Smart cities from low cost to expensive solutions under an optimal analysis

This scientific approach mainly aims to develop a smart city/smart community concept to objectively evaluate the progress of these organizational forms in relation to other classical/traditional forms of city *** elaborated model allowed the construction of the dashboard of access actions in the smart city/smart community category on two levels of financial effort correlated with the effect on the sustainable development of smart *** validity of the proposed model and our approach was supported by the complex statistical analysis performed in this *** research concluded that low-cost solutions are the most effective in supporting smart urban *** should be followed by the other category of solutions,which implies more significant financial and managerial efforts as well as a higher rate of welfare growth for urban *** main outcomes of this research include modelling solutions related to smart city development at a low-cost level and identifying the sensitivity elements that maximize the growth *** implications of this research are to provide viable alternatives based on smart city development opportunities with medium and long-term effects on urban communities,economic sustainability,and translation into urban development *** study’s results are useful for all administrations ready for change that want the rapid implementation of the measures with beneficial effects on the community or which,through a strategic vision,aim to connect to the European objectives of sustainable growth and social welfare for ***,this study is a tool for defining and implementing smart public policies at the urban level.

The Gaojiacun Mafic-Ultramafic Complex(Sichuan,SW China):Neoproterozoic Magmatic Activity at the Western Margin of the Yangtze Craton

The Neoproterozoic Gaojiacun intrusive complex （GIC） is composed of one big intrusion （ca. 9 × 7.5 km） and numerous satellite intrusions, emplaced in the low-grade schists of the Neoproterozoic Yanbian Group. The main intrusion is concentrically zoned, with peridotite bodies ＋ leucogabbroids in its core （inner zone） and the sequence： olivine hornblende gabbronorite - porphyric pyroxene hornblende gabbronorite （transitional zone） - pyroxene hornblende gabbronorite ＋ hornblende gabbro ＋ diorite （outer zone）, towards the margins. The satellite intrusions are composed either of a single rock type （peridotite, gabbro, diorite or granite） or of different rock types （peridotite ＋ diorite ＋ granite）. Upper crustal contamination is evidenced by the occurrence of numerous metamorphic enclaves, migmatites and mixed rocks in the outer zone of the main intrusion and in the satellite intrusions. Hornblende （often oikocrystic） is present in all mafic and ultramafic rocks. Cu-Ni （-PGE） deposits occur in several satellite intrusions, hosted in peridotite. The geochemical and mineralogical features of GIC support the presence of a subduction zone at the western edge of the Yangtze Craton. A feederrelated genesis of the satellite intrusions is inferred.

Multiple magnetic transitions and magnetocaloric effect of Tb_(4)Coln alloy

We report on the magnetic,magnetocaloric,thermal,and electrical transport properties of Tb_(4)Coln alloy,which crystallizes in two phases,Tb_6Co_(2.1)In_(0.8)(space group Immm)and Tb_(2)In_(0.9)Co_(0.1)(space group P6_(3)/mmc),*** alloy reveals three successive magnetic transitions around T_(1)(163 K),T_(2)(50 K),and T_(3)(29 K),respectively,associated with paramagnetic to ferromagnetic transition and two sequential antiferromagnetic *** low-temperature transition T_(3) follows the first-order magnetic behavior and exhibits the field-induced magnetic ***,T_(2) and T_(1) are found to be second-order in nature which opens a possibility for hysteresis-free magnetocaloric *** magnetocaloric properties are determined using different magnetocaloric figures of merits such as-ΔS_(M),ΔT_(ad).RCP,and TEC(10).Additionally,the universal curve behavior in the isothermal entropy change unveils the variation in critical exponents around T_(1) and T_(2) due to the magnetic inhomogeneity in the ***,the electrical transport properties of the metallic alloy denote the maximum magnetoresistance of-10%around T_(1).

Interpolated Tensor Products of Exponential Type Vectors of Unbounded Operators

In this paper we define the tensor products of spaces of exponential type vectors of closed unbounded operators in Banach spaces. Using the real method of interpolation （K-functional） we prove the interpolation theorems that permit to characterize of tensor products of spaces of exponential type vectors, We show an application of abstract results to the theory of regular elliptic operators on bounded domains. For such operators the exponential type vectors are root vectors. Thus we describe the tensor products of root vectors of regular elliptic operators on bounded domains.

On the Riddle of ＂The Russian Sphinx＂

The aim of this article is to analyze one of the most recognized in the Russian intellectual-cultural tradition and Russians＇ social self-consciousness ways of identification of the nature of Russianness and Russia--and comprehend it in the category of the ＂Russian Sphinx＂. The Russian thinkers and writers discussing the nature of Russia often return to the motif of Sphinx. Opposed to its ancient Greek archetype-counterpart, ＂the Russian Sphinx＂ does not have to resort to intricate questions--he is a riddle himself. As I show and explain, the livelihood and dissemination of the Russia-Sphinx motif in the homeland of Dostoyevski are not incidental. This motif is a synthetic medium of many archetypal contents, which accurately articulate a set of traditional intuitions and imaginations held by the Russians and concerning the alleged essence, nature, or depth of ＂Russianness＂. To conclude, I demonstrate the need to make the people comprehending Russia in a similar way aware that the accompanying, the particular--in its basic framework a priori assumed by them--image of the Russian reality is de facto a correlate of their subjective cognitive intention.

Enhancing the Efficiency of the Management of Real Estate Companies through Organizational Structures

The article represents research on ways to make the management of real estate companies more efficient, starting from their structural organization. The organizational structure of the enterprise is a basic component of the general structure of the company and reflects the “anatomy of the enterprise” and the way of its conception, detailing, and implementation directly influence the activities required to achieve the objectives of the enterprise. On closer examination of a series of organizational charts of real estate management companies, the author observed a tendency to use organizational structures that are inefficient. The main objectives of this article are to bring into the practice of real estate management a model of beneficial organizational structure, both for the real estate management companies and for the construction companies that, besides the building activity, also deal with the management of their own real estate, and to emphasize the particular importance of the organizational structure of the company. The appreciation of the organizational structure represents the process of knowledge, understanding, and explanation of the existing situation through a detailed analysis of the factors that influence its condition through: the enterprise development strategy;the type and complexity of services;the size of the enterprise;the quality of human resources;the changes that take place in the external environment of the company, and last but not least, the legal framework and the statutes of the enterprise.

Decreased serum essential and aromatic amino acids in patients with chronic pancreatitis

AIM:To investigate the influence of chronic pancreatitis(CP) on serum concentrations of amino ***:Thirty-five male patients with alcoholic CP and 21 healthy male subjects were *** concentrations of amino acids were assayed by ionpair high-performance liquid chromatography with mass ***:Serum glutamate concentration was increased in CP patients as compared to *** contrast,serum concentrations of glutamine,histidine,tyrosine,proline,tryptophan and threonine were significantly decreased in CP patients.A trend towards decreasing concentrations of serum lysine,alanine,methionine and valine as well as for total serum amino acids was *** sum of aromatic and the sum of essential amino acid concentrations were significantly lower in CP patients than in ***:CP leads to decreased serum concentrations of several amino acids,such as essential and aromatic serum amino acids,most likely due to decreased exocrine function.
