Global air pollution has become a major threat to human health. Daily variations in air pollution have been linked to increased risks of cardiopulmonaryrelated morbidity and mortality. In particular, fine particulate matter(PM) with an aerodynamic diameter ≤ 2.5 μm(PM2.5), which mostly originates from coal combustion, vehicle exhaust, and open sources in Chinese cities, is detrimental to health[1].Epidemiological and experimental investigations have demonstrated that long-term exposure to PM2.5, the most dangerous particulate in the Earth’s atmosphere, is a pivotal risk factor for cardiorespiratory diseases.

重型燃气轮机压气机试验台系统的动力学性能由试验台转子与试验件转子共同决定。对于已经建成的试验台,在实际运转过程中,需要满足不同试验件的实验需求。因此,在设计试验件转子时,需要考虑其对试验台转子横振不平衡响应的影响。将未知试验件转子的动力学特性模化为试验台转子和试验件转子交界面上的机械阻抗,在交界面处利用机械阻抗综合法的阻抗匹配原理来确定试验件转子对试验台转子横振不平衡响应的影响,得出未知试验件转子的设计限制范围。最后,建立了某一试验台转子和试验件转子的动力学模型,分析了该系统的横向振动不平衡响应,验证了试验件转子不平衡响应的设计限制范围的有效性。研究结论为压气机试验件转子的设计提供了指导意见。

Background Patients with prior coronary artery bypass graft （CABG） have a poor outcome after acute myocardial infarction （AMI）.Little is known about the treatment strategy and outcome of percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） in these *** purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of graft versus native artery PCI on the outcomes of prior CABG patients with *** Between September 2005 and October 2011,a total of 140 consecutive patients with previous CABG undergoing PCI for the treatment of AMI were ***/procedural characteristics and long-term clinical outcomes were compared between graft and native artery PCI *** The mean time interval to prior CABG was （5.6±4.2） *** patients received graft PCI,success rate being 90%.One hundred and ten patients received native artery PCI,success rate being 90.7% （P 〉0.05）.There were no significant differences in the basic characteristics between the two *** patients received drug eluting stents （DESs）.Three patients died during hospitalization in the graft-PCI group （10% *** PCI 0,P 〈0.05）.After a median followup of two years,major adverse cardiac events （MACE）（myocardial infarction,target vessel revascularization,total death） were 20% with no significant difference between the two *** regression analysis showed that both diabetes mellitus （DM,HR 3.57,95% CI 1.03-5.75,P 〈0.05） and primary PCI （HR 5.932,95% Cl 1.91-18.4,P 〈0.05） were independent predictors of *** More patients with prior CABG underwent native artery PCI for *** to culprit graft vessels had higher in-hospital *** and primary PCI,but not graft PCI,were predictors for adverse long-term outcome.

At high temperature,the chemical reaction mechanism at the interface of magnetite and the influence mechanism of gangue element Al on the oxidation performance of magnetite are not *** addition,due to the limitation of existing experimental equipment,it is difficult to clarify the interface reaction mechanism in the oxidation process and the influence mechanism of Al on the surface oxidation reaction of Fe_(3)O_(4) at an atomic scale at high *** surface oxidation reaction mechanism of magnetite and the influence mechanism of Al on the oxidation of magnetite were studied by experiments and AIMD(ab initio molecular dynamics).The experimental results show that the existence of Al_(2)O_(3) will reduce the initial oxidation temperature and comprehensive oxidation performance of *** AIMD results show that aluminum can accelerate the interface reaction rate of Fe_(3)O_(4) in the high-temperature oxidation atmosphere,but the strong Al-O binding ability is not conducive to the transfer of O atoms in the oxidation process.

Using the Phosphomannose Isomerase (PMI) Gene from Saccharomyces cerevisiae for Selection in Rice Transformation

The phosphomannose isomerase （PMI） gene from Saccharomyces cerevisiae acted as selectable marker and mannose acted as selective agent for the production of transgenic plants of rice （Oryza sativa L.） via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. The concentration of mannose during the selection was stepwise increased, 5 g L-1 mannose combined with 15 g L-1 sucrose and 500 mg L-1 cefotaxime was used in the initial selection stage, then the concentration of mannose was increased to 11 g L-1, the highest transformation rate was 20.0%. The integration of PMI gene was confirmed by PCR, and the result of RT-PCR assay proved that the intron of PMI gene can be excised correctly during RNA splicing. 13- Glucuronidase （GUS） activity analysis confirmed the expression of GUS gene. All those means the PMI gene from yeast can be used as a selectable marker in rice transformation.

The silver nanowires(Ag NWs)electrodes,which consist of incompact Ag nanoparticles(NPs)formed by multi-photon photoreduction,usually have poor *** effective strategy for enhancing conductivity of the Ag NWs elec-trodes is plasmon-enhanced nanosoldering(PLNS)by laser ***,plasmon-enhanced photothermal effect is used to locally solder Ag NPs and then aggregates of these NPs grow into large irregular particles in PLNS ***-nite element method(FEM)simulations indicate that the soldering process is triggered by localized surface plasmon-in-duced electric field enhancement at“hot-spots”.The effectiveness of PLNS for enhancing conductivity depends on laser power density and irradiation *** optimizing the conditions of PLNS,the electrical conductivity of Ag NWs is signific-antly enhanced and the conductivityσs is increased to 2.45×107 S/m,which is about 39%of the bulk *** PLNS of Ag NWs provides an efficient and cost-effective technique to rapidly produce large-area metal nanowire electrodes and capacitors with high conductivity,excellent uniformity,and good flexibility.

目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织配对相关同源框蛋白1(PRRX1)、血管抑制蛋白1(VASH-1)与微血管密度(MVD)、临床病理参数和预后的关系。方法:选择2018年1月至2020年1月辽宁省金秋医院行手术切除的156例NSCLC患者的癌组织及癌旁正常组织标本。应用免疫组织化学染色法检测癌组织及癌旁组织PRRX1、VASH-1的阳性表达率,并进行MVD计数。比较PRRX1阳性表达组/阴性表达组、VASH-1阳性表达组/阴性表达组MVD计数。分析PRRX1、VASH-1与NSCLC患者病理参数的关系。随访3年,应用Kaplan-meier生存曲线分析PRRX1、VASH-1阳性/阴性表达与NSCLC患者预后的关系。结果:与癌旁组织相比,NSCLC患者癌组织PRRX1阳性表达率降低,VASH-1阳性表达率升高(Pmeier法分析显示,PRRX1阳性组3年总体生存率(OS)、3年无病生存率(DFS)高于PRRX1阴性组(P<0.05),VASH-1阴性组3年OS、3年DFS高于VASH-1阳性组(P<0.05)。结论:NSCLC患者的癌组织中PRRX1阳性表达率降低,VASH-1阳性表达率升高,与淋巴结转移、TNM分期及不良预后有关。

Primary pancreatic lymphoma(PPL)is an extremely rare form of extranodal malignant *** most common histological subtype of PPL is diffuse large B cell lymphoma(DLBCL).In rare cases,PPL can also present as follicular lymphoma,small lymphocytic lymphoma,and T cell lymphoma either of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma or of Hodgkin’s lymphoma.T-cell/histiocyterich large B-cell lymphoma(T/HRBCL)is an uncommon morphologic variant of DLBCL with aggressive clinical course,it is predominantly a nodal disease,but extranodal sites such as bone marrow,liver,and spleen can be *** involvement of T/HRBCL was not presented ***,we report a 48-year-old male who was hospitalized with complaints of jaundice,dark brown urine,pale stools,and *** radiological evaluation revealed a pancreatic head mass and,following operative biopsy,the tumor was diagnosed as T/*** patient achieved remission after six cycles of CHOP ***,T/HRBCL can be treated similarly to the stage-matched DLBCL and both of them get equivalent outcomes after chemotherapy.
