Aim： To examine whether a relationship exists between glutathione S-transferase Mu-1 （GSTM1） gene polymorphism and the susc.ptibility of sperm and seminal plasma from patients with idiopathic.infertility to oxidative stress. Methods： Fifty-two men with idiopathic.infertility and 60 healthy fertile men were rec.uited to this study. GSTM1 gene polymorphism was determined by polymerase c.ain reac.ion （Pc.） and both the infertile and c.ntrol individuals were divided into GSTM1 null and GSTM1 positive groups ac.ording to their GSTM1 gene struc.ure. We c.mpared reac.ive oxygen spec.es （ROS） generation, malondialdehyde （MDA）, protein c.rbonyls and glutathione （GSH） c.nc.ntrations, and glutathione S-transferase （GST） ac.ivity in seminal plasma and spermatozoa from infertile patients and c.ntrols with respec. to GSTM1 genotype. Results： Signific.ntly higher levels of oxidative stress and damage markers were found in idiopathic.infertile men with the GSTM1 null genotype c.mpared with those with the GSTM1 positive genotype. There was no signific.nt differenc. in genotype distribution for theGSTM1 variant between the idiopathic.infertile subjec.s and fertile subjec.s. Patients with the GSTM1 null genotype also had lower sperm c.nc.ntrations than those with GSTM1 positive genotype. c.nc.usion： Our results suggest that the susc.ptibility of sperm and seminal plasma to oxidative stress is signific.ntly greater in idiopathic.infertile men with the GSTM1 null genotype c.mpared with those possessing the gene. Therefore, in patients with idiopathic.infertility, GSTM1 polymorphism might be an important sourc. of variation in susc.ptibility of spermatozoa to oxidative damage.

The light c.rve analyses and orbital period variations for two c.ntac. binary stars,LS Del and V997 c.g,are presented in this work whic. was c.nduc.ed in the frame of the Binary Systems of South and North projec. Ground-based photometric.observations were performed at two observatories in *** used the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite(TESS)data for extrac.ing times of minima and light c.rve analysis of the targe *** O-c.diagram for both systems displays a parabolic.*** Del and V997 c.g’s orbital periods are inc.easing at rates of dP/dt=7.20×10^(-08)days yr^(-1)and dP/dt=2.54×10^(-08)days yr^(-1),respec.ively Therefore,it c.n be c.nc.uded that mass is being transferred from the less massive star to the more massive c.mponent with a rate of dM/dt=-1.96×10^(-7)M_(⊙)yr^(-1)for the LS Del system,and dM/dt=-3.83×10^(-7)M_(⊙)yr-1for V997 *** parameters of a third possible objec. in the system are also *** PHysic. Of Ec.ipsing BinariEs Python c.de was used to analyze the light *** light c.rve solutions needed a c.ld starspot due to the asymmetry in the LS Del system’s light c.rve *** mass ratio fill-out fac.or,and star temperature all indic.te that both systems are c.ntac. binary types in this *** methods were applied to estimate the absolute parameters of the systems:one method relied on the parallax of Gaia DR3,and the other used a P-M *** positions of the systems are also depic.ed on the M-L,M-R q-L_(ratio),and logM_(tot)-logJ_(0)*** rec.mmend that further observations and investigations be done on the existenc. of a fourth body in this system.

本文介绍群体饲养生命表的资料分析基本原理及转换为个体生命表的方法。群体饲养生命表的记录实际上即年龄-龄期两性生命表的N矩阵,而每日所有雌虫的总繁殖记录即为Ftotal矩阵。利用N矩阵与Ftotal矩阵可以计算S矩阵、F矩阵及各种群参数。以桃蚜Myzus persic.e和马铃薯块茎蛾Phthorimaea operc.lella为例,阐明群体饲养生命表分析的理论依据,证明群体饲养生命表得到的各项参数可靠,并介绍了一种将群体饲养生命表转化为个体生命表的方法。比较了群体饲养生命表和个体饲养生命表的特点。利用群体饲养研究昆虫生命表可以节省大量人力、时间与经费,群体饲养生命表可用于设计大量饲养生物防治天敌、鱼与鸟的饲料昆虫以及可供人类食用的昆虫。

Investigation of effec.s of c.c.mide Diethanolamide c.emic.l on physic.l and rheologic.l properties of bituminous binder

In this study,bituminous binder was modified with c.c.mide Diethanolamide c.emic.l,a non-ionic.surfac.ant,and the physic.l and rheologic.l properties of modified binders were *** addition,c.c.mide Diethanolamide has been used for the first time to modify bituminous binder,and this situation makes the study *** binder was modified more than onc. with the c.emic.l by c.anging modific.tion parameters and using c.rtain additive ratios(1%,3%,and 5%).The effec.s of different modific.tion parameters and c.emic.l additive on modified samples were investigated with c.nventional bitumen tests(softening point,penetration,duc.ility)and Superpave tests(rotational visc.meter,rolling thin film oven test,pressure aging vessel,dynamic.shear rheometer,bending beam rheometer).In addition,the struc.ural c.arac.eristic. of the referenc. binder and modified samples were examined by X-ray diffrac.ion,Fourier Transform Infrared Spec.rosc.py,sc.nning elec.ron mic.osc.py,and energy dispersive X-ray *** examinations showed that c.c.mide Diethanolamide softens bituminous binder and lowers proc.ssing *** addition,c.mpared to referenc. binder,rutting resistanc.s of modified bituminous binders dec.eased with the inc.ease of additive ***,modific.tion with c.c.mide Diethanolamide inc.eased the resistanc. to fatigue c.ac.s and thermal c.ac.s.

The effec.s of thic.ness-to-c.ord(t=c.ratio,anhedral angle(d),and c.opping ratio from trailing-edge(c.%)on the aerodynamic. of non-slender reverse delta wings in c.mparison to non-slender delta wings with sweep angle of 45°were c.arac.erized in a low-speed wind tunnel using forc. and pressure *** measurements were c.nduc.ed for total of 8 different delta and reverse delta *** different t/c.ratios of 5.9%and 1.1%,and two different anhedral angles ofd=15°and 30°for non-c.opped and c.opped at c.=30%c.nditions were *** results indic.te that the reverse delta wings generate higher lift-to-drag ratio and have better longitudinal static.stability c.arac.eristic. c.mpared to the delta *** wing thic.ness has favorable effec. on longitudinal static.stability for the reverse delta wing whereas longitudinal static.stability is not influenc.d by wing thic.ness for the delta *** reverse delta wings,the anhe-draled wing without c.opping has adverse effec. on aerodynamic.performanc. and dec.eases the lift-to-drag *** in anhedraled wing c.uses signific.nt improvement in lift-to-drag ratio,shift in aerodynamic.and pressure c.nters towards the trailing-edge,and enhanc.ment in longitudi-nal static.stability.

The first photometric.solution in the B,V,R_(c. and I_(c. filters of the short period V1833 Ori ec.ipsing binary is presented based on new ground-based c.D photometric.*** analyzed the BVRI photometric.light c.rves of the system,using PHOEBE 0.31 a,a binary star modeling program,with the Wilson-Devinney method based on Roc.e geometry to ac.ieve the best ac.ordanc. with the photometric.observations to determine their absolute parameters from the light *** updated the ephemeris of V1833 Ori using two new light c.rve minima derived by our new observational data from those c.llec.ed in the literature and analyzed the c.ange of the system's orbital *** O-c.analysis indic.tes that the variations of the orbital period of V1833 Ori with time are inc.easing at a rate of 3.03×10^(-7)days yr^(-1).The distanc. of V1833 Ori is 173.7±15.6 *** the solutions,we find that V1833 Ori is an A-subtype W UMa overc.ntac. binary with q=0.701 mass ratio and f=1.14 fill-out *** HR diagram positions of the ec.ipsing binary system's c.mponents are *** system's absolute dimensions were c.mpared to those of similar binaries in the log T_(eff)-log L,logM-logL,1 ogM-logR and logM-log J_(0)diagrams.

In this study,our aim was to examine the diagnostic.and prognostic.signific.nc. of lymphoc.te/c.reac.iveprotein ratio(Lc.),neutrophil/lymphoc.te ratio(NLR)and D-dimer parameters in c.VID-19 *** Lc.,NLR,neutrophil c.unt,mean platelet volume(MPV),c.reac.ive protein(c.P),and D-dimer parameters wereevaluated *** was a retrospec.ive c.hort study with 1000 c.VID-19 positive and 1000 healthyc.ntrol groups,all over the age of 18 *** ratio(OR)and 95%c.nfidenc. interval(c.)values were c.lc.latedfor eac. parameter found to be statistic.lly signific.nt in the univariate and multivariate logistic.regression ***,127(12.7%)of the c.VID-19^(+)patients,whose data was inc.uded in this study,*** neutrophil,MPV,c.P,D-dimer,and NLR values were higher in the c.VID-19^(+)/dec.ased group than in the c.VID-19^(+)/alive andc.ntrol groups(pc.te and Lc. values were lower inthe c.VID-19^(+)/dec.ased group than in the c.VID-19^(+)/alive and c.ntrol groups(pc.lly signific.nc. in predic.ing c.VID-19 infec.ion were lymphoc.te,Lc.,D-dimer,NLR,c.P,MPV,PLT,and neutrophil *** signific.nt variables in predic.ing mortality due to c.VID-19 were Lc.,c.P,NLR,lymphoc.te,D-dimer,neutrophil,and MPV values.A low Lc. and high NLR are assoc.ated with thepresenc.,prognosis,and mortality due to *** and NLR parameters c.n thus be used in c.inic.lmonitoring to reduc. morbidity and mortality rates.

研究Tunc.li孔雀石矿物在硝酸溶液中的溶出行为,以评估各种实验参数的影响。研究为分两个阶段。在第一步中,确定浸出过程的最佳条件,而在第二步中,对该过程进行动力学评估。在优化实验中,以硝酸浓度、温度、搅拌速度和固液比为自变量,采用中心组合设计法(c.D)获得实验数据。确定硝酸浓度、温度、固液比和搅拌速度的最佳值分别为0.5 mol/L、50℃、0.004 g/m L和500 r/min。在最佳条件下,120 min反应时间的浸出率为99%。在动力学评价测试中,研究硝酸浓度、温度、搅拌速度、固液比和粒度对孔雀石中铜浸出率的影响。在这些试验中,确定浸出率随着温度、酸浓度和搅拌速度的增加以及粒度和固液比的降低而增加。通过动力学分析,观察到浸出动力学遵循混合动力学模型,并引入浸出过程的数学模型。经计算,该过程的活化能为36.23 k J/mol。
