In this paper, we consider F(R,T) gravity as a linear function of the curvature and torsion scalars and interact it with logarithmic entropy corrected holographic dark energy to evaluate cosmology solutions. The model is investigated by FRW metric, and then the energy density and the pressure of dark energy are calculated. Also we obtain equation of state(EoS) parameter of dark energy and plot it with respect to both variable of redshift and e-folding number. Finally, we describe the scenario in three status: early, late and future time by e-folding number.

Immunohistochemical analysis of p53,cyclinD1,RB1,c-fos and N-ras gene expression in hepatocellular carcinoma in Iran

AIM： TO study the effect of some genes especially those involved in cell cycle regulation on hepatocellular carcinoma. METHODS： Paraffin-embedded tissue samples of 25 patients （18 males and 7 females） with hepatocellular carcinoma were collected from 22 pathology centers in Tehran during 2000-2001, and stained using immunohistochemistry method （avidin-biotin-peroxidase） for detection of p53, cyclinD1, RB1, c-los and N-ras proteins. RESULTS： Six （24%）, 5 （20%）, 12 （48%） and 2 samples （8%） were positive for p53, cyclinDl, C-los and N-ras expression, respectively. Twenty-two （88%） samples had alterations in the （31 cell-cycle checkpoint protein expression （RBI or cyclinD1）. P53 positive samples showed a higher （9 times） risk of being positive for RBI protein than p53 negative samples. Loss of expression of RBI in association with p53 over-expression was observed in 4 （66.7%） of 6 samples. Loss of expression of RBI was seen in all cyclinD1 positive, 20 （90.9%） N-ras negative, and ii （50%） C-fos positive samples, respectively. CyclinD1 positive samples showed a higher （2.85 and 4.75 times） risk of being positive for c-los and N-ras expression than cyclinD1 negative samples. CONCLUSION： The expression of p53, RB1 and c-los genes appears to have a key role in the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma in Iran. Simultaneous overexpression of these genes is significantly associated with their loss of expression during development of hepatocellular carcinoma.

The title compound Ph3P=C（H）C（O）PhNO2 （L） has been prepared by the addition of triphenylphosphine in acetone as solvent to 2-bromo-1-（3,nitrophenyl）ethanone followed by the addition of alkaline solution of sodium hydroxide. The yellow crystals of the title ylide were grown in methanol/chloroform solution by drop method without stirring at room temperature. The solid state structure of ylide has been established by X-ray crystallography analysis. In the molecule of the title compound, the geometry around the P atom is nearly tetrahedral and the O atom is in synperiplanar orientation to the P atom. The nitrophenyl ring is twisted with respect to the plane of the carbonyl group through an angle of 36.6（1）°. The crystal （C26H20NO3P, Mr = 425.40） belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 10.889（3）, b = 14.467（3）, e = 13.872（4）A, β = 103.08（3）°, V = 2128.6（10） A3, Z= 4, T= 100（2） K, R = 0.059 and wR = 0.163 for 3984 observed reflections with I〉 2σ（I）.

BACKGROUND Helicobacter pylori(***)is a significant human pathogen that is responsible for a variety of illnesses,including mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma,gastric cancer,peptic ulcers,and *** To investigate the frequency of *** infection and its resistance patterns among Egyptian patients and to determine the influence of *** virulence genetic determinants on the eradication success of 14-d triple therapy *** *** infections were investigated in 72 patients with gastroduodenal complications suggestive of *** *** cagA and vacA genotypes of cultured strains were studied using polymerase chain *** patients underwent 14 d of triple-therapy *** treatment response was examined using histology and a rapid urease test 6 wk after therapy *** The intention-to-treat eradication rate was 59.2%(95%CI:48.2%-70.3%).Rates of *** resistance to clarithromycin,amoxicillin,and metronidazole were 52.8%,81.9%,and 100%,*** eradication of *** was more significantly associated with vacA s1-positive strains[adjusted odds ratio(aOR)=0.507,95%CI:0.175-0.822].A significant association was found between failed eradication rate and *** strains resistant to clarithromycin(aOR=0.204,95%CI:-0.005 to 0.412)and amoxicillin(aOR=0.223,95%CI:0.026-0.537).CONCLUSION This study’s low *** eradication rate following 14-d triple therapy is concerning and *** pan-resistance to metronidazole followed by the high resistance to ciprofloxacin,amoxicillin,and clarithromycin in this research is challenging and of great concern.

Involvement of Serotonergic System and Magnesium on Anxiolytic Effects of Pomegranate in Male Mice

The anxiolytic activities of Punica granatum L. fruit juice (PGFJ) in various validated animal models of anxiety and amnesia have been recently reported in mice. Similarly, anxiolytic-like activity of magnesium chloride has been exhibited in the elevated plus-maze test in mice, in some studies. Buspirone is an anxiolytic psychoactive drug with known effects on 5-HT1A receptors that its action is not related to benzodiazepines. The purpose of the present study was to examine interactions between PGFJ, magnesium (Mg) and buspirone as a partial agonist of 5-HT1A receptors in producing anxiolytic-like activity in the elevated plus maze in mice. The anxiolytic-like effect of PGFJ (5, 10 and 20 ml/kg, orally), buspirone (5 mg/kg, i.p), Mg (50 mg/kg, orally) and their interactions were evaluated after ten days’ treatment. PGFJ given at all doses induced an anxiolyticlike effect significantly increasing the percentage of the time spent in the open arms, and the percentage of the open arm entries, in a dose-dependent manner. Buspirone showed anxiolytic effect after ten days;however, its effect was roughly comparable to the effect of PGFJ 5 ml/kg. Buspirone in combination with PGFJ (5 ml/kg), did produce more effect compared to buspirone alone and nearly in the range of PGFJ 5 ml/kg response. Also, Mg induced an anxiolytic-like effect that was more than effects observed by buspirone 5 mg/kg. However, binary application of buspirone and Mg showed anxiolytic effects more than buspirone, alone. In another group, Mg in combination with PGFJ (5 ml/kg), produced more anxyolitic effects compared to either Mg or PEF alone. It can be concluded that Pomegranate anxyolitic-like effect is dependent on interactions with both GABAergic (related to Mg) and serotonergic (5-HT1A) systems.
