Upon the discovery of RNA interference(RNAi),canonical small interfering RNA(si RNA) has been recognized to trigger sequence-specific gene silencing. Despite the benefits of si RNAs as potential new drugs,there are obstacles still to be overcome,including off-target effects and immune stimulation. More recently,Dicer substrate si RNA(Dsi RNA) has been introduced as an alternative to si RNA. Similarly,it also is proving to be potent and target-specific,while rendering less immune stimulation. Dsi RNA is 25–30 nucleotides in length,and is further cleaved and processed by the Dicer enzyme. As with si RNA,it is crucial to design and develop a stable,safe,and efficient system for the delivery of Dsi RNA into the cytoplasm of targeted cells. Several polymeric nanoparticle systems have been well established to load Dsi RNA for in vitro and in vivo delivery,thereby overcoming a major hurdle in the therapeutic uses of Dsi RNA. The present review focuses on a comparison of si RNA and Dsi RNA on the basis of their design,mechanism,in vitro and in vivo delivery,and therapeutics.

With the outbreak of COVID-19 disease in late 2019,a massive wave of fear appeal messages related to this disease was published in the world *** users also widely spread fear appeal messages related to *** research uses the theory of EPPM to explore the impact of COVID-19 related fear appeal messages in Facebook social networks on the hygienic perception of Facebook users in *** achieve this goal,a nationwide paper-and-pen survey was conducted in five populated provinces of Afghanistan among Facebook users who were exposed to Fear appeal messages related to *** EPPM questionnaire was developed using the World Health Organization recommendations,and after confirming its reliability,it was provided to 425 Facebook *** using the non-random quota sampling method,the samples were *** analyze the obtained data,Pearson correlation coefficients and multilinear regression tests with a 95% confidence level(P <0.05)were used using SPSS 25 *** Pearson correlation coefficient results show a significant positive relationship between the Facebook users' perception of threat severity,perception of susceptibility to COVID-19,perception of self-efficacy,perception of response efficacy,and Fear appeal *** multilinear regression results show that the variables of perceived threat severity and perceived susceptibility of Facebook users in Afghanistan can be predicted through the exposure to Fear appeal *** contrast,the self-efficacy and the response efficacy variables cannot be predicted by Facebook users' exposure to Fear appeal ***,as Facebook users in Afghanistan perceived a more significant threat of COVID-19 than self-efficacy,they were led to the process of fear control.

Shock wave-boundary layer interactions(SWBLI)are observed in several practical high-speed internal flows,such as compressor blades,turbine cascades,nozzles and so *** induced oscillations(SIO),aerodynamic instabilities so-called buffet flows,flutter,aeroacoustic noise and vibration are the detrimental consequences of this unsteady shockboundary layer *** the present study,a numerical computation has been performed to investigate the compressible flow characteristics around a 12%thick biconvex circular arc airfoil in a two dimensional *** averaged Navier-Stokes equations with two equation k-ωshear stress transport(SST)turbulence model have been applied for the computational *** flow field characteristics has been studied from pressure ratio(ratio of back pressure,pb to inlet total pressure,p01)of 0.75 to *** present computational results have been compared and validated with the available experimental *** results showed that the internal flow field characteristics such as shock wave structure,its behavior(steady or unsteady)and the corresponding boundary layer interaction are varied with pressure ***-excited shock oscillation was observed at certain flow ***,the mode of unsteady shock oscillation and its frequency are varied significantly with change of pressure ratio.

Control Strategy to Suppress DC for Transformer-Less Grid-Co...

Photovoltaic（PV） power systems are widely utilized, so that it can carry out the growing power demands. At present, Grid-connected PV systems are becoming more attractive. For increasing the overall efficiency of PV power systems, the tendency of using transformer-less grid-connected inverters are drawing more attention due to high efficiency, low cost and small size. This thesis presents an efficient control method, which mainly focuses on the suppression of Direct Current（DC） component injection to the utility grid for grid-connected single-phase PV inverter. The proposed control method is also able to reduce the total harmonic distortion（THD） in the grid current. A PI controller along with an integrator is used into the feedback closed-loop of grid-connected inverter system for achieving the zero steadystate error condition for the designed controller, which efficiently suppressed the DC injecting into the inverter output current and reduced the harmonics in the grid current. Proposed DC suppressing method is then compared with other methods based on the output waveforms of grid current and Fast Fourier Transform（FFT） analysis. In our proposed method, the DC component value and THD% is reduced to a very low level as compared to previously proposed techniques, which meets the international standards defined for grid-connected PV systems with a big margin. The simulation results testify the validity and significance of the proposed method.
