Echinococcosis or hydatid disease （HD） is a zoonosis caused by the larval stages of taeniid cestodes belong- ing to the genus Echinococcus. Hepatic echinococcosis is a life-threatening disease, mainly differentiated into alveolar and cystic forms, associated with Echinoc- cus multilocularis （E. multi/ocular/s） and Echinococcus granulosus （E. granulosus） infection, respectively. Cys- tic echinococcosis （CE） has a worldwide distribution, while hepatic alveolar echinococcosis （AE） is endemic in the Northern hemisphere, including North America and several Asian and European countries, like France, Germany and Austria. E. granulosus young cysts are spherical, unilocular vesicles, consisting of an internal germinal layer and an outer acellular layer. Cyst expansion is associated with a host immune reaction and the subsequent development of a fibrous layer, called the per/cyst; old cysts typically present internal septa- tions and daughter cysts. E. multilocularis has a tumor-like, infiltrative behavior, which is responsible for tissue destruction and finally for liver failure. The liver is the main site of HD involvement, for both alveolar and cystic hydatidosis. HD is usually asymptomatic for a long period of time, because cyst growth is commonly slow; the most frequent symptoms are fatigue and abdominal pain. Patients may also present jaundice, hepatomegaly or anaphylaxis, due to cyst leakage or rupture. HD diagnosis is usually accomplished with the combined use of ultrasonography and immunodiagnosis; furthermore, the improvement of surgical techniques, the introduction of minimally invasive treatments [such as puncture, aspiration, injection, re-aspiration （PAIR）] and more effective drugs （such as benzoimidazoles） have deeply changed life expectancy and quality of life of patients with HD. The aim of this article is to provide an up-to-date review of biological, diagnostic, clinical and therapeutic aspects of hepatic echinococcosis.

Rationale of the map The collision between Eurasia and Africa-Arabia started in Paleogene times and is still active today. The recent geodynamics of the Arabo-Mediterranean domain are dominated by the progressive closure of remnant oceanic basins squeezed between the Eurasian margin and the Nubia （Africa） and Arabia plates. Various stages of consumption have been reached from Gibraltar to Oman, ranging from incipient inversion （e.g. the North African margin）, to subduction （Mesozoic basins of the Eastern Mediterranean） and collision （e.g. the Zagros or Caucasus belts）. Convergence is accompanied by deformation of both Eurasian and African margins, mostly as diffuse compression, but also as extension in short-lived basins and motion of blocks escaping towards the remnant oceanic spaces. The resulting kinematic pattern is quite complex. Western Mediterranean domain is merely accommodating the slow convergence of Nubia, whereas the still high convergence of Arabia in the Eastern domain has pushed Anatolia sideways, which is now laterally escaping to the west-southwest.

This research was focused on the valorisation of glycerol,exploring the feasibility of an efficient route for oxygenated additives production based on its etherification with bio-butanol.A home-made BEA zeolite sample with a tuneable acidity has been proposed as the catalytic system,being tested in a stirred reactor under different etherification *** a reaction temperature as high as 200℃resulted to be beneficial in terms of glycerol conversion(-90%),only by operating at milder conditions the product selectivity to glycerol-ethers can be better controlled,in order to obtain a bio-fuel complying with the requirements for mixing with fossil diesel or biodiesel,without any need of purification from large amount of by-products.A comprehensive identification of all the compounds formed during the reaction was performed by a GC-MS analysis,on the basis of the complex network of consecutive and parallel reaction paths leading not only to the desired ethers,but also to many side products not detected in similar acid-catalyzed reactions in liquid phase and not available in the most used mass-spectra libraries.

In unstructured environments, dynamic resource assignment is required for effective cooperation of robot teams. In some scenarios, robots are in charge of executing multiple missions simultaneously. This creates risks of deadlock due to the presence of shared resources among various missions. The main contribution of this paper is the development of a novel approach that combines the one-step look-ahead deadlock avoidance policy with dynamic resource assignment. The dynamicresource assignment is achieved using greedy resource assignment for multi-mission robot teams in the framework of a matrix-based discrete event controller. Simulation results are presented in MATLAB to discuss in detail the proposed control strategy. The paper also discusses the toolkit developed in LabVIEW which is used to implement this control framework using a suitable example.

根据肿瘤的病理、生物学行为、癌基因图谱（The Cancer Genome Atlas，TCGA）等对于现行临床诊断和治疗方案的影响，2017年6月新版WHO对肾上腺肿瘤分类进行了全面的更新（表1）。肾上腺皮质肿瘤分类中新增髓脂肪瘤、神经鞘瘤和血源性肿瘤、新增良恶性嗜酸细胞肿瘤鉴别诊断系统。肾上腺髓质和髓外副神经节瘤的分类中，对嗜铬细胞瘤和副神经节瘤的临床病理学、基因学和预后因子做了重要修订，取消＂恶性＂嗜铬细胞瘤/副神经节瘤的概念，用＂转移性＂替代＂恶性＂命名。新增神经母细胞肿瘤。混合性嗜铬细胞瘤和混合性副神经节瘤成为独立类别。我们就肾上腺肿瘤分类的重要变化做简要介绍。
