Objective:To evaluate the effect of bilateral hypogastric artery ligation(BHGAL)on women's pregnancy outcomes and fertility rates in cases with severe postpartum ***:Patients hospitalized in a tertiary care center between 2007 and 2018 were included in the *** records of cases were obtained from the hospital database,*** demographic data,morbidities or complications associated with BHGAL surgery,any additional haemostatic interventional or surgical procedures,preoperative admission and lowest postoperative haematocrit-hemoglobin values,blood products given,type of anaesthesia,intensive care unit(ICU)and length of hospital stay were *** cases without surgical sterilization,future fertility and subsequent pregnancy outcomes were assessed for at least two years after *** was obtained through face-to-face or telephone interviews with patients whose long-term fertility and subsequent pregnancy outcomes were ***:sixty-eight patients with BHGAL surgery history were included in the study.26 Of 37 cases(70%)that did not undergo surgical sterilization had a desire for pregnancy after the *** of these cases(23%)were diagnosed with secondary *** fertility rate of these cases was 77%,and subsequent pregnancy was detected in 20 women.A total of 25 pregnancies,including first and second pregnancies,developed,and 15 of these pregnancies resulted in term delivery,six preterm births,one stillbirth,and three ***:The postoperative pregnancy rate was found to be higher than the rate of women with infertility problems,and this surgery does not seem to adversely affect pregnancy *** is a tertiary center experience and cohort studies with large patient series are needed.

Climate-driven changes in the thermal and moisture regimes may variously influence different tree species growth and *** hypothesize that drought resistant siberian larch(Larix sibirica Ledeb.)and precipitation-sensitive siberian pine(Pinus sibirica Du Tour)responded differently to climate change along the elevational thermal and precipitation *** studied the influence of air temperature,precipitation,soil moisture,and atmospheric drought(indicated by the drought index sPEI)on larch and pine growth along the southward megaslope of the West sayan *** found that since 2000 climate change resulted in increasing larch and pine radial growth index(GI)(c.1.5–3times)within treeline(2000–2300 m)and timberline(1900–2000 m)ecotones,*** high precipitation *** the forest-steppe ecotone(1100–1200 m)in which *** is the only species,larch GI stagnated or even *** total forested area increased since 2000 up to+50%in the high elevations,whereas in the low elevations(s were *** treeline and timberline,trees’GI was stimulated by summer ***,temperature increase in early spring reduces GI due to living tissue activation followed by tissue damage by *** forest-steppe,larch radial growth was mostly dependent on soil *** shifted dependence on moisture to the early dates of the growing *** droughts decreased GI within forest-steppe as well as within treeline,whereas the drought influence on both species within highlands was *** forest-steppe seedlings establishment was poor,whereas it was successful within treeline and *** climate change leads to stagnation or even decrease in Larix sibirica growth in the southern lowland *** combination with poor seedlings establishment,reduced growth threatens the transformation of open lowland forests into forest-steppe and steppe ***,in the highlands warming

Organic ion exchangers in beads form are the most widely utilized materials in the purification, concentration and separation processes of inorganic and organic ions in many fields of science and industry[1,2]. some original contributions in the preparation and characterization of porous organic ion exchangers will be summarized first. The main types of synthetic ion exchangers were obtained by polymer-analogous reactions performed on porous styrene-divinylbenzene copolymers (s-DVB)[3,4] and porous acrylonitrile-DVB copolymers (AN-DVB) [5,6]. Porous s-DVB copolymers were used as substrate for the synthesis of weak and strong base anion exchangers by chloromethylation reaction followed by the reaction with secondary or tertiary *** chloromethylation agents were employed. Weak base anion exchangers with tertiary or primary amine groups were prepared starting from AN-DVB copolymers by aminolyse-hydrolyse reaction with asymmetrical diamines or ethylenediamine (EDA), respectively. strong base anion exchangers were obtained by quaternization reaction with alkyl halides of the tertiary amine groups. Chelating ion exchangers with iminodiacetic groups were prepared by the carboxymethylation reaction of the primary amine groups above mentioned and of those contained in a vinylamine-ethylacrylate-DVB copolymer, vinylamine units being generated by a Hofmann degradation reaction of the primary amide groups contained in the acrylamide-ethylacrylate-DVB copolymerp[7]. An amphoteric ion exchanger was prepared by the hydrolysis of the ester groups after the Hofmann degradation.

We study the time varying co-movement patterns of the crypto-currency prices with the help of wavelet-based methods;employing daily bilateral exchange rate of four major crypto-currencies namely Bitcoin,Ethereum,Lite and ***,we identify Bitcoin as potential market leader using Wavelet multiple correlation and Cross ***,Wavelet Local Multiple Correlation for the given cryptocurrency prices are estimated across different *** the results,it is found that that the correlation follows an aperiodic cyclical nature,and the crypto-currency prices are driven by Bitcoin price *** on the results obtained,we suggest that constructing a portfolio based on crypto-currencies may be risky at this point of time as the other crypto-currency prices are mainly driven by Bitcoin prices,and any shocks in the latter is immediately transformed to the former.

AIM: To describe the pathophysiology, clinical presentation, natural history, and therapy of portal hypertensive gastropathy(PHG) based on a systematic literature ***: Computerized search of the literature was performed via Pub Med using the following medical subject headings or keywords: "portal" and "gastropathy"; or "portal" and "hypertensive"; or "congestive" and "gastropathy"; or "congestive" and "gastroenteropathy". The following criteria were applied for study inclusion: Publication in peer-reviewed journals, and publication since 1980. Articles were independently evaluated by each author and selected for inclusion by consensus after discussion based on the following criteria: Well-designed, prospective trials; recent studies; large study populations; and study emphasis on PHG. REsULTs: PHG is diagnosed by characteristic endoscopic findings of small polygonal areas of variable erythema surrounded by a pale, reticular border in a mosaic pattern in the gastric fundus/body in a patient with cirrhotic or non-cirrhotic portal hypertension. Histologic findings include capillary and venule dilatation, congestion, and tortuosity, without vascular fibrin thrombi or inflammatory cells in gastric submucosa. PHG is differentiated from gastric antral vascular ectasia by a different endoscopic appearance. The etiology of PHG is inadequately understood. Portal hypertension is necessary but insufficient to develop PHG because many patients have portal hypertension without *** increases in frequency with more severe portal hypertension, advanced liver disease, longer liver disease duration, presence of esophageal varices, and endoscopic variceal obliteration. PHG pathogenesis is related to a hyperdynamic circulation, induced by portal hypertension, characterized by increased intrahepatic resistance to flow, increased splanchnic flow, increased total gastric flow, and most likely decreased gastric mucosal flow.
