The Lorentz model and modified Debye model(md.)parameters for Si0.6Ge0.4are presented.A nonlinear optimization algorithm is *** obtained parameters are used to determine the complex relative permittivity of Si0.6Ge0.4,and compared with the experimental data for *** the obtained parameters are used to analyze the properties of symmetric surface plasmon polariton(SPP)mode propagation in a dielectric-metal-dielectric(Dmd.material constructed with silver(Ag)and Si0.6Ge0.4for further verifying the extracted parameters.

Two types of titanium/steel composite plates with the same thickness were manufactured by parallel explosive welding and double vertical explosive welding and rolling, respectively. The comparative analysis of microstructure showed that the interface of double vertical explosive welding plate （B plate） tended to be straight while the interface of parallel explosive welding plate （A plate） was wavy bonding. Defects near the interface of B plate were extruded, and the thickness of the diffusion layer of B plate was thicker under the effects of preheating temperature and press-working. Comparative tests of mechanical properties indicated that the tensile shear strength of B plate was lower while its micro-hardness was higher. Specimens of these two types of plates were neither separated nor cracked after bending up to 180° in the three-point bending test. From the microstructural observation of tensile fracture characteristics, A plate had strong toughness fracture while B plate had mainly ductile fracture with cleavage fracture as the supplement. Macroscopically, the tensile strength of the latter was 7.9% less than that of the former. However, both satisfied the Chinese standard of tensile strength.

Moiré images that are generally termed as moiré fringes have been generated due to the interference of two repetitive gratings. These patterns can be applied to many uses in metrology such as the measurements of surface profilometry of aerofoil, stress-strain effects, thermal deformation and so on. Moreover, 3D surface reconstruction as well as movement characterization of linearly and rotary moving objects can be visualized and identified by the moiré imaging technique. Recently it is approached as an emerging tool in the fields of biotechnology-particularly in biomechanics, nanotechnology, broadband communication and optoelectronics as well. Conventional Moiré interferometry evaluates the interference of two light waves being reflected on a reference surface and the object to be profiled. However, satisfactions in the requirements for the current significant issues in obtaining accurate measurements regarding the information of the movements as well as the dimensional deformations of objects dealing with the online inspection in micro-level and nano-level are still challenging. Particularly, for the demand of the present real-time auto-inspection of different precise information of movements objects statistically and dynamically. In that case single light wave system makes the moiré sensing system easier and applicable in real-time imaging. Furthermore, avoiding the employment of expensive conventional imaging facilities in 3-D measurement in mechanical as well as bio-mechanical systems has become a critical problem to be tackled. Therefore, research has been conducted focusing on the objective of developing a simple but precise measuring tool based on a single wave moiré imaging technique for multidimensional motion sensing by employing simple image processing approaches. The major hindrances in the energy system are ecological consciousness, lack of clean and sustainableenergy management, insufficient energy distribution–transmission–optimization, expensive power transfercosts, and increased customer knowledge of energy charges. Thus why, universal access to the grid with highcybersecurity, and reliability is needed to solve all these challenges. The digital twin concept turns a newdimension of technology into the world. Electric Digital Twin grid can perform online analysis of the grid inreal-time and integrates all the past and present data and express the current grid status to the producers andconsumers and also predicts the future grid status. Thus, the power grid transmission loss and location of theoverheated line and power connection missing can be detected in addition decision-making and self-healingcan possible. The future prediction saves the power grid from small to long accidents such as power outagesand even blackout problems. The whole consumers and nation feel relief from these types of accidents andsaves from large economic and business loss. The blockchain-enabled digital twin grid provides high securityfor the grid from cyberattacks. The paper conveys the framework of the electric digital twin grid and theconcept of the DT grid processing and the way of serving the producer, prosumers, consumers even the wholenation in infrastructure, education, research, economic, business, and political development.

Day by day, the demand and popularity of denim have increased. With the increase in demand for denim, washing has also increased. When we washed a piece of denim fabric, then its properties also changed. The properties are tensile strength, GSM, color fading, stiffness, abrasion resistance, moisture regain, etc. In this study, we conduct different washing processes on denim fabric such are Stonewash, Caustic wash, Acid wash, Normal wash, Pigment wash, Sandblasting, and Super whitewash. After washing, the properties of denim fabric have been analyzed especially strength. The tear and tensile strength were measured by ISO standard. From the above washing method, Normal & pigment wash showed good strength properties comparing with others.

An Experimental Investigation of Different Washing Processes on Various Properties of Stretch Denim Fabric

This research work was designed to explore the effect of different washing processes (enzyme wash, enzyme stone wash, enzyme stone wash with bleaching, heavy enzyme stone wash with bleaching) on various properties of stretch denim fabric. Different properties like tensile strength, tear strength, dimensional stability to washing, color fastness to washing, color fastness to water, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to light, color fastness to rubbing, changes in fabric weight were investigated in context with different washing processes for stretch denim fabric. All tests were carried out according to the ISO (International Organization for Standardization). Enzyme washed fabric illustrated better performance regarding tear strength, tensile strength and dimensional stability;but showed moderate performance in different color fastness properties. But the color fastness to rubbing of heavy enzyme stone wash was excellent. No significant change was observed regarding the grade of color change and color staining for color fastness to wash, color fastness to perspiration and color fastness to light with respect to different types of washing processes like enzyme wash, enzyme stone wash, enzyme stone wash with bleaching and heavy enzyme stone wash with bleaching. The grade for dry rubbing and wet rubbing was comparatively better for enzyme wash rather than other washing processes. The GSM (gram per square meter) of stretch denim fabric also increased accordingly after different kinds of washing process rather than untreated stretch denim fabric. The dimensional stability of stretch denim fabric also altered after going through different washing process. The highest shrinkage was occurred in weft direction for heavy enzyme stone wash with bleaching.

Cardiovascular diseases are the most common cause of death worldwide over the last few decades in the developed as well as underdeveloped and developing countries. Early detection of cardiac diseases and continuous supervision of clinicians can reduce the mortality rate. However, accurate detection of heart diseases in all cases and consultation of a patient for 24 hours by a doctor is not available since it requires more sapience, time and expertise. In this?study, a tentative design of a cloud-based heart disease prediction system had been proposed to detect impending heart disease using Machine learning techniques. For the accurate detection of the heart disease, an efficient machine learning technique should be used which had been derived from a distinctive analysis among several machine learning algorithms in a Java Based Open Access Data Mining Platform, WEKA. The proposed algorithm was validated using two widely used open-access database, where 10-fold cross-validation is applied in order to analyze the performance of heart disease detection. An accuracy level of 97.53% accuracy was found from the SVM algorithm along with sensitivity and specificity of 97.50% and 94.94%respectively. Moreover, to monitor the heart disease patient round-the-clock by his/her caretaker/doctor, a real-time patient monitoring system was developed and presented using Arduino, capable of sensing some real-time parameters such as body temperature, blood pressure, humidity, heartbeat. The developed system can transmit the recorded data to a central server which are updated every 10 seconds. As a result, the doctors can visualize the patient’s real-time sensor data by using the application and start live video streaming if instant medication is required. Another important feature of the proposed system was that as soon as any real-time parameter of the patient exceeds the threshold, the prescribed doctor is notified at once through GSM technology.

Ten different treatments viz. T0 = Control, T1 = Micronutrients (ZnSO4 + Borax), T2 = Rovral 50 WP + Micronutrients, T3 = Dithane M-45 + Micronutrients, T4 = Ridomil Gold + Micronutrients, T5 = Cupravit + Micronutrients, T6 = Rovral 50 WP, T7 = Dithane M-45, T8 = Ridomil Gold and T9 = Cupravit were evaluated against the purple blotch complex disease of onion caused by Alternaria porri and Stemphylium vesicarium in field condition for bulb yield. In lab condition, all the tested chemical fungicides (Rovral 50 WP, Dithane M-45, Ridomil Gold MZ-72 and Cupravit 50 WP) significantly reduced mycelial growth of both pathogens. Among the fungicides, Rovral 50 WP @ 0.2% reduced the highest radial mycelial growth followed by Dithane M-45 @ 0.45% and Ridomil Gold MZ-72 @ 0.2% compared to control. In field experiment, application of Rovral 50 WP @ 0.2% along with micronutrients showed significant effect in reducing disease incidence and severity which significantly increased bulb yield and yield contributing characters.

The propagation characteristics of the surface-plasmon-polariton （SPP） mode in the single interface of silver （Ag） and gallium lanthanum sulfide （GLS） have been studied both analytically and numerically. The obtained numerical results show an excellent agreement with the analytical ones. The locations of the spatial resonance point along the direction of propagation were determined for the dielectric and the metal.

As nearly half of the people in the world live on rice, so the rice leaf disease detection is very important for our agricultural sector. Many researchers worked on this problem and they achieved different results according to their applied techniques. In this paper, we applied AlexNet technique to detect the three prevalence rice leaf diseases termed as bacterial blight, brown spot as well as leaf smut and got a remarkable outcome rather than the previous works. AlexNet is a special type of classification technique of deep learning. This paper shows more than 99% accuracy due to adjusting an efficient technique and image augmentation.
