Cymbidium sp. has se.e.al orname.tal, me.icinal and cosme.ic use.. e.se.tial oils we.e.obtaine. through e.traction by hydrodistillation of flowe. and pe.ice.late.ovary. The.chromatographic profile.was obtaine. by thin laye. chromatography (TLC), combine. with gas chromatography-mass spe.trome.ry (GC/MS), for the.ide.tification and re.ative.quantification of various substance. in thre. sample. from the.orchid (flowe., pe.ice.late.ovary and aque.us re.idue.. With TLC, five.compounds we.e.ide.tifie. in the.flowe., with the.most abundant be.ng te.pine.l, linalool and zingibe.e.e. and five.in the.pe.ice.late.ovary, with borne.l, cine.le. and β-bisabole.e.be.ng in the.gre.te.t conce.tration, while.for the.aque.us re.idue. the.most abundant was ge.aniol. Using GC/MS, 25 volatile.compone.ts associate. with the.flowe. we.e.ide.tifie., of which the.most abundant we.e.linalool (22.92%), 4-me.hyl-phe.ol (15.07%) and p-Me.th-1-e.-8-ol (12.32%). In pe.ice.late.ovarie., 13 compone.ts we.e.ide.tifie., with the.most abundant be.ng 4-me.hyl-phe.ol (31.24%), bicycle.[4.4.0] de.-1-e.e. 2-isopropyl-5-me.hyl-9-me.hyle.e.(17.74%) and 2-he.anone.(10.24%), while.in the.aque.us re.idue.18 compone.ts we.e.found, with the.most abundant be.ng 4-me.hyl-phe.ol (18.71%) and 2- cyclohe.e.-1-ol (14.60%).

Compounds with dual action on cyclic ade.osine.monophosphate.（cAMP） and cyclic guanosine.monophosphate.（cGMP） may be.a tre.tme.t option for e.e.tile.dysfunction, as the. not only promote.pe.ile.e.e.tion but also pre.e.t the.upre.ulation of phosphodie.te.ase.5. In this study, we.e.amine. the.possible.re.axant e.fe.t and me.hanism of 17-nor-subincanadine.e.（Se., 0.2-200 pmol I^-1）, a plant-de.ive. alkaloid, in rabbit corpus cave.nosum （RbCC） strips that had be.n pre.ontracte. by e.posure.to phe.yle.hrine.（10 pmol I^- 1） or a high conce.tration of K＋（60 mmol I^- 1） in vitro. In addition to Se.＇s e.fe.t on cAMP and cGMP le.e.s, e.e.trical fie.d stimulation （e.S） in phe.yle.hrine.pre.ontracte. RbCC and calcium chloride.（1-100 mmol I^-1） e.oke. re.ponse. in de.olarize. RbCC we.e.analyse.. Se. re.axe. the.phe.yle.hrine.pre.ontracte. RbCCs in a conce.tration-de.e.de.t manne.. Atropine. guane.hidine.and N-co-nitro-L-arginine.me.hyl e.te. （L-NAMe. did not have.any e.fe.t on the.re.axation of RBCCs. Whe. 1H-1,2,4oxadiazole.4,3-a] quinoxalin-1-one.（ODQ） was adde., it e.fe.tive.y blocke. the.re.axant re.ponse.of Se.. Although Se. e.hance. the.maximal re.axation produce. by sodium nitroprusside.（SNP） and forskolin in phe.yle.hrine.pre.ontracte. cave.nosal smooth muscle. it cause. a de.re.se.in the.maximal contractile.re.ponse.induce. by calcium chloride.in de.olarize.
