Antarctic continental lakes and ponds are among the most impoverished aquatic environments on earth but many of them support flourishing populations of cyanobacteria,eukaryotic algae,protozoans,and some multicellular *** this study,we present results of a microscopic analysis of cyanobacteria and eukaryotic algae from nine diverse types of Antarctic continental water bodies during one austral *** results supplement and enlarge our previous studies on the limnological characteristics of the epiglacial and supraglacial lakes and ponds in Dronning Maud Land,an area that has received little attention from *** taxon with highest frequency among the samples(n=79)was Mesotaenium ***,a eukaryotic Zygnematophyceae,which occurred in 82%of the samples with a maximum cell density of 68 cells·mL^(-1).The taxa with second and third highest frequency were the prokaryotes Gloeocapsopsis(60%)and Leptolyngbya(41%),followed by Chlamydomonas(34%)and Cyanothece(29%).The number of taxa varied between 7-21 among the lakes and ponds,being highest in a supraglacial lake,and lowest in an epiglacial *** results did not reveal any obvious correlation between the abundance of any taxa and the water chemistry,but water bodies with inorganic sediments had higher cell densities and biomasses than those without *** suggests the importance of sediment in supporting biological diversity in these ultraoligotrophic lakes and ponds.

化疗引起的恶心呕吐(CINV)是众多抗癌药物治疗中常见的不良事件,不仅会对患者生活质量带来负面影响,还有可能影响化疗效果。目前,指南建议的止吐方案可以预防大部分癌症患者的CINV。但临床医师并不能始终遵循指南建议,患者也常常难以坚持医师处方的治疗。因此需要采取一些提高指南依从性的方法。奈妥匹坦帕洛诺司琼(NEPA)是首个也是唯一一个固定剂量复方止吐药,由奈妥匹坦(口服)/福奈妥匹坦(静脉给药)与帕洛诺司琼(PALO)组成。NEPA可以联合地塞米松组成三联止吐方案,这是用于高致吐性化疗(HEC)患者和部分中致吐性化疗(MEC)患者预防CINV的推荐方案。因此,NEPA止吐治疗操作简单便捷,可能有助于提高指南依从性。本综述对CINV进行了概括,评价了在临床试验和真实实践中积累的NEPA止吐效果及安全性方面的证据,同时也评价了在关键临床试验之外的环境下,即日常临床环境中使用NEPA进行止吐的初步证据。此外,本文还评述了化疗期间使用NEPA控制恶心症状和提高患者生活质量,这是癌症患者管理中面临的两个大挑战。

并联数字阀由多个结构简单、耐污能力强且可靠性高的数字阀组成，具备独特硬件冗余优势，一定程度保证了系统安全可靠性。然而，长期高频切换不可避免会导致其组成阀发生卡滞和泄漏等故障，使得原有开关组合控制失效，无法匹配目标需求，导致性能降级。因此，提出改进的PNM控制及故障自适应循环切换控制在减少切换次数下保证控制精度与各阀切换均匀性。在此基础上，提出基于信号自适应重构的主动容错控制方法改善故障性能。首先，介绍并联数字阀工作原理，基于高速开关阀的典型故障建立各故障下并联数字阀流量模型，利用并联数字阀独特的冗余特性，设计自适应信号在线重构以实现剩余功能重组与典型I、II类故障的容错机制，建立故障发生在泵侧和油箱侧的容错流量方程，设计不同工况下容错切换监督控制，分析不同工况下两类典型故障信号并联数字阀自适应重构机制与阀组协同控制下交叉错流的容错补偿效果，形成自适应主动容错补偿控制方法，优化故障下系统性能并保证可靠运行。基于等编码并联数字阀控缸试验台进行容错试验，结果表明，I类故障最大误差可减少约27%;II类故障最大误差可减少约12%，平均误差减少约12.5%。

Scalable fabrication of high-rate micro-supercapacitors(MSCs)is highly desired for on-chip integration of energy storage *** virtue of the special self-assembly behavior of 2D materials during drying thin films of their liquid dispersion,a new inkjet printing technique of passivated graphene micro-flakes is developed to directly print MSCs with 3D networked porous *** presence of macroscale through-thickness pores provides fast ion transport pathways and improves the rate capability of the devices even with solid-state *** multiple-pass printing,the porous microstructure effectively absorbs the successively printed inks,allowing full printing of 3D structured MSCs comprising multiple vertically stacked cycles of current collectors,electrodes,and sold-state *** all-solid-state heterogeneous 3D MSCs exhibit excellent vertical scalability and high areal energy density and power density,evidently outperforming the MSCs fabricated through general printing techniques.

Lake ice phenology(LIP)is an essential indicator of climate change and helps with understanding of the regional characteristics of climate change *** observation records and remote sensing retrieval products of lake ice phenology are abundant for Europe,North America,and the Tibetan Plateau,but there is a lack of data for inner *** this work,enhanced-resolution passive microwave satellite data(PMW)were used to investigate the Northern Hemisphere Lake Ice Phenology(PMW LIP).The Freeze Onset(FO),Complete Ice Cover(CIC),Melt Onset(MO),and Complete Ice Free(CIF)dates were derived for 753 lakes,including 409 lakes for which ice phenology retrievals were available for the period 1978 to 2020 and 344 lakes for which these were available for 2002 to *** of the PMW LIP using ground records gave correlation coefficients of 0.93 and 0.84 for CIC and CIF,respectively,and the corresponding values of the RMSE were 11.84 and 10.07 *** lake ice phenology in this dataset was significantly correlated(P<0.001)with that obtained from Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)data-the average correlation coefficient was 0.90 and the average RMSE was 7.87 *** minimum RMSE was 4.39 days for *** PMW is not affected by the weather or the amount of sunlight and thus provides more reliable data about the freezing and thawing process information than MODIS *** PMW LIP dataset pro-vides the basic freeze-thaw data that is required for research into lake ice and the impact of climate change in the cold regions of the Northern *** dataset is available at http://***/10.11922/sciencedb.j00076.00081.

Extreme weather events, sea level rise, and political disputes linked to climate change are driving masses to leave their homes. Their transitional settlements should be produced in a manner that causes minimum greenhouse gas(GHG) emissions to prevent any further acceleration of climate change and the humanitarian crises it causes. This article presents a study of the carbon footprint and primary energy demand of the construction materials of eight different transitional shelters. The lowest carbon footprints were found from shelter models made from bamboo or timber. The highest emissions were caused by shelters that have either a short service life or that are made from metal-intensive structures. The choice of cladding materials was surprisingly important. The findings were further compared to the overall impacts of each construction project, to national per capita GHG emissions,and to construction costs. Some shelter projects had notable total energy consumption even compared to the annual energy use of industrialized countries. The study concludes that construction materials have an important impact on the carbon footprint of shelters. Comparisons should however be made only between similar functional units. Furthermore, benchmark values and more background data are urgently needed in order to give humanitarian nongovernmental organizations tools for lowering the carbon footprint of their construction operations.

Intensive forest management has been applied in most Fennoscandian forests for a period of almost one felling *** paradigm has produced even-aged and even-structured forests of different successional stages that cover about 90%of forest *** the same time,wildfires have been nearly eliminated in most of the Fennoscandian ***,hundreds of species are red-listed because of forest *** support these species,forest management requires *** retention forestry and habitat restoration have been suggested to mitigate negative effects of forest management on biodiversity,and these have been practiced to some extent during the past few ***,we review experimental results on the effects of variable retention and two restoration measures(prescribed burning and artificial addition of coarse woody debris)on different species groups in *** key findings are as follows:(i)Many species respond positively to felling within a few years,apparently due to released and often ephemeral resources,such as fresh residue and *** associated with shady conditions are negatively impacted,but any retention supports many of these,and their species composition remains almost unaffected with 50-70%retention of the initial tree volume.(ii)These effects remain detectable for at least 10-30 years or,according to some studies,nearly 100 years,e.g.,in polypore fungi.(iii)Initial effects of prescribed burning on most species groups(apart from pyrophiles)are negative,but within 10-15 years post-fire sites begin to support many rare and threatened deadwood-dependent *** lichens,however,remain negatively affected.(iv)Artificial addition of deadwood(mostly high stumps)supports a wide spectrum of deadwood-dependent species,but the species composition differs from that of naturally died trees.(v)Moisture and micro-habitat variation are crucial for forest species at harvested sites,at least in forests dominated by
