为获取相对可控的电力输出额,并确保电力系统的安全稳定高效运行,基于多元接入的发展趋势与电碳耦合的发展路径,结合系统需求预测、电力电量平衡和可再生能源配额等,提出一种多元协调规划模型的构建方法。模拟实验证明,建立的模型可以测算电碳成本,规划结果可以用于缓解电力资源和负载需求之间的不一致性问题,为后续增加清洁能源的安装比例、减少碳排、优化电力结构提供理论参考。

Because the web is huge and web pages are updated frequently, the index maintained by a search engine has to refresh web pages periodically. This is extremely resource consuming because the search engine needs to crawl the web and download web pages to refresh its index, Based on present technologies of web refreshing, we present a cooperative schema between web server and search engine for maintaining freshness of web repository. The web server provides metadata defined through XML standard to describe web sites. Before updating the web page the crawler visits the meta-data files. If the meta-data indicates that the page is not modified, then the crawler will not update it. So this schema can save bandwidth resource. A primitive model based on the schema is implemented. The cost and efficiency of the schema are analyzed.

Extruded crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE)submarine cables with factory joints play a significant role in cross-sea transmission interconnection *** variations in the insulation of submarine cables and factory joints are caused by differences in process *** dielectric properties of XLPE are affected by its *** this study,samples of XLPE insulating materials were taken from the cable bulk,cable–joint transition,and factory joint,respectively,of a 500 kV high-voltage AC submarine *** crosslinked morphology was obtained by extraction and infrared *** crystal morphology was obtained by the way of etchant,differential scanning calorimetry,and X-ray *** Weibull distribution was used to gather statistics of AC breakdown *** results show that in comparison with the cable bulk,the contents of crosslinked byproducts are higher in the cable–joint transition and factory *** the same time,there is a sparse distribution in terms of crystal morphology,with the appearance of smaller grains and lower crystallinity,in the cable–joint transition and factory *** morphological variations would generate more heat during electron transport and lengthen the free paths of electrons,then lead to the occurrence of AC *** results might provide insights into the optimisation of the morphology of XLPE,in particular submarine cable factory joints.

目的研究注射用益气复脉(冻干)激活磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/丝苏氨酸蛋白激酶(PI3K/Akt)通路对小鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)的改善机制。方法将56只健康雄性小鼠按照随机数字表法分为4组:假手术组(n=8)、缺血-再灌注(I/R)组(n=16)、缺血-再灌注+注射益气复脉(冻干)组(I/R+YQFM组)(n=16)、缺血-再灌注+注射益气复脉(冻干)组+PI3K/Akt信号通路抑制剂Wortmannin注射液组(I/R+YQFM+Wort组)(n=16)。假手术组小鼠穿线但不结扎冠状动脉,等待缺血25 min后通过腹腔缓慢注射0.9%氯化钠溶液2 mL/kg。I/R组小鼠结扎前降支缺血25 min后通过腹腔缓慢注射0.9%氯化钠溶液2 mL/kg,5 min后再灌注。I/R+YQFM组小鼠同I/R组处理,仅将0.9%氯化钠溶液换为注射益气复脉(冻干)0.867 g/kg。I/R+YQFM+Wort组小鼠术前30 min经腹腔缓慢注射Wortmannin注射液1 mg/kg,其余处理同I/R+YQFM组。记录各组小鼠心脏血流动力学指标[左室舒张末内腔容积(LVESV)、左心室短轴缩短率(FS)、射血分数(EF)],并测算心肌梗死面积。采用蛋白质印迹法分析抗磷酸化Akt(p-Akt)、总Akt(t-Akt)、磷酸化糖原合成酶激酶3β(p-GSK3β)、总GSK3β(t-GSK3β)蛋白表达水平。结果I/R 24 h后,I/R组、I/R+YQFM组、I/R+YQFM+Wort组的LVESV均大于假手术组,FS、EF均小于假手术组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。I/R 24 h后,I/R组、I/R+YQFM+Wort组、I/R+YQFM组的p-Akt、p-GSK3β、p-Akt/t-Akt和p-GSK3β/t-GSK3β蛋白表达水平均高于假手术组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);I/R+YQFM组的p-Akt、p-GSK3β、p-Akt/t-Akt和p-GSK3β/t-GSK3β蛋白表达水平均高于I/R组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);I/R+YQFM+Wort组的上述蛋白表达水平均低于I/R+YQFM组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论注射用益气复脉(冻干)可有效改善小鼠MIRI引起的心脏损伤,这可能与激活PI3K/Akt通路抑制心肌细胞凋亡有关。

It is common to observe the epidemic risk perception(ERP)and a decline in subjective well-being(SWB)in the context of public health events,such as Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).However,there have been few studies exploring the impact of individuals’ERP within living space on their SWB,especially from a geographical and daily activity perspective after the resumption of work and other activities following a wave of the *** this paper,we conducted a study with 789 participants in urban China,measuring their ERP within living space and examining its influence on their SWB using path *** results indicated that individuals’ERP within their living space had a significant negative effect on their *** density of certain types of facilities within their living space,such as bus stops,subway stations,restaurants,fast food shops,convenience shops,hospitals,and public toilets,had a significantly negative impact on their SWB,mediated by their ERP within living ***,participation in out-of-home work and other activities not only increased individuals’ERP within living space,but also strengthened its negative effect on their SWB.

Previous studies have shown that the expressions of the γ2 chain of laminin-5 and secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine (SPARC) play important roles in oncogenesis and the development of carcinoma. To assess the expressions of laminin-5 γ2 chain and SPARC in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), and to clarify the prognostic significance of the expressions of laminin-5 γ2 chain and SPARC in esophageal SCC, we detected the expressions of laminin-5 γ2 chain and SPARC in cancer tissue and corresponding normal mucosa from 116 patients with advanced (stages II-IV) esophageal SCC using the tissue microarray-based immunohistochemistry and analyzed the correlation of the expressions with clinicopathologic characteristics and survival. We found that in normal esophageal tissues, laminin-5 γ2 chain was expressed in the basement membrane, whereas in esophageal SCC tissues, laminin-5 γ2 chain was expressed in the cytoplasm of carcinoma cells, with a positive rate of 72.4%. SPARC was not detected in normal esophageal mucosa, but was expressed in stromal fibroblasts in 84.6% of esophageal SCC cases and in cancer cells in 7.8% of esophageal SCC cases. There was a significant correlation between laminin-5 γ2 chain and stromal SPARC expression in esophageal SCC (Spearman's rho = 0.423, P < 0.001). The expressions of both laminin-5 γ2 chain and stromal SPARC were correlated with survival (P = 0.032 and P = 0.034, respectively). In stage-II esophageal SCC, the expression of laminin-5 γ2 chain was significantly correlated with survival (P = 0.023), while the expression of SPARC was not significantly correlated with survival (P = 0.154). Patients with elevated levels of laminin-5 γ2 chain and SPARC expressions had a poorer prognosis than did those lacking elevated levels of laminin-5 γ2 chain expression and/or elevated levels of SPARC expression (P = 0.001). AIM. To investigate IL-1β＋3 594 in the 5^th intron, IL-10-1 082 and CD14-159 polymorphisms in patients with acute pancreatitis （AP） and septic shock.METHODS： The study induded 215 patients （109 with acute severe pancreatitis （SAP）, 106 with acute mild pancreatitis （MAP）） and 116 healthy volunteers. Genomic DNA was prepared from peripheral blood leukocytes. Genotypes and allele frequencies were determined in patients and healthy controls using restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis of PCR products.RESULTS： The frequencies of IL-β＋3 594T, IL-10-1082G and CD14-159T allele were similar in patients with mild or severe pancreatitis and in controls. Within SAP patients, no significant differences were found in the allele distribution examined when etiology was studied again. Patients with septic shock showed a significantly higher prevalence of IL-10-1082G allele than those without shock （X^2 = 5.921,P= 0.015）.CONCLUSION： IL-10-1082G plays an important role in the susceptibility of SAP patients to septic shock. Genetic factors are not important in determination of disease severity or susceptibility to AP.

Since electromagnetic pollution is detrimental to human health and the environment, numerous efforts have been successively made to achieve excellent electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(EMI SE) via designing the hierarchical structures for electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding polymer composites. Among the plentiful structures, the asymmetric structures are currently a hot spot, principally categorizing into multi-layered, porous, fibrous, and segregated asymmetric structures, which endows the high EMI shielding performance for polymer composites incorporated with magnetic, conductive, and/or dielectric micro/nano-fillers, due to the “absorption-reflection-reabsorption” shielding mechanism. Therefore, this review provides the retrospection and summary of the efforts with respect to abundant asymmetric structures and multifunctional micro/nano-fillers for enhancing EMI shielding properties, which is conducive to the booming development of polymeric EMI shielding materials for the promising prospect in modern electronics and 5-generation(5G) technology.

目的:研究银杏内酯注射液联合胞磷胆碱钠片对脑梗死恢复期患者脑血流动力学、氧化应激和血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法,将安徽中医药大学第一附属医院146例脑梗死恢复期患者分为对照组(n=73,采用常规治疗和胞磷胆碱钠片治疗)和研究组(n=73,对照组基础上结合银杏内酯注射液)。对比两组临床疗效、Barthel指数(BI)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、脑血流动力学指标、血清氧化应激指标、MCP-1、Lp-PLA2和用药安全性。结果:与对照组的82.19%临床总有效率对比,研究组的97.26%更高(P0.05)。结论:银杏内酯注射液联合胞磷胆碱钠片可减轻脑梗死恢复期患者的神经功能损伤,改善患者的脑血流动力学,减轻氧化应激,调节血清MCP-1、Lp-PLA2水平,且用药安全性良好。
