Although alien and invasive plant species have been researched extensively in the European part of Russia,the situation in Siberia is another ***,alien and invasive species in Siberia have not received much attention because this problem was not especially acute in *** lack of attention on alien and invasive species in Siberia is attributed to three major reasons：1） Low vegetative productivity and sparse human populations in the Siberian territory have limited botanical research interest in the area.2） Severe Siberian climate likely prevents many alien and invasive species from increasing their distribution into Siberia.3） Most Siberian plant communities have not been human-transformed and thus may be resistant to ***,recent increased economic activities have resulted in increasing plant migration to Siberia,and this process should be ***,global environmental changes may also have made Siberia more favorable for more alien and invasive ***,research on alien and invasive species has begun in the Altai-Sayan region（Western Siberia） and the Magadan region （Northeastern Asia）.

The laminar burning velocity belongs to the fundamental combustion properties of fuels being a measure for their heat release,flame length,as well as reactivity and combustion stability,and thus,may impact the design of burners and combustion ***,these experimental data are needed for the validation and optimization within the construction and development of detailed chemical kinetic reaction *** this study,an overview of the different applications of fuel characterization regarding the specific area of interest(road transport,aviation,and aerospace)will be *** on the application,effects of different molecular characteristics on the laminar burning velocity are evaluated:the presence of oxygen atoms and the grade of branching in a specific fuel molecule as well as the difference in the type of a chemical bond,here,single and double *** of alternative fuels being discussed in the present study are:(Ⅰ)oxymethylene ether(OMEn)in the field of road transport;(Ⅱ)a paraffinic Alcohol-to-Jet fuel as sustainable aviation fuel;and(Ⅲ)mixtures of ethane or ethene with nitrous oxide as green propellants for rocket propulsion applications.

The degradation of nonylphenol （NP） in aqueous solution with UV, H202/UV, and Fenton/photo-Fenton processes was studied. The efficacy of direct and hydrogen peroxide photolysis proved to be dependent on the pH value. The addition of H202 to UV treatment improved NP degradation. The application of UV photolysis and the H202/UV system at pH 7 resulted in low pseudo first-order rate constants at 104 sec1 . In the experiments at elevated pH values the pseudo-first order rate constants increased to 103 sec1 . The efficacy of the Fenton process was lower in comparison with UV and hydrogen peroxide photolysis. The addition of UV irradiation to the H202/Fe2＋ system substantially improved NP degradation efficacy. In terms of performance, the photo-Fenton process was similar to the H202/UV process. The most favourable process for complete nonylphenol degradation considering both operational cost and treatment efficacy was H202/UV at pH 11 and 250 μmol/L H202 .

The recapitulation of primary tumour heterogenity and the existence of a minor sub-population of cancer cells,capable of initiating tumour growth in xenografts on serial passages, led to the hypothesis that cancer stem cells(CSCs) exist. CSCs are present in many tumours, among which is breast cancer. Breast CSCs(BCSCs) are likely to sustain the growth of the primary tumour mass, as wellas to be responsible for disease relapse and metastatic spreading. Consequently, BCSCs represent the most significant target for new drugs in breast cancer therapy. Both the hypoxic condition in BCSCs biology and proinflammatory cytokine network has gained increasing importance in the recent past. Breast stromal cells are crucial components of the tumours milieu and are a major source of inflammatory mediators. Recently, the antiinflammatory role of some nuclear receptors ligands has emerged in several diseases, including breast cancer. Therefore, the use of nuclear receptors ligands may be a valid strategy to inhibit BCSCs viability and consequently breast cancer growth and disease relapse.

Altai (also named Altay in China) Mountain Country (Mountain System) is a unique natural region,located on the border between different floristic regimes of the Boreal and ancient Mediterranean sub-kingdoms,where distribution of plant species is actually limited. It is known to have sufficient endemic floral biodiversity in the Northern Asia. Many plants of Altai Mountain System need effective care and proper conservation measures for their survival and longer-term protection. Important Plant Area identified as the IUCN (the International Union for Conservation of Nature),specified criteria attract global attention for protection of floral biodiversity across the world. The records of 71 plant species from the Chinese Altai Mountains attributed to the criterion A and the dark conifer forests of Chinese Altai Mountains satisfied the criterion C,which may help qualify to fulfill the national obligation of the Convention on Biological Diversity.

In this editorial we comment on the article published by Ning et al,“Role of exosomes in metastasis and therapeutic resistance in esophageal cancer”.Esophageal cancer(EC)represents a significant global health concern,being the seventh most common and sixth in terms of mortality *** the advances in therapeutic modalities,the management of patients with EC remains challenging,with a 5-year survival rate of only 25%and a limited eligibility for curative surgery due to its late *** screening methods are impractical for the early detection of EC,given their either invasive or insensitive *** advent of liquid biopsy,with a focus on circulating tumor cells,circulating tumor DNA,and exosomes,heralds a non-invasive avenue for cancer ***,small vesicles involved in intercellular communication,are highlighted as potential biomarkers for EC diagnosis and *** with a diverse cargo encompassing various types of RNA,DNA molecules,proteins,and metabolites,exosomes emerge as key players in tumorigenesis,tumor development,and *** significance extends to carrying distinctive biomarkers,including microRNAs(miRNAs),long non-coding RNAs,and circular RNAs,underscoring their potential diagnostic and prognostic ***,exosomes may be utilized for therapeutic purposes in the context of EC treatment,serving as efficient delivery vehicles for therapeutic agents such as chemotherapeutic medicines and *** this editorial we delve into the applications of exosomes for the early detection and treatment of EC,as well as the future perspectives.

We use the first-order approximate solutions to the nonlinear system of Klein-Gordon-Maxwell-Einstein equations describing the minimally coupled charged spin-less field to a spherically symmetric spacetime to analyze a becoming boson star. In the far future and long-range approximation, we derive an analytical time-dependent charge which allows us to point out several significant moments in the evolution of the boson nebula.

Methodological problems of climatic reconstruction for different periods of Holocene are discussed on the basis of a multiple group biological analysis on peat-sapropel sediments. The possibility of biological analysis is exemplified by the paleoclimatic reconstruction for Carpathian and Altai Mountain ranges. For the ＂Skolevsky Beskidy＂ national park of Carpaty the paleoclimatic scenarios have been drown up aiming at the more precise definition of climatic conditions for the period of mass mountain slope terracing. The stability of terrace systems of various designs in the current climatic conditions has been assessed. It is shown that during periods of humid climate the terraces, whose designs have been focused on drainage, were built. In periods of dry and warm climate the terrace systems capable of accumulating water were built. Both these types of terrace systems are destroyed in nowadays. Only those terrace systems are stable which were adjusted by their builders to contrast variations of precipitation. For Western Altais the paleoclimatic scenario has been done to forecast the safety of the Bronze Age kurgans （burial earth mounds） with permafrost inside the construction. In the Altay region during the Holocene it has revealed two periods of sharp cooling, the peaks of which occurred in the intervals 4500- 4300 and 2500-2300 years pronounced climatic drying ago, and two periods of 4900-4700 and 130-70 years ago. Depletion of the algae composition in the layer corresponding to the last period of drying climate indicates a very sharp change in the parameters of moisture and turning the lake into a dry swamp. Periods of cold weather may have contributed to the formation of special ritual traditions of the Sakan tribes that require the frozen ground to bury the dead. The later climate fluctuations identified have not affected the safety of permafrost in burial mounds constructed in the V-III cc BC.
