Cardiac transplantation is currently the preferred choice of treatment for end-stage cardiac disease. Despite great advances have been made in the prevention and treatment of acute transplant rejection, accelerated cardiac allograft vasculopathy （CAV） still limits the long-term success of heart transplantation. CAV is a rapidly progressive form of atherosclerosis described by vascular remodeling of the graft coronary arteries that occurs uniquely in transplant recipi- ents. In the early stages, CAV is characterized by intimal proliferation, while luminal stenosis of epicardial branches, occlusion of smaller arteries and myocardial infarction occur in the later stages.

Spatio-temporal imaging of light propagation is very important in photonics because it provides the most direct tool available to study the interaction between light and its host ***-ps time resolution is needed to investigate the fine and complex structural features that characterize disordered and heterogeneous structures,which are responsible for a rich array of transport physics that have not yet been fully explored.A newly developed wide-field imaging system enables us to present a spatiotemporal study on light transport in various disordered media,revealing properties that could not be properly assessed using standard *** extending our investigation to an almost transparent membrane,a configuration that has been difficult to characterize until now,we unveil the peculiar physics exhibited by such thin scattering systems with transport features that go beyond mainstream diffusion modeling,despite the occurrence of multiple scattering.

We review the measurements of the D decay strong-phase parameters based on quantum-correlated D00pairs produced in the e+e-→ψ（3770）→ D00process,and we discuss their role in the measurements of Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa angle γ and D- *** addition,we present estimates of the size of quantum-correlated datasets necessary to support the 7 and charm mixing measurements conducted at the LHCb and Belle Ⅱ ***,we review the methods for measuring the D- mixing and CP violation parameters at a high-luminosity charm factory,giving sensitivity estimates.

Based on data collected along the Ligurian Apennines and Alps(N-W Italy),we analysed the main environmental and human-related factors influencing the distribution of kill sites of the wolf Canis *** mapped and digitized 62 kill sites collected during *** each kill site,we defined a buffer corresponding to the potential hunting area of *** compared kill site plots and an equal number of random *** formulated a model of kill site distribution following an approach presence versus availability by binary logistic regression analysis;we tested the hypothesis that wolf choice of kill sites is influenced by the physiography and the land use of the *** the preyed wild ungulates,we identified 23 roe deer Capreolus capreolus,18 fallow deer Dama dama,16 wild boars Sus scrofa,and 5 chamois Rupicapra *** logistic regression analysis showed a negative effect of the road density,the urban areas,the mixed forests,and a positive effect of steep slopes and open *** are more vulnerable to predators under certain conditions and predators are capable of selecting for these *** achieved this by selecting particular habitats in which to kill their prey:they preferred steep,open habitats far from human presence,where wild ungulates are more easily detectable and chasable.

The possibility to evaluate in a predictive way the relevant transport properties of low molecular weight species, both gases and vapors, in glassy polymeric membranes is inspected in detail, with particular attention to the methods recently developed based on solid thermodynamic basis. The solubility of pure and mixed gases, diffusivity and permeability of single gases in polymer glasses are examined, considering in particular poly（2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide） as a relevant test case. The procedure clearly indicates what are the relevant physical properties of the polymer matrix and of the penetrants required by the calculations, which can be obtained experimentally through independent measurements. For gas and vapor solubility, the comparison with direct experimental data for mixed gases points out also the ability to account for the significant variations that solubility-selectivity experiences upon variations of pres- sure and/or feed composition. For gas and vapor perme- ability, the comparison with direct experimental data shows the possibility to account for the various different trends observed experimentally as penetrant pressure is increased, including the so-called plasticization behavior. The procedure followed for permeability calculations leads also to clear correlations between permeability and physical properties of both polymer and penetrant, based on which pure predictive calculations are reliably made.

Consumer attitudes towards the mountain product label: Implications for mountain development

To protect and promote the originality and authenticity of mountain foodstuffs, the European Union set Regulation No 1151/2012 to create the optional quality term "mountain product". Our research aimed at exploring the attractiveness of the mountain product label for consumers, considering both attitude towards the label itself and purchase intentions. We propose a model to investigate relationships between four latent constructs-mountain attractiveness, mountain food attractiveness, attitude towards the mountain product label, and purchase intention-which have been tested, thus confirming the statistical relevance of the relationships. All 47 items selected for describing the latent constructs are suitable for this purpose. Ridge and LASSO results also show that 17 items of the first three constructs are relevant in explaining purchase intentions. Some contextual variables, such as age, income, geographical origin of consumers, and knowledge of mountain products and mountains for tourism purposes, can positively influence consumers’ behavior. These findings could support the design of mountain development strategies, in particular marketing actions for both the product and the territory.
