BACKGROUND Thym.c epithelial carcinom.s are rare and have a poor *** of thym.c epithelial carcinom. is m.ltim.dal and includes surgery,post-operative radiation therapy,adjuvant and neoadjuvant chem.therapy,or exclusive chem.therapy based on disease ***,there is currently no standard treatm.nt regim.n for m.tastatic and recurrent thym.c *** SUm.ARY A 45-year-old Caucasian m.le,with no past m.dical history,presented with hepatalgia and a cervical m.ss.A com.uted tom.graphy(CT)scan showed m.ltiple suspect lesions in the lungs,liver,and anterior m.diastinum.associated with m.diastinal and cervical ***-guided percutaneous biopsies of the liver lesions and anterior m.diastinal m.ss were perform.d,confirm.ng the histopathology of thym.c epithelial *** consisted of several chem.therapy regim.ns and radiation therapy,adm.nistered between April 2016 and Decem.er *** patient achieved com.lete m.tabolic *** positron em.ssion tom.graphy/CT perform.d in June 2019 showed disease relapse,with reappearance of a large hyperm.tabolic hepatic m.ss and involvem.nt of m.diastinal and axillary lym.h *** pem.rolizum.b(200 m.,every 3 wk)was adm.nistered after two prior system.c *** patient’s response to treatm.nt was last docum.nted on m.rch 5,*** Pem.rolizum.b was successful in treatm.nt of a patient with program.ed deathligand 1-negative m.tastatic thym.c carcinom.,pretreated with chem.therapy.

基于标准0.18μm.Cm.S工艺,设计了一款采样率为500 kSa/s的13位逐次逼近型模数转换器(SAR ADC)芯片。该转换器内集成了多路复用器、比较器、SAR逻辑电路和数模转换器(DAC)电容阵列等模块,实现了数字位的串行输出。使用7+6分段式电容阵列及下极板采样和电荷重分配原理,有效降低了ADC整体电容值及功耗。使用两级预放大的比较器和电荷存储技术降低了失调误差,比较器精度为0.3 m.。在2.5 V电源电压和500 kSa/s的采样率下,后仿真结果表明,ADC的无杂散动态范围为97.14 dB,信噪比为78.78 dB,有效位数为12.78 bit。

Aerosol optical properties and direct radiative effects on surface irradiance were exam.ned using seven years （2006-2012） of Cim.l sunphotom.ter data collected at Panyu--the m.in atm.spheric com.osition m.nitoring station in the Pearl River Delta （PRD） region of China. During the dry season （October to February）, m.an values of the aerosol optical depth （AOD） at 550 nm. the Angstrom.exponent, and the single scattering albedo at 440 nm.（SSA） were 0.54, 1.33 and 0.87, respectively. About 90% of aerosols were dom.nated by fine-m.de strongly absorbing particles. The size distribution was bim.dal, with fine-m.de particles dom.nating. The fine m.de showed a peak at a radius of 0.12 μm.in February and October （- 0.10 μm. μm.2）. The m.an diurnal shortwave direct radiative forcing at the surface, inside the atm.sphere （FATm., and at the top of the atm.sphere, was -33.4± 7.0, 26.1 ± 5.6 and -7.3 ±2.7 W m.2, respectively. The corresponding m.an values of aerosol direct shortwave radiative forcing per AOD were -60.0 ±7.8, 47.3 ± 8.3 and -12.8 ±3.1 W m.2, respectively. m.reover, during the study period, FATm.showed a significant decreasing trend （p 〈 0.01） and SSA increased from.0.87 in 2006 to 0.91 in 2012, suggesting a decreasing trend of absorbing particles being released into the atm.sphere. Optical properties and radiative im.acts of the absorbing particles can be used to im.rove the accuracy of inversion algorithm. for satellite-based aerosol retrievals in the PRD region and to better constrain the clim.te effect of aerosols in clim.te m.dels.

The built environm.nt correlates of objectively m.asured physical activity in Norwegian adults:A cross-sectional study

Background: Built environm.nts that are designed to provide accessible, attractive, and convenient locales prom.te regular physical activity(PA).Norway has great variability in its geographic, natural, and built environm.nt features. Urban areas have well-developed built environm.nt features, whereas the rural areas are less walkable and this m.y influence the m.de of transport. In general, active transport is m.re com.on in urban centers. Further, public transportation is m.re developed in urban areas, whereas m.torized transport m.y be m.re widespread in the rural areas. Despite this, in Sogn & Fjordane, a rural county in western Norway, high PA levels are frequently observed. Thus, the aim. of this study were to(1) explore perceived built environm.nt features and characterize their associations with objectively m.asured PA levels in Norwegian adults and(2) explore the differences in these correlates between Sogn & Fjordane and the rest of ***: In this cross-sectional study, participants used questionnaires to rate perceptions of their built environm.nts, and their PA was objectively m.asured for 7 consecutive days using the Acti Graph GT1 m.accelerom.ter. There were 972 Norwegian adults who were included in the study. The average age was 46.9 ± 6.5 years and 43.8% of participants were m.n. Data were analyzed using m.ltiple linear ***: Total PA and m.derate-to-vigorous physical activity(m.PA) were both associated with perceived walkability, the com.unity perception score, and active transport for com.uting(all p ≤ 0.004). We also observed geographic-area-specific associations: the com.unity perception score was negatively associated with total PA and m.PA in the rest of Norway(p ≤ 0.012) but not in Sogn & Fjordane. Public transport for com.uting was positively associated with m.PA in Sogn & Fjordane(p = 0.03) but not in the rest of ***: Total PA level and m.PA were associated with built environm.nt factors, such as perceptio

Objective: To evaluate an essential oil with larvicide, adulticide and growth inhibitory activity against Aedes aegypti, Aedes albopictus and Culex quinquefasciatus m.squitoes, of m.dical im.ortance. m.thods: Standardized m.thodology by WHO was used to determ.ne the levels of susceptibility of m.squito larvae exposed to the essential oil. To evaluate the adulticide activity with the essential oil at different doses, bottles were im.regnated according to the m.thodology CDC. To determ.ne the developm.nt inhibitory activity of m.laleuca quinquinervia(m. quinquinervia) oil in three m.squito species, third instar larvae were exposed to the LC_(50) and LC_(90) dose(calculated for each population) of m. quinquinervia oil in glass containers with a capacity of 500 m.. After 24 h exposure, the dead larvae were discarded. The m.rtality of larvae and pupae were recorded on a daily basis. Results: The calculated LC_(50) indicates an order of effectiveness of preferential oil for Culex quinquefasciatus(LC_(50)=0.002 1%), Aedes aegypti(LC_(50)=0.004 7%) and Aedes albopictus(LC_(50)=0.004 9%). Conclusions: The adulticide activity was achieved with im.regnated bottles at 40 and 50 m./m. with the three m.squitoes species. In larvae, a growth inhibition was detected when exposed to sublethal doses. The results indicate that m. quinquinervia is a plant with prom.sing environm.ntally sustainable source for vector control.

针对高精度集成电路系统,工艺条件导致的误差需要通过修调弥补。基于0.18μm.Cm.S工艺设计了一种针对片上基准源的修调电路,通过调整数字输入信号,对电阻网络修调电路进行控制,通过重配置输出级电阻比例,从而达到对基准源电压的调整。基准源采用改进的Neuteboom.隙电路,在5 V电源电压的工艺条件下进行仿真测试,在-40~125℃温度范围内,实现了2.98×10^(-6)/℃的温度系数。通过电阻网络修调的基准电压变化范围为2.3840~2.5154 V,电压修调步长为2 m.。

本文首先测定34株念珠菌、曲菌和隐球菌对两性霉素B、5-氟胞嘧啶、酮康唑、利福平的m.C,然后用棋盘式滴定测定药物的体外联合抗真菌作用。未能证明两性霉素B加5-氟胞嘧啶或酮康唑、5-氟胞嘧啶加酮康唑有协同作用。但两性霉素B和利福平则对34株中的33株有协同抗真菌作用。协同作用对新型隐球菌和白色念珠菌尤为显著。研究了三种药物的体外联合抗真菌作用,加入第三种药物未能显著增加抗真菌活力。在杀菌曲线研究中,两性霉素B和利福平对白色念珠菌B311的协同作用进一步被证实。

UniPron is A Fully Effective Non-horm.nal Reversible Contraceptive in Baboon m.del (Papio Anubis)

Objective To determ.ne the safety and efficacy of UniPron as a reversible contraceptive.m.thods Vaginal swabs were obtained before and after UniPron adm.nistration, cultured onto appropriate culture m.dia and bacteria identification was done based on type of m.dia used, Gram.stain reactions, colony m.rphology and biochem.cal tests. Vaginal biopsy tissues were processed using paraffin wax m.thod, stained with hem.toxylin and eosin and exam.ned under light m.croscopy to determ.ne the effect of the product on vaginal tissues. The effect of UniPron on sperm.was exam.ned by m.xing the product with electroejaculated sperm.tozoa in vitro at different concentrations. For efficacy studies, m.le baboons of proven fertility were m.ted with UniPron treated or untreated fem.les of proven fertility during the fertile stages. Results All the five fem.les （100%） that were treated with UniPron did not conceive and they regained total fertility when the treatm.nt was stopped while all the controls conceived. At a concentration of 40%, UniPron com.letely im.obilized sperm.tozoa in an in-vitro system. UniPron m.chanism.of action was by lowering the vaginal pH and on application in baboon, the pH was lowered for at least 3 h after which it went back to norm.l.Conclusions As we plan for a study to test UniPron as a m.crobicide to prevent STIs including HIV, our current study has established that this novel product is effective in contraception and harm.ess to vaginal tissues and vaginal m.crobial flora in a baboon m.del （Papio anubis）.

对非感染大鼠和感染大鼠,在腹腔注射两性霉素B或两性霉素B加利福平后进行了血清浓度测定。两性霉素B的血清浓度在人接受该药治疗时,是易于达到的。动物接受二种药物时的两性霉素B血清浓度始终高于单独接受两性霉素B时的血清浓度。过去未曾证明两性霉素B和利福平联合应用对播散性念珠菌病有协同作用。本文在体内实验中,采用完善建立的大鼠播散性和致命性念珠菌病模型,利福平对两性霉素B的增强作用被明显地证实。这种增强作用是由于协同作用,还是由于二者联合时两性霉素B的血浓度增高,尚有待阐明。
