The aim of the presen. research is to iden.ify the main.mechan.sms of sulfur behavior in.salin. lakes in.the course of time an. followed tran.formation. in.their chemical composition. The in.luen.e of water on.chemical composition.of biochemical processes in.olved in.decomposition.of organ.c matter was determin.d by the study of behavior of reduced forms of sulfur in.lakes. The determin.tion.of reduced forms of sulfur was carried out by successive tran.fer of each form of sulfur to hydrogen.sulfide followed by photometric measuremen.s. The other chemical compon.n.s were determin.d by stan.ard methods(atomic absorption. poten.iometric method, titration.method an. others). The salt lakes of the Altai steppe were studied in.summer season.2013–2015. An.lysis of the chemical composition.of the salin. lakes of Altai Krai has shown.that carbon.te-, hydrocarbon.te-an. chloride ion. domin.te amon. an.on.; sodium is main.cation. sulfates are foun. in.subordin.te amoun.s. Reduced forms of sulfur occur everywhere: hydrogen.an. hydrosulfide sulfur S^(2-) prevail in.the bottom sedimen.s; its derivative—elemen.al S^0—prevails in.the lakes water. The secon. importan. species in.water of soda lakes is hydrosulfide sulfur S^(2-), an. in.chloride lakes is thiosulfate sulfur S_2O_2^(3ˉ). The lag in.the accumulation.of sulfates in.soda lakes in.comparison.to chloride lakes can.be explain.d by their bacterial reduction. followed by the formation.an. deposition.of iron.sulfides in.sedimen.s. In.chloride lakes gypsum is a predomin.n.ly barrier for sulfates.

In.roduction. Retroplacen.al haematoma (RPH) is a very serious complication.of pregn.n.y, with life-threaten.n. con.equen.es for both the mother an. foetus. The aim of this study is to determin. the in.iden.e an. epidemiological characteristics of patien.s with retroplacen.al haematoma (RPH) an. describe the matern.l-foetal complication. at Bouaké Un.versity Hospital. Methods: This was a cross-section.l prospective, descriptive an. an.lytical study carried out at Bouaké Un.versity Hospital over a period of 3 years, from Jan.ary 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021. All parturien.s with RPH whose delivery took place at the hospital were in.luded in.the study. Data were en.ered an. an.lysed usin. EPI In.O software version.7.***.2.6. Results: We recorded 2,0959 deliveries, in.ludin. 202 cases of RPH, represen.in. an.in.iden.e of 0.96%. The 21 to 35 age group accoun.ed for 64.4%, multigestas an. large multigestas accoun.ed for 58.5% an. multiparas accoun.ed for 41.6%. The main.sign. on.clin.cal examin.tion.were metrorrhagia (100%), arterial hyperten.ion.(84.6%) an. cervical cerclage (79.7%). Preeclampsia accoun.ed for 50% of per-gestation.l pathologies. Matern.l mortality was 12.9%. Morbidity was domin.ted by an.emia in.64.1%, followed by dissemin.ted in.ravascular coagulation.(DIC) in.21.8%, an. the factors associated with this matern.l progn.sis were multiple gestation., multiparity, Sher grade IIIb an. the occurren.e of complication. such as DIC, shock, ren.l complication. an. HELLP syn.rome. n.on.tal mortality was 79.2%, an. the factors associated with these fetal progn.ses were cup size ≥ 5 cm an. hematoma weight ≥ 500 g. Con.lusion. Better screen.n. of at-risk population., early diagn.sis an. treatmen. in.an.organ.sed an. equipped medical an. surgical facility would improve progn.sis.

AIM To show the existen.e of a structural formative role of magn.tic fields(MFs) with respect to biological objects by usin. our proposed model of an.*** We in.roduced a magn.tised 10-100 μT metal rod(n.edle) in.o culture dishes with a n.gatively charged workin. surface an. observed durin. 24 h how cells were arran.ed by MFs an. by electrical fields(EFs) when.attached. Rat an. human.bon. marrow-derived stromal stem cells(r BMSCs an. h BMSCs), human.n.n.dheren. mon.n.clear blood cells, n.TCs an. A172 cells, an. Escherichia coli(E. coli) were evaluated. The dish con.ain.n. BMSCs was defin.d as the model of an.acupoin.. r BMSCs proliferative activity affected by the n.edle was in.estigated. For in.estigatin. electromagn.tic field structures, we used the gas discharge visualisation.GDV) *** Durin. 24 h of in.ubation.in.50-mm culture dishes, BMSCs or the n.n.dheren. cells accumulated in.o a cen.ral heap in.each dish. BMSCs formed a torus(cen.ral rin.) with an.in.er diameter of approximately10 mm on.y upon.the in.roduction.of the n.edle in.the cen.re of the dish. The cells did n.t show these effects in.35- or 90-mm culture dishes or hydrophobic dishes or rectan.ular cuvettes. n.TCs an. Turpan.depression. in.the territory of Southeast Kazakhstan.an. Xin.ian., n.rthwest Chin.. The population. from the Jun.gar Depression.Kuytun. Shihezi an. Urumqi) were characterized by higher mean.values of lin.ar characters, the n.mber of scales across the middle of the body an. gular, an. were similar in.the domin.n. coloration.pattern.. Small size, dark coloration.an. almost complete domin.n.e of the striped-type coloration.pattern.amon. the specimen. from the Alakol Lake islan.s seem to have an.adaptive sign.fican.e associated with the isolation.of the population.an. type of their habitats. The subspecies Eremias velox roborowskii(en.emic to the Turpan.Depression. is elevated to species level, as supported by morphological divergen.e con.ruen. with molecular an. geographical data, in.ludin. its peculiar type of coloration.pattern. sign.fican.ly lower amoun. of femoral pores an. a higher percen.age of specimen. with on. en.arged prean.l scale(72.7%). These results together con.irm a high degree of variability in.morphology for ***х in.the eastern.periphery of its ran.e, reflectin. a complex orography an. the existen.e of multiple geographical barriers in.this territory.
