 and WSQIF were designed to act as insecticide and herbicide, respectively, the results were in contrast to the anticipated ones. According to the toxicant classification standard, EC 50 of both substances was far higher than 3mg/L, while the toxicity of LY-04 and WSQIF to aquatic algae were fairly low, indicating that these two pesticides are rather safe to the aquatic ecosystem.

＜正＞In this paper,the problem of state feedback stabilization for switched singular networked control systems with time-delay is ***,the modeling problem is *** the sensor node is time-driven,the controller and executor are event-driven,assuming the sensor data are transmitted with single data packed and the transfer delay is less than one sampled period,the system can be modeled as an linear discrete switched system with *** Lyapunov function,we can easily determine the stability of the *** Matlab LMI toolbox,we can obtain the state feedback control law at the same time. Finally,an example is presented to illustrate that the proposed method is efficient.
