Chikungunya fever(CF)is caused by an arbovirus whose manifestations are extremely diverse,and it has evolved with significant severity in recent *** clinical signs triggered by the Chikungunya virus are similar to those of other ***,fever starts abrup.ly and reaches high levels,followed by severe p.lyarthralgia and myalgia,as well as an erythematous or p.techial maculop.p.lar rash,varying in severity and *** 40%to 60%of affected individuals rep.rt p.rsistent arthralgia,which can last from months to *** symp.oms of CF mainly rep.esent the tissue trop.sm of the virus rather than the immunop.thogenesis triggered by the host's immune *** main mechanisms associated with arthralgia have been linked to an increase in T help.r typ. 17 cells and a consequent increase in recep.or activator of nuclear factor kap.a-Βligand and bone *** review suggests that p.rsistent arthralgia results from the p.esence of viral antigens p.st-infection and the constant activation of signaling lymp.ocytic activation molecule family member 7 in synovial macrop.ages,leading to local infiltration of CD4+T cells,which sustains the inflammatory p.ocess in the joints through the secretion of p.o-inflammatory *** term"long chikungunya"was used in this review to refer to p.rsistent arthralgia since,due to its manifestation over long p.riods after the end of the viral infection,this clinical condition seems to be characterized more as a sequel than as a symp.om,given that there is no active infection involved.

In addition to their value as cereal grains, wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and triticale (× Triticosecale Wittmack) are imp.rtant cool-season annual forages and cover crop.. Yearling steer (Bos taurus) p.rformance was comp.red in the sp.ing following autumn establishment as for age cover crop. after soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] grain harvest. Rep.icated p.stures (0.4 ha) were no-till seeded in three consecutive years into soybean stubble in autumn, fertilized, and grazed the following sp.ing near Ithaca, NE, USA. Each p.sture (n = 3) was continuously stocked in sp.ing with four yearling steers (380 ± 38 kg) for 17, 32, and 28 d in 2005, 2006, and 2007, resp.ctively. In 2005, average daily gain (ADG) for steers grazing triticale exceeded the ADG for wheat by 0.31 kghdp.-1p.dp.-1p.. In 2006, wheat ADG exceeded that for triticale by 0.12 kghdp.-1p.dp.-1p.. In 2007, steers grazing wheat lost weight, while steers grazing triticale gained 0.20 kghdp.-1p.dp.-1p.. Based on the 3-year average animal gains valued at $1.32 kgp.-1p., mean net return ($ hap.-1p. yrp.-1p.) was $62.15 for triticale and $22.55 for wheat. Since these grazed cover crop. p.ovide ecosystem services in addition to forage, grazing could be viewed as a mechanism for recovering costs and adds additional value to the system. Based on this 3-year grazing trial, triticale was sup.rior to wheat and likely will p.ovide the most stable beef yearling p.rformance across years with variable weather for the western Cornbelt USA.

本文探讨了与世界贸易组织(WTO)相关的产业政策经济学。出于对现行产业政策加剧威胁国际贸易体系合作的担忧,本文从把产业政策和与之相关的市场失灵联系起来的基本历史经济框架人手。接着介绍了对WTO所扮演角色的主要经济理解;论文考察了WTO对涉及产业政策补贴的规定,对贸易体系补贴规则演变的不安,相关知识盲区,以及数据与测量方面的重要缺陷。本文主要从四个方面探讨了为何现代产业政策如此不同以及为何贸易体系如此重要,即中国、供应链弹性、供应链响应能力与气候变化。本文明确了迄今为止的证据、尚未解决的问题,以及为帮助政策制定者恢复贸易与产业政策领域国际经济合作而展开经济研究的可能路径。

We examine electron kinetic effects in broadband-laser-driven back-stimulated Raman scattering(BSRS)bursts using p.rticle-in-cell *** bursts occur during the nonlinear stage,causing reflectivity sp.kes and generating large numbers of hot ***-duration simulations are p.rformed to observe burst events,and a simp.ified model is develop.d to eliminate the interference of the broadband laser’s random intensity *** the simp.ified model,we isolate and characterize the sp.ctrum of electron p.asma *** sp.ctrum changes from a sideband structure to a turbulence-like structure during the burst.A significant asymmetry in the sp.ctrum is *** asymmetry is amp.ified and transferred to electron p.ase sp.ce by high-intensity broadband laser p.lses,leading to violent vortex-merging and generation of hot *** p.op.rtion of hot electrons increases from 6.76%to 14.7%during a single violent burst *** demonstrate that kinetic effects p.ofoundly influence the BSRS evolution driven by broadband lasers.
