Considering the expansion of forest plantations over the Brazilian territory and the imminent increase in air temperatures due to global warming,the search for technologies that ensure high levels of productivity and high quality plants in clonal nurseries is *** kaolin-based particle films(KBPF)has been used as a physical barrier to reduce the negative effects of excessive solar radiation and adverse *** effects of KBPF on production and physiological quality of eucalyptus mini-cuttings were evaluated during two different seasons.A randomized block design was used,consisting of five treatments and four *** concentrations(0,3%,5%,7%,and 10%)were tested here and six weekly replicates of each concentration was *** different kaolin concentrations and seasonal variations resulted in a quadratic response of the leaf SPAD reading during both daily evaluation *** applications resulted in a quadratic response of photochemical efficiency in the morning period,and an increasing specific leaf weight linear response,and during the dry season,the different kaolin concentrations resulted in a bud length quadratic *** results indicated that the kaolin application maintained the production and yield index statistically equal between weekly KBPF applications,improving photochemical efficiency,leaf thickness,SPAD reading,and bud *** use of KBPF could reduce the intervals between collections of mini-cuttings and increase nursery yields in environments that present high temperatures.

The application of High‐Temperature Superconductor(HTS)coils made of coated conductors has been investigated for many years.A possible configuration for such coils is the jointless loop,also known as the ring *** double crossed loop coil(DCLC)has been successfully applied in superconducting magnetic bearings(SMBs).The design of SMBs with DCLCs requires flexible modelling to allow all parts of the device to be *** work proposes the T‐A formulation with a thin‐film approximation for modelling SMB with DCLCs in the finite element analysis framework.A 2D representation of the system is coupled with an external electric circuit to model the continuity of the lines that represent the parts of each jointless *** couple the T‐A formulation and the circuit,an average of the total electric field,with both resistive and inductive components,is applied to the *** total current computed by the circuit is applied to the T‐A *** proposed methodology was validated by comparison with levitation force experimental *** types of tests were simulated:five levitation force tests and three guidance force *** is shown that there is a limit to the behaviour of the levitation force related to the high‐loss *** this limit,the stack of DCLCs behaves as an equivalent *** this limit,a high‐loss state appears as a linear growth of the levitation *** is also shown that this high‐loss state in vertical displacement influences the lateral force.

The current investigation intended to check the influence of Pleurotus albidus extract supplementation on body weight,food intake,glycemia,serum lipids,and oxidative stress *** male C57BL/6 mice were partitioned into two experimental groups:control and *** supplementation was performed by gavage(500 mg/kg)for 20 uninterrupted *** this period,all animals received water and food ad libitum and they had their food ingestion and body weight monitored ***,mice underwent an insulin sensitivity test,followed by euthanasia and biochemical *** supplementation decreased the body weight and food intake,but it did not change other parameters in healthy *** work showed for the first time that the *** extract supplementation presents a promising potential on body weight and food intake control.

Background： There is little information in the tropics with regard the comparative understanding of how an increased nitrogen supply in the rumen or in the intestines affects efficiency of nitrogen utilization in cattle. This study evaluated the effects of supplementation with nitrogenous compounds in the rumen, abomasum, or both on intake, digestibility and the characteristics of nitrogen utilization in cattle fed tropical forage. Four rumen- and abomasum-fistulated Nellore bulls （227 ± 11 kg） were used. Four treatments were evaluated： control, ruminal supplementation （230 g/d of supplemental protein in the rumen）, abomasal supplementation （230 g/d of supplemental protein in the abomasum）, and ruminal and abomasal supplementation （115 g/d protein in both the rumen and the abomasum）. The basal forage diet consisted of Tifton 85 hay with a crude protein （CP） level of 78.4 g/kg dry matter. Casein was used as a supplement. The experiment was conducted using a 4 x 4 Latin square. Results： There were no differences between the treatments （P 〉 0.10） with regard to forage intake. The intake and tota digestibility of CP increased （P 〈 0.01） with supplementation. The nitrogen balance in the body increased （P 〈 0.01） and muscle protein mobilization decreased （P 〈 0.01） with supplementation, regardless of the supplementation site. The efficiency of nitrogen utilization did not differ among the treatments （P 〉 0.10）. Conclusions： The supplementation of cattle fed tropical forage with protein in the rumen, abomasum, or both similarly increased the nitrogen accretion in animal, which reflects improvements on nitrogen status in animal body.

The effects of phosphorus (P) nutrition on various aspects of photosynthetic metabolism have been examined for coffee plants (Coffea arabica) grown under greenhouse conditions. The experimental design was completely randomized, and the treatments were carried out in a 2 × 5 factorial scheme: two P sources [Triple Superphosphate - TSP (46% P2O5) and Policote coated TSP - TSP + Policote (43.7% P2O5)] and five P rates (0;5;10;15 and 20 g P2O5 plot-1), with three replications. The net photosynthetic rate (A), the leaf temperature (LT), the atmospheric CO2 concentration (Ca), the stomatal conductance (gs), the transpiration rate (E), the substomatal CO2 concentration (Ci) and carboxylation efficiency (Ce) were measured in the youngest fully expanded leaf, with the use of an infrared gas analyzer. All photosynthesis measurements were affected by P fertilization. P fertilization increased net photosynthetic rate, leaf temperature, substomatal CO2 concentration, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, and carboxylation efficiency. Policote coated P fertilizer resulted in a higher net photosynthetic rate, leaf temperature, stomatal conductance, and transpiration rate than conventional P fertilizer. The data indicated that Policote coated P fertilizer, a kind of enhanced efficiency P fertilizer (EEPF), alters the plant’s photosynthetic carbon metabolism, explaining higher crop development and yield resulted from this EEPF.

背景:重性抑郁障碍(Major Depressive disorder,MDD)是一种常见的精神障碍,也是全球疾病负担的主要原因之一。尽管MDD突出的特征是显著而持久的心境低落与快感缺失等情绪症状,但也普遍存在明显的认知功能如注意、记忆、执行功能等的损害。值得注意的是,即使在临床缓解的情况下,患者的某些认知损伤也有可能持续存在,并对其日常生活及社会功能产生明显影响。因此,对抑郁症患者认知功能损伤的研究近年来越来越受到研究者的关注。事件相关电位(Event-related potentials,ERP)由脑电图(EEG)衍生而来,是外加的特定刺激(给予或者撤销刺激)作用于人脑所引起的脑区电位变化,通常运用平均叠加技术从头颅表面记录。由于ERP反映了认知过程中大脑的神经电生理改变,与认知过程有密切关系,也被称为认知电位。当ERP用于测量精神疾病患者大脑的认知功能受损时,可提供比传统神经心理学测试更丰富的信息。特别是ERP技术具有出色的时间精度,在考察大脑的认知功能障碍相关神经活动时可达到毫秒级的分辨率,因此常用于以认知功能损害为主的神经精神疾病的研究,并从中筛选有临床意义的生物标志物。ERP实验范式通常可诱发出多种成分,而在ERP的各种成分当中,由区分标准刺激与罕见的偏差刺激所诱发的大脑后部P3成分(峰值通常在300-600ms之间),以及额-中央区的P2成分(峰值通常在200ms左右),分别与目标识别、概念更新和认知过程,以及注意力分配、刺激的早期识别有关,是常见的与精神疾病患者认知功能受损有关的脑电生理指标。例如,在经典的听觉Oddball任务范式中诱发的P3成分,其波幅和潜伏期分别反映了对预期目标刺激的注意力分配,以及刺激信息处理及分类速度。而通常在额-中央区和顶枕区观察到的在刺激后约150-250ms出现的P2成分,则反映了早期注意力资源的分配和调节,参与对刺激的加工、识别和分类,代表对任务相关刺激和无关刺激的区分。抑郁障碍患者的认知功能异常通常表现为注意力较难集中,执行任务时所需时间更长等。而在脑电生理方面与临床表现较一致地发现,抑郁障碍患者的P3的波幅较健康被试显著降低,潜伏期显著延长,提示抑郁障碍患者的注意认知加工速度和认知资源分配可能存在损伤。当前对于在抑郁症患者中P2成分的损害尚存争议,有研究发现在Oddball范式中,MDD患者在标准刺激和目标刺激下的P2波幅较健康被试更大,认为前者可能反映了患者在感觉加工中有过度抑制的表现,而后者可能反映了患者对认知任务加工的早期注意分配和调控存在困难。据此有研究者提出,P3、P2、N1成分等脑电指标,在抑郁障碍患者中存在特异性的损伤,因而可能在抗抑郁治疗反应预测和治疗选择方面具有一定价值。但是,目前少有研究对MDD患者在治疗前后不同疾病状态的脑电成分异常及变化规律进行考察,已有的几项研究也尚未取得一致。一些关注抗抑郁药物治疗后P3变化的研究指出,MDD患者在治疗后虽未恢复至健康被试的水平,但P3的波幅和潜伏期有所改善;也有研究得出相反的结论,发现经抗抑郁药治疗后MDD患者的P3波幅并没有显著改变。但总体来说,当前对MDD患者的认知相关ERP研究大多为横断面研究,缺乏纵向追踪报道;而且抑郁障碍临床表现复杂多样,患者具有高度异质性,研究中被试的纳入标准、抑郁严重程度、共病、病程不同等因素也会对研究结果的一致性产生较大影响。值得注意的是,抑郁障碍患者的认知功能损害与其情绪症状存在密切的联系,如形成负性偏向的认知图式,对正性或积极情绪的反应变慢,对奖赏的动机缺失等,而基于情绪的认知损伤有可能是抑郁障碍患者的认知功能障碍区别于其他疾病的特异性表现形式,在进行经典的脑电生理研究中如能结合考察与情感相关的认知功能的任务,更有可能探测到抑郁障碍的特异性认知表现。综上所述,本研究将结合情绪识别行为学任务及经典的听觉Oddball任务范式脑电实验,对首发未服药MDD患者进行纵向追踪研究,在接受 SSRI(Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor)类抗抑郁药物治疗8周前后评估患者的认知功能特征,并进行听觉Oddball任务过程中的脑电数据采集,比较患者与健康对照在基线时的差异,并寻找患者在不同疾病状态(首发、临床缓解或未缓解)下的变化规律,进一步探索脑电生理特征、行为和情绪认知表现之间的联系。材料与方法:研究共纳入116名被试,其中首发未服药MDD患者56人,健康对照被试60人。所有被试均完成量表、情绪认知评估以及听觉oddball范式的脑电数据采集。在使用SSRI类药物进行8周的抗抑郁治疗后,MDD患者再次进行评估和脑电数据采集,经8周治疗后HAMD-17得分≤7分为缓解组(remitted MDD,RM),否则为未缓解组(non-remitted MDD,
