The human body loading with arsenic(As)through rice consumption is a global health *** is a crucial need to limit As build-up in rice,either by remediating As accumulation in soils or reducing As levels in irrigation *** conventional approaches have been utilized to alleviate the As accumulation in ***,except for some irrigation practices,those approaches success and the adoption rate are not *** review presents human health risks posed due to consumption of As contaminated rice,evaluates different biomarkers for tracing As loading in the human body,and discusses the latest advancement in As reducing technologies emphasizing the application of seed priming,nanotechnology,and biochar application for limiting As loading in rice *** also evaluate different irrigation techniques to reduce As accumulation in *** water management regimes significantly reduces grain As ***-and nano-priming of rice seeds improve germination and minimize As translocation in rice tissues by protecting cell membrane,building pool around seed coat,methylation and volatilization,or quenching harmful effects of reactive oxygen *** application in the form of nano-adsorbents or nano-fertilizers facilitates nano-remediation of As through the formation of Fe plaque or sorption or oxidation *** biochar in the rice fields significantly reduces As through immobilization,physical adsorption,or surface *** conclusion,As content in cooked rice depends on irrigation source and raw rice As level.

Effect of Machine Setting Parameters on Ring Slub Carded Yarn Quality and Spinning Performance

At present ring slub carded yarn is very popular to produce value added product for ornamentation purpose in the apparel industry. During spinning different parameters influenced the spinning performance. The main aim of this study was to investigate the effect of spindle speed as well as traveller weight on yarn quality. The Ne 28, Ne 30 and Ne 34 carded slub yarns were produced at the spindle speed of 15,500 rpm, 16,000 rpm, 16,500 rpm, 17,000 rpm and 17,500 rpm on the ring frame with using traveller number 3/0, 4/0, 5/0 and 6/0. The yarn properties like mass variation percentage (CVm%), unevenness (U%), hairiness, yarn breakage rate, yarn imperfection were investigated. It was found that traveller number 5/0 showed lower Um%, CVm% for Ne 28 and Ne 30 carded slub yarn compared to traveller number 3/0 and 4/0. On the other hand traveller number 6/0 showed better Um%, CVm%, thin places (-50%)/km and end breakage% for Ne 34 carded slub yarn compared to traveller number 4/0 and 5/0. It was also observed that increasing end breakage rate as the spindle speed of ring frame was increased.

目的：采用液氮冷冻法建立比格犬股骨头坏死动物模型,将一种新型钛合金股骨头内撑器植入比格犬股骨头坏死模型,通过组织学检查和免疫组化测定检测其修复过程,探索一种新的治疗股骨头坏死的方法及新型钛合金股骨头内撑器的治疗效果,为进一步实验与临床应用提供依据。方法：1对19只健康成年比格犬,采用液氮冷冻法建立单侧股骨头坏死模型,造模后第8周随机处死4只动物,将造模侧和对侧正常侧进行组织形态学观察和免疫组化测定。2其余造模动物随机分为3组, A组为坏死对照组(5只),B组为髓芯减压植骨术组(5只),C组为新型钛合金股骨头内撑器治疗组(5只)。三组实施治疗干预后3个月时处死全部动物,分别行组织形态学观察和免疫组化测定。三组进行比较同时各组的造模侧与正常侧进行自身对比。3统计方法：造模侧或手术侧与正常侧股骨头坏死、修复情况的比较使用单因素t检验;A、B、C三组手术侧在实施干预后3个月股骨头坏死、修复情况的比较使用单因素方差分析,多重比较使用LSD检验,P0.05)。2)A、B、C三组手术侧的比较：B、C两组治疗术后3个月时手术侧骨小梁面积百分比与空骨陷窝百分比均无差异(P>0.05),B、C两组与A组均存在差异(P0.05)。2)A、B、C三组手术侧的比较：B、C两组治疗术后3个月时手术侧Bax表达无差异(P>0.05),B、C两组与A组均存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:1本次试验使用液氮冷冻法成功建立了单侧犬股骨头坏死模型。2采用新型钛合金股骨头内撑器治疗犬股骨头坏死,可以改善股犬骨头抗塌陷和促进犬股骨头坏死修复,其短期治疗效果与髓芯减压植骨术无差异。

Approach for Grid Connected PV Management:Advance Solar Prediction and Enhancement of Voltage Stability Margin Using FACTS Device

The uncertainty in solar energy is different from conventional,dispatchable generation fuels and difficult to incorporate into the standard system operating *** the first part of this work,the machine learning algorithm is used to train models based on solar irradiance data and different meteorological weather information to predict the solar irradiance for different cities to validate the forecasting ***,the intermittent and inertialess nature of photovoltaic(PV)systems can produce significant power oscillations that can cause significant problems with dynamic stability of the power system and also limit the penetration capacity of PV into the *** the second part,it is shown that the residue-based power oscillation damping(POD)controller obviously improves the inter-area oscillation *** validity and effectiveness of the proposed controller are demonstrated on the three-machine two-area test system that combines the conventional synchronous generator and flexible alternating current transmission systems(FACTS)device using *** report overall puts an in-depth analysis with regard to the challenges of solar resources with integrating,planning,operating,and particularly the stability of the rest of the power grid,including existing generation resources,customer requirements,and the transmission system itself that will lead to an improved decision making in resource allocations and grid stability.
