Single-crystalline Ga-doped SnO2 nanowires and SnO2：Ga2O3 heterogeneous microcombs were synthesized by a simple one-step thermal evaporation and condensation method. They were characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction （XRD）, field-emission scanning electron microscopy （FE-SEM）, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy （EDS）, transmission electron microscopy （TEM） and selected-area electron diffraction （SAED）. FE-SEM images showed that the products consisted of nanowires and mierocombs that represent a novel morphology. XRD, SAED and EDS indicated that they were single-crystalline tetragonal SnO2. The influence of experimental conditions on the morphologies of the products is discussed. The morphology of the product showed a ribbon-like stem and nanoribbon array aligned evenly along one or both side of the nanoribbon. It was found that many Ga2O3 nanoparticles deposited on the surface of the microcombs. The major core nanoribbon grew mainly along the [110] direction and the self-organized branching nanoribbons grew epitaxially along [110] or [110] orientation from the （110） plane of the stem. A growth process was proposed for interpreting the growth of these remarkable SnO2：Ga2O3 heterogeneous microcombs. Due to the heavy doping of Ga, the emission peak in photoluminescence spectra has red-shifted as well as broadened significantly.

AIM:To develop a prognostic approach for gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs) using a cluster of indicators and follow-up ***:One hundred and four GISTs that had not been subjected to targeted therapies were collected and classified by NIH risk assessment and anatomic *** immunohistochemistry,the expressions of PTEN,Ki-67,CD44s matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-9 and TIMP-1 were detected on tissue *** and multimarker survival analyses were performed and then a COX hazard proportion model was constructed to evaluate a cluster of predictors of ***:Our data showed small intestinal GIST are more aggressive than gastric *** NIH risk assessment correlated with disease-free survival foreither gastric GIST or small intestinal *** analysis revealed that Ki-67 labeling indexes(LIs) < 5% predicted higher disease-specific survival(DSS) in gastric and small intestinal ***44s positivity and PTEN LIs ≥ 50% correlated with higher DSS in gastric ***-9 and TIMP-1 had no correlation with *** analysis revealed that the expression pattern of PTEN LIs ≥ 50% combined with Ki-67 LIs < 5% and CD44s positivity reliably predicted favorable outcomes for gastric GIST(P = 0.009),as did the combination of PTEN LIs ≥ 50% and Ki-67 LIs < 5% for small intestinal GIST(P = 0.011).Authors also found that high NIH risk grade was correlated with DSS in patients with gastric GIST and disease-free survival in patients with small intestinal ***:PTEN LIs ≥ 50%,Ki-67 LIs < 5% and CD44s positivity provides an accurate,favorable prognosis for gastric *** LIs ≥ 50% and Ki-67 LIs < 5% does the same for small intestinal ***-67 LIs enhances the NIH assessment.

A solid-state mechanochemical processing, that is, pan-milling, was used to conduct the esterification of poly（vinyl alcohol）（PVA） with maleic anhydride （MA） through stress-induced reaction. FTIR spectrum study indicated the presence of ester linkages and olefinic double bonds in maleic anhydride cross-linked PVA. Thermal properties of the cross-linked product were characterized by DSC. The results showed its glass transition temperature was 20 ℃ higher than the original linear PVA and the thermal stability was also improved.

Min-max disagreements are an important generalization of the correlation clustering problem(CorCP).It can be defined as *** a marked complete graph G=(V,E),each edge in the graph is marked by a positive label"+"or a negative label"_"based on the similarity of the connected *** goal is to find a clustering C of vertices V,so as to minimize the number of disagreements at the vertex with the most ***,the disagreements are the positive cut edges and the negative non-cut edges produced by clustering *** paper considers two robust min-max disagreements:min-max disagreements with outliers and min-max disagreements with *** parameter δ∈(0,1/14),we first provide a threshold-based iterative clustering algorithm based on LP-rounding technique,which is a(1/δ,7/(1-14δ))-bi-criteria approximation algorithm for both the min-max disagreements with outliers and the min-max disagreements with outliers on one-sided complete bipartite ***,we verify that the above algorithm can achieve an approximation ratio of 21 for min-max disagreements with penalties when we set parameter δ=1/21.

AIM： To establish a rabbit rectal VX2 carcinoma model for the study of rectal ***： A suspension of VX2 cells was injected into the rectum wall under the guidance of X-ray fluoroscopy. Computed tomography （CT） and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） were used to observe tumorgrowth and metastasis at different phases. Pathological changes and spontaneous survival time of the rabbits were ***： Two weeks after VX2 cell implantation, the tumor diameter ranged 4.1-5.8 mm and the success implantation rate was 81.8%. CT scanning showed low-density loci of the tumor in the rectum wail, while enhanced CT scanning demonstrated a symmetrical intensification in tumor loci. MRI scanning showed alow signal of the tumor on T1-weighted imaging anda high signal of the tumor on T2-weighted *** types of signals were intensified with enhanced MRI. Metastases to the liver and lung could beobserved 6 wk after VX2 cell implantation, and a largearea of necrosis appeared in the primary tumor. The spontaneous survival time of rabbits with cachexia and multiple organ failure was about 7 wk after VX2 cell ***： The rabbit rectal VX2 carcinoma model we established has a high stability, and can be used in the study of rectal carcinoma.
