Objective:To eva.ua.e the ef.ects of.etha.ol–wa.er(80:20) extra.t of.Ma.rubium vulga.e(***) on the hema.ologica. pa.a.eters,ma.roscopic a.d histologica. a.pects of.the uterus a.d f.tus in non-pregna.t a.d pregna.t ***:f.ma.e ra.s were divided into 4 equa. groups(n = 9),group N(norma. ra.s) a.d group G(pregna.t ra.s) considered a. control groups,group NE(norma. ra.s trea.ed with the etha.ol–wa.er(80:20,v/v) extra.t of.***) a.d group GE(pregna.t ra.s trea.ed with the extra.t).The etha.ol–wa.er(80:20) pla.t extra.t wa. a.ministered in a.single da.ly dose 1 g/kg a. the morning,during 19 *** the 19 da. of.the experiment,a.ima.s were sa.rif.ced,the uterus a.d f.tuses were removed f.r the morphologica. a.d histologica. studies a.d the blood wa. collected in EDTa.tubes f.r the mea.urement of.hema.ologica. pa.a.eters with the use of.a. a.toma.e ‘HORIBa.a.X Micros 60 Hema.ology a.a.yzer'.Results:Our results showed,in group NE a.d GE,a.signif.ca.t decrea.e on hema.ologica. pa.a.eters:red blood cells(NE:18.6%;GE:38.4%),hema.ocrit(NE:13.8%;GE:20.4%),hemoglobin(NE:12.1%;GE:8.3%) a.d mea. corpuscula. volume(NE:6.4%;GE:2%) with P more less a.***,the extra.t of.*** ca.sed a.signif.ca.t decrea.e on the mea. impla.ta.ions of.f.tuses(82.5%,Pa.d their size(47.2%,Pa. f.r the ma.roscopic a.d histologica. a.pea.a.ce of.uterus,our da.a.showed no cha.ge in norma. trea.ed *** contra.t,the trea.ed pregna.t ra.s showed a.severe histologica. cha.ge cha.a.terized by the existence of.loca.ion of.stopped ***,it wa. a.so f.und in the uterus of.these ra. lyses pla.enta. a.d embryo ***:a.l these results support the hypothesis of.a. a.ortif.cient ef.ect of.***.

With the developing of.juices a.d bevera.es industry, the processors need to bring new nutritiona. f.rtif.ed products to ca.ture the ma.ket a. per the dema.d of.the consumer who needs hea.thier product. Thus, this study a.med to the production of.ma.go bevera.e a.d ma.go f.a.ored bevera.e f.rtif.ed with chia.seeds;eva.ua.e the chemica. properties of.chia.seeds a.d study the ef.ect of.a.ding ca.boxymethyl cellulose, xa.tha. gum a.d low a.yl gella. gum a. the concentra.ions of.0.05% a.d 0.1% on the sta.ility of.suspension chia.seeds in bevera.e during stora.e a. a.bient tempera.ure f.r six months. Viscosity, color, zeta.potentia., suspension of.seeds a.d orga.oleptic properties were eva.ua.ed. Results showed tha. chia.seeds were rich in protein, omega.3 f.tty a.ids a.d dieta.y f.ber. The a.dition of.0.05% gella. gum led to improved a.pea.a.ce a.tributes a.d the highest sta.ility of.suspension of.chia.seeds f.r six months, a.d wa. the sa.ple which scored highest f.r overa.l a.cepta.ility compa.ed to the other sa.ples of.bevera.es. Results indica.ed tha. using chia.seeds with the a.dition of.0.05% low a.yl gella. gum led to the production of.f.rtif.ed ma.go bevera.e a.d ma.go f.a.ored bevera.e with high sta.ility f.r six months.

If.non-union occurs, the pa.ient should undergo surgica. intervention a. ea.ly a. possible to a.oid neurologica. deteriora.ion. Objective: To demonstra.e the va.ue of.intra.opera.ive reduction a.d posterior sta.iliza.ion of.a.la.to-a.ia. junction in ca.es of.non-union old Odontoid f.a.tures a.d their outcome. The study wa. a.so to check f.r criteria.a.socia.ed with a.f.vora.le outcome a.d if.posterior decompression will be a.socia.ed with a.better outcome. Pa.ients a.d Methods: 12 pa.ients of.old neglected Odontoid f.a.tures f.llowing conserva.ive ma.a.ement a.d complica.ed by non-union were opera.ed through intra.opera.ive reduction with posterior sta.iliza.ion a.d f.xa.ion of.a.la.to-a.ia. junction a. a.-a.ha. University Hospita.s during the period sta.ting f.om June 2016 till the end of.December 2019 using Screws a.d Rods. Intra.opera.ive reduction under C-a.m X-ra. a.d f.rm sta.iliza.ion were a.med in a.l ca.es. Posterior cord decompression wa. a. option in selected 4 pa.ients with severe cord compression. Both intra.opera.ive, post-opera.ive ra.iologica. a.d clinica. outcomes were a.sessed. Results: Good intra.opera.ive reduction a.d a.ignment of.f.a.tured Odontoid process were obta.ned in a.l ca.es with use of.4 screws a.d 2 rods (2 screws a.d 1 rod on ea.h side) in 11 ca.es a.d with using 2 screws a.d 1 rod (unila.era. f.xa.ion) in one ca.e. Good clinica. outcome wa. obta.ned in a.l pa.ients with improvement of.pre-opera.ive condition except in 3 pa.ients

The ha.a.d of.Hg ion pollution triggers the motiva.ion to explore a.f.st, sensitive, a.d relia.le detection method. Here, we design a.d f.brica.e novel 36-nm-thick a.-a. composite la.ers a.terna.ely deposited on three-dimensiona. （3D） periodic SiO2 na.ogrids a. surf.ce-enha.ced Ra.a. sca.tering （SERS） probes. The SERS ef.ects of.the probes depend ma.nly on the positions a.d intensities of.their loca.ized surf.ce pla.mon resona.ce （LSPR） pea.s, which is conf.rmed by the a.sorption spectra.f.om f.nite-dif.erence time-doma.n （f.TD） ca.cula.ions. By optimizing the structure a.d ma.eria. to ma.imize the intrinsic electric f.eld enha.cement ba.ed on the design method of.3D periodic SERS probes proposed, high perf.rma.ce of.the a.-a./SiO2 na.ogrid probes is a.hieved with the sta.ility f.rther enha.ced by a.nea.ing. The optimized probes show the outsta.ding sta.ility with only 4.0% SERS intensity cha.ge during 10-da. stora.e, the excellent detection unif.rmity of.5.78% （RSD）, the detection limit of.5.0 × 10-12 M （1 ppt）, a.d superior selectivity f.r Hg ions. The present study renders it possible to rea.ize the ra.id a.d relia.le detection of.tra.e hea.y meta. ions by developing high- perf.rma.ce 3D periodic structure SERS probes by designing novel 3D structure a.d optimizing pla.monic ma.eria..
