目的：低蛋白血症、液体潴留和体重增加与危重症患者急性肺损伤的进展及死亡率的相关性还没有因果关系的证据。我们设计了临床试验来决定在伴有急性肺损伤的低蛋白血症患者中是否需利尿及肢体替代来改善肺部生理学。设计：前瞻随机双盲安慰剂对照试验。地点：两所大学附属医院的全部成人加强医疗病房。患者：37例件有急性肺损伤的机械通气患者，其血浆总蛋白≤5．0g／d1。干预：每8小时输入25克白蛋白连用5天，同时持续输入速尿或者使用双安慰剂，轻体重、提高血浆总蛋白。目标是利尿、减轻体重、提高血浆总蛋白。测量和主要结果：测量指标包括体重变化、血浆总蛋白水平、液体平衡、血流动力学、呼吸系统顺应性和氧合情况。两组间基础情况近似(治疗组n＝19，对照组n=18)，都伴有导致急性肺损伤的创伤，治疗5天中都出现尿量增加和体重减轻(治疗组超过5．3kg，P=0．04)，同时在治疗组24小时内伴有PaO2/Fi02比的改善(从171到236，P=0．02)。呼吸机条件没有改变。随着时间变化治疗组的平均动脉压从80增加到88mmHg(P=0．10)，心率从110减慢到95次／分(P=0．008)，但两组间在死亡率上没有区别。结论：白蛋白加速尿治疗可改善伴有急性肺损伤的低蛋白血症患者的流体平衡、氧合状态和血流动力学，但就总的治疗花费和收益、预后，以及在其他患者的治疗效果还有待进一步研究。

A first search for the Ξ_(bc)^(+)J/ψΞ_(c)^(+) decay is performed by the LHCb experiment with a data sample of proton-proton collisions, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb−1 recorded at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. Two peaking structures are seen with a local (global) significance of 4.3(2.8) and 4.1(2.4) standard deviations at masses of 6571 and 6694 MeV/c2, respectively. Upper limits are set on the Ξ+bc baryon production cross-section times the branching fraction relative to that of the B+c→J/ψd+s decay at centre-of-mass energies of 8 and 13 TeV, in the Ξ+bc and in the B+c rapidity and transverse-momentum ranges from 2.0 to 4.5 and 0 to 20GeV/c, respectively. Upper limits are presented as a function of the Ξ+bc mass and lifetime.

The first search for the doubly heavyΩ^(0)_(bc)baryon and a search for the E^(0)_(bc)baryon are performed using pp collision data collected via the LHCb experiment from 2016 to 2018 at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV,corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.2 fb^(-1).The baryons are reconstructed via their decays to Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-)and E^(+)_(c)π^(-).No significant excess is fbund for invariant masses between 6700 and 7300 MeV/c^(2),in a rapidity range from 2.0 to 4.5 and a transverse momentum range from 2 to 20 MeV/*** limits are set on the ratio of the Ω^(0)_(bc)and E^(0)_(bc)production cross-section times the branching fraction to Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-)(E^(+)_(c)π^(-))relative to that of the Λ^(0)_(b)(E^(0)_(b))baryon,for different lifetime hypotheses,at 95%confidence *** upper limits range from 0.5 x 10^(-4)to 2.5 x 10^(-4)for theΩ^(0)_(bc)→Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-)(E^(0)_(bc)→Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-))decay,and from 1.4x 10^(-3)to 6.9 x 10^(-3)for theΩ^(0)_(bc)→E^(+)_(c)π^(-)(E^(0)_(bc)→E^(+)_(c)π^(-))decay,depending on the considered mass and lifetime of theΩ^(0)_(bc)(E^(0)_(bc))baryon.

血管性认知损害是用于描述一组涉及大血管和小血管的散发性和遗传性异质性疾病的诊断术语。皮质下小血管病可导致腔隙性梗死和进行性白质损害。被称为宾斯旺格病（Binswanger＇s disease, Bd）的进行性白质损害患者构成了从单纯血管性疾病到合并神经变性病变的疾病谱。Bd患者是一个相对同质性的亚组，存在缺氧缺血、腔隙性梗死和炎症，它们协同作用破坏血脑屏障和髓鞘。通过临床、脑脊液、神经心理学和影像学检查获得的多模式疾病标记物能促进该亚组患者的鉴别。本共识声明确定了一系列基于基础病理学改变的潜在生物学标记物，这将有助于诊断以及将来协作性治疗试验的患者选择。

Many fungi are pathogenic on plants and cause significant damage in agriculture and *** are also part of the natural ecosystem and may play a role in regulating plant numbers/*** identification and analysis of plant pathogenic fungi,while important,is often hampered by the scarcity of discriminatory taxonomic characters and the endophytic or inconspicuous nature of these ***(dNA sequence)data for plant pathogenic fungi have emerged as key information for diagnostic and classification studies,although hampered in part by non-standard laboratory practices and analytical *** facilitate current and future research,this study provides phylogenetic synopses for 25 groups of plant pathogenic fungi in the Ascomycota,Basidiomycota,Mucormycotina(Fungi),and Oomycota,using recent molecular data,up-to-date names,and the latest taxonomic *** laboratory protocols together with advice on their application,as well as general observations,are also *** hope to maintain updated backbone trees of these fungal lineages over time and to publish them jointly as new data *** of plant pathogenic fungi not covered by the present study are invited to join this future ***,Botryosphaeriaceae,Botryosphaeria,Botrytis,Choanephora,Colletotrichum,Curvularia,diaporthe,diplodia,dothiorella,Fusarium,Gilbertella,Lasiodiplodia,Mucor,Neofusicoccum,Pestalotiopsis,Phyllosticta,Phytophthora,Puccinia,Pyrenophora,Pythium,Rhizopus,Stagonosporopsis,Ustilago and Verticillium are dealt with in this paper.
