Background and purpose Tenecteplase(TNK)is a promising agent for treatment of acute ischaemic stroke(AIS).We hypothesised that recombinant human TNK tissue-type plasminogen activator(rhTNK-tPA)is non-inferior to rt-PA in achieving excellent functional outcome at 90 days,when administered within 4.5 hours of ischaemic stroke *** and design Tenecteplase Reperfusion therapy in Acute ischemic Cerebrovascular Events(TRACE)is a phase Ⅲ,multicentre,prospective,randomised,open-label,blinded-end point non-inferiority *** eligible for intravenous thrombolysis therapy are randomised to rhTNK-tPA 0.25 mg/kg(single bolus)to a maximum of 25 mg or rt-PA 0.9 mg/kg(10%bolus+90%infusion/1 hour)to a maximum of 90 *** considered necessary for the patient’s health may be given at the discretion of the investigator during 90-day *** outcomes The primary study outcome is excellent functional outcome defined as modified Rankin Scale(mRS)0–1 at 90 *** efficacy outcomes include favourable functional outcome defined as mRS≤2 at 90 days,ordinal distribution of mRS and major neurological improvement on the National Institutes of Health Stroke *** outcomes are symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage within 36 hours and death from any *** There is no completed registration study of TNK in AIS *** Ⅱ strives to provide evidence for a new drug application for rhTNK-tPA in AIS within 4.5 hours through a well-designed and rigorously executed randomised trial in China.

The use of insect meal in aquafeed formulations has recently gained *** knowledge about the inclusion levels for pikeperch(Sander lucioperca),a promising candidate for intensive aquaculture in Europe remains,however,*** the present study,4 isoproteic(45%dry matter)and isoenergetic(21 MJ/kg)diets were formulated,including a control diet(H0)containing 30%fishmeal(FM)on an as-fed basis and the other 3 diets in which FM protein was replaced by defatted black soldier fly(Hemetia illucens)meal(HIM)at 25%,50%,and 100%(diet abbreviation H9,H18 and H36,corresponding to an inclusion level of 9%,18%and 36%,respectively).The feeding trial was performed in triplicate groups of 50 juvenile pikeperch(mean weight,68.7 g)fed with experimental diets for 84 d during which the growth performance,nutrient digestibility,fillet quality and economic and environmental sustainability of rearing pikeperch were *** findings indicated that pikeperch in H0,H9,and H18 groups displayed better results regarding growth performance indices,except for survival rate where no significant difference among groups was recorded(P?0.642).A significantly lower organ-somatic index,including hepatosomatic,viscerosomatic and perivisceral fat index,was found in fish in H18 groups than other groups(Pd the digestibility of the nutrients and resulted in an almost linear reduction in the apparent digestibility coefficient of dry matter and *** the fillet quality,dietary HIM negatively affected the protein and ash contents of the fish fillets,while the crude fat remained *** HIM did not significantly modify total saturated,monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids in the fillets of fed pikeperch(P>0.05)but did reduce total n-3 fatty acids(P?0.001)and increased total n-6(Pduced the environmental impacts associated with fish in-to-fish out ratio but entailed heavy burdens on e

This study examined land use land cover (LULC) dynamics in Upper Benue River Basin, Nigeria. The study makes use of primary and secondary data. Landsat Imageries for the years 1981, 2001 and 2021 were used in the study. Supervised approach with maximum likelihood classifier was adopted for the classification and generation of LULC maps. markov Cellular Automata model was used to predict the status of LULC of the catchment for year 2070. The findings of the study reveal remarkable changes in the land use land cover of the Upper Benue River Basin. The land cover has witnessed downward trend in the percentage area covered by vegetation and bare surface resulting in 15.4% and 2.6% losses respectively. The result of the findings reveals that the built-up area and rock outcrop has shown significant gains of 15.2% and 2.9% of the study area respectively. Water body has been stable with 0% change, though, it witnessed a marginal decline in 2001. The land use land cover change observed in the Upper Benue River Basin was as a result of anthropogenic factors characterized by deforestation, expansion of agricultural lands, overgrazing among others. Based on the findings, the study recommended controlled grazing activity, deforestation and indiscriminate fuelwood exploitation and improved agronomic practices in the basin.

Although rare, infection with Streptococcus anginosus has a known predilection for abscess formation. We report here a case of a 20 year-old, otherwise healthy female patient noted to have developed abdominal and pelvic abscesses secondary to Streptococcus anginosus infection. Although the inciting focus of the pathogen remains unclear in our patient, this case report emphasizes the importance of rapid identification of the organism and highlights the approach to therapeutic options in the management of such cases.

In this work,Saudi heavy crude oil(SHCO)was upgraded by the hydrodynamic cavitation *** collapse of cavitation bubbles instantly produces extreme conditions such as high temperature,pressure,and jet flow and strong shear forces,which can play a significant role in the upgradation *** results revealed that the viscosity and Conradson carbon residue of SHCO decreased from 13.61 to 7.22 mm^(2)/s and from 7.16%to 6.48%,*** boiling point distillation findings showed that the vacuum residue(VR)decreased by 1%.Atmospheric-pressure photoionization Fourier-transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry,X-ray diffraction,dynamic light scattering,Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy were employed to characterize the molecular composition,crystalline structure,asphaltene aggregate particle size distribution,functional groups,and morphology,respectively,to understand the effects of hydrodynamic cavitation on *** obtained results demonstrate that hydrodynamic cavitation upgradation reduced the interaction forces between the asphaltene molecules,weakening the crystalline structure of the asphaltene aggregates,reducing the degree of association of the aromatic compounds in SHCO and asphaltenes,and decreasing the average particle *** delayed coking properties of the VR were further investigated,and the cavitation treatment was found to decrease the coke yield by 1.85%and increase the liquid and gas yields by 1.52%and 0.33%,***,hydrodynamic cavitation can effectively enhance the processing performance of crude oil by improving the properties and structural characteristics of asphaltenes.

In the presence of background noise,arrival times picked from a surface microseismic data set usually include a number of false picks that can lead to uncertainty in location *** eliminate false picks and improve the accuracy of location estimates,we develop an association algorithm termed RANSAC-based Arrival Time Event Clustering(RATEC)that clusters picked arrival times into event groups based on random sampling and fitting moveout curves that approximate *** times far from the fitted hyperbolas are classified as false picks and removed from the data set prior to location *** of synthetic data for a 1-d linear array show that RATEC is robust under different noise conditions and generally applicable to various types of subsurface *** generalizing the underlying moveout model,RATEC is extended to the case of a 2-d surface monitoring *** effectiveness of event location for the 2-d case is demonstrated using a data set collected by the 5200-element dense Long Beach *** obtained results suggest that RATEC is effective in removing false picks and hence can be used for phase association before location estimates.

Fabricating a high-performing thermoset using bio-based flame retardant is critical for the sustain-able development of engineering materials with superior fire safety and robust mechanical ***,the epoxy(EP)composites with the industrial requirements are manufactured with a novel high-efficient,lignin-based flame retardant named dAL-x,which is fabricated by grafting 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaze-10-oxide(dOPO)onto *** resulting dAL-x/EP composite exhibits excellent flame retardancy with a desirable UL-94 V-0 rating and a satisfactory limiting oxygen index(LOI)of 29.8%due to the appropriate phosphorus content of dAL-x with adjustable molecular chain ***-over,the dAL-x/EP composite shows an unexpected improvement in the elastic modulus(∼36%)and well-preserved strength and ductility compared with those of pure *** work offers a feasible strat-egy for creating efficient bio-based flame retardants utilizing industrial waste lignin and preparing high-performance EP composites that meet the demanding requirement of fire retardancy in industries,con-tributing to the circular economy and sustainability.
