Astrocytes,the main population of glial cells in the central nervous system(CNS),exert essential tasks for the control of brain tissue homeostasis,supporting neuron and other glial cell activity from the developmental stage to adult *** maintain the optimal functionality of the brain,astroglial cells are particularly committed to reacting to every change in tissue homeostatic conditions,from mild modifications of the physiological environment,a process called astrocyte activation,to the more severe alterations occurring in pathological situations causing astrocyte reactivity or reactive astrogliosis(Escartin et al.,2021).During these reactive states,astrocytes mount an active,progressive response encompassing morphological,molecular,and interactional remodeling,leading to the acquisition of new functions and the loss of others,whose intensity,duration,and reversibility are dependent on the nature of the stimulus and regulated in a context-specific manner.

AIm: To investigate the association between cholecystectomy and gastro-intestinal tract(GIT) ***: We conducted a systematic review according to the PRISmA guidelines. A mEDLINE search was performed with predefined search criteria for English Language articles on the association between cholecystectomy and GIT cancers. Additional articles were retrieved by manual search of references. All relevant articles were accessed in full text. Data onstudy type; cases; controls; country; effect estimate; adjustments for confounders and quality of publication were extracted. The quality of the publications were scored by adherence to the STROBE checklist. The data for each part of the GIT were presented in separate ***: Seventy-five studies and 5 meta-analyses satisfied the predefined criteria for inclusion and were included in this review. There were inconsistent reports and no strong evidence of an association between cholecystectomy and cancers of the oesophagus(Adenocarcinoma), pancreas, small bowel and rightsided colon cancers. In squamous cancer of the oesophagus, cancers of the stomach, liver, bile ducts, small bowel and left sided colon cancers, good quality studies suggested a lack of association with cholecystectomy. Equally, distal colon and rectal cancers were found not to be associated with cholecystectomy. Several mechanisms for carcinogenesis/promotion of carcinogensis have been proposed. These have focused on a role for bile salts in carcinogenesis with several potential mutagenic molecular events and gut metabolic hormones signaling cell proliferation or initiation of ***: This is a comprehensive review of the association between GIT cancers and cholecystectomy. magnetic pole enhanced inductively coupled plasmas （maPE-ICPs） are a promising source for plasma-based etching and have a wide range of material processing applications. In the present study Langmuir probe and optical emission spectroscopy were used to monitor the evolution of plasma parameters in a maPE-ICP Ar-Na/He mixture plasma. Electron density （ne） and temperature （Te）, excitation temperature （Texc）, plasma potential （Vp）, skin depth （6） and the evolution of the electron energy probability function （EEPF） are reported as a function of radiofrequency （RF） power, pressure and argon concentration in the mixture. It is observed that ne increases while Te decreases with increase in RF power and argon concentration in the mixture. The emission intensity of the argon line at 750.4 nm is also used to monitor the variation of the ‘high-energy tail＇ of the EEPF with RF power and gas pressure. The EEPF has a ‘bi-maxwellian＇ distribution at low RF powers and higher pressure in a pure N2 discharge. However, it evolves into a ‘maxwellian＇ distribution at RF powers greater than 70 W for pure N2, and at 50 W for higher argon concentrations in the mixture. The effect of argon concentration on the temperatures of two electron groups in the ‘bi-maxwellian＇ EEPF is examined. The temperature of the low-energy electron group TL shows a decreasing trend with argon addition until the ‘thermalization＇ of the two temperatures occurs, while the temperature of high-energy electrons Ta decreases continuously.

This study highlights introducing the rare earth metal cerium(Ce(Ⅳ))into the structure of magnetite(Fe_(3)O_(4))to achieve enhanced adsorptive properties for the removal of chromium(Cr(VI))from an aqueous *** ratios of Ce(Ⅳ)were introduced into the iron oxide matrix,termed FeCe-5,FeCe-10,and *** numerical values correspond to the nominal content of the dopant element added to the synthesis *** solid materials were characterized for morphology and chemical structure,and N_(2)physical adsorption/desorption measurements were *** solid materials doped with Ce(IV)have a high surface area compared to Fe_(3)O_(4),and the solid material with the highest content of the dopant ion(Ce(IV))has a 4-fold greater surface *** increase in the dopant content in the iron oxide structure leads to a total chromium removal of 93.3%.Isotherms studies on the solid materials show that chromium adsorption follows the Langmuir *** adsorption capacity to Fe_(3)O_(4)is 12.59 mg/g and FeCe-10 is 22.49 mg/g at 35℃.By fitting the kinetic and isothermal models,it is found that for the Fe_(3)O_(4)and FeCe-10 materials Cr(VI)removal occurs in very different ways,attributed to the different surface areas and compositions of the oxide,with the formation of the goethite(α-FeOOH)*** FeCe-10reuse process was performed and the removal capacity the Cr(VI)is reduced after the first *** result is attributed to a strong and irreversible adsorption of Cr(VI)on the FeCe-10.

Under nutrient-limiting conditions, plants will enter into symbiosis with arbuscular mycorrhizal （Am） fungi for the enhancement of mineral nutrient acquisition from the surrounding soil. Am fungi live in close, intracellular association with plant roots where they transfer phosphate and nitrogen to the plant in exchange for carbon. They are obligate fungi, relying on their host as their only carbon source. much has been discovered in the last decade concerning the signaling events during initiation of the Am symbiosis, including the identification of signaling molecules generated by both partners. This signaling occurs through symbiosis-specific gene products in the host plant, which are indispensable for normal Am development. At the same time, plants have adapted complex mechanisms for avoiding infection by pathogenic fungi, including an innate immune response to general microbial molecules, such as chitin present in fungal cell walls. How it is that Am fungal colonization is maintained without eliciting a defensive response from the host is still uncertain. In this review, we present a summary of the molecular signals and their elicited responses during initiation of the Am symbiosis, including plant immune responses and their suppression.
