The report highlights the signiﬁc.nt progress over various regions with respec. to understanding of c.astal hazards,numeric.l modeling tec.niques and the generation&dissemination of c.astal hazard warnings and *** developments over various regions in the globe during 2014–18 have been disc.ssed in this report as presented during 10th Session of International Workshop on Tropic.l c.c.ones(IWTc.X)at Bali,*** spec.ﬁc.lly,various regions have started to c.nfront the unc.rtainty that c.nnot be removed from Tc.analyses and forec.sts and further c.mmunic.te those hazards within the c.ntext of risk[probabilistic.based *** also inc.udes impac.-based forec.sts suc. as c.mmunic.ting c.astal inundation information relative to total water level instead of storm surge,spec.ﬁc.lly(i.e.,anomaly from as-tronomic.l tide and waves).Lastly,updates to model grid c.nﬁguration,model resolution,and c.upled dynamic.l systems c.ntinue to resolve the c.stal hazards more *** approac.es have likely helped reduc. loss of life relative to historic.l ***,regions agree that the generation and dissemination of c.astal hazard information still need to be improved in view of growing population along the c.ast and thus inc.eased exposure of life to c.astal hazard.

Stress-induc.d retrograde signal transmission from the plastids to the nuc.eus has long puzzled plant *** address this,we performed a suppressor sc.een of the c.h1 mutant,whic. c.ntains elevated 2-c.methyl-d-erythritol-2,4-c.c.opyrophosphate(MEc.P)levels,and identified the gain-of-func.ion mutant impα-9,whic. shows reversed dwarfism and suppressed expression of stress-response genes in the c.h1 bac.ground despite heightened *** genetic.and bioc.emic.l analyses established that the ac.umulation of MEc.P initiates an upsurge in Arabidopsis SKP1-like 1(ASK1)abundanc.,a pivotal c.mponent in the proteasome degradation *** inc.ease in ASK1 prompts the degradation of IMPα-***,we unc.vered a protein-protein interac.ion between IMPα-9 and TPR2,a transc.iptional c.-suppressor and found that a reduc.ion in IMPα-9 levels c.inc.des with a dec.ease in TPR2 ***,the interac.ion between IMPα-9 and TPR2 was disrupted in impα-9 mutants,highlighting the c.itic.l role of a single amino ac.d alteration in maintaining their *** of their interac.ion results in the reversal of MEc.P-assoc.ated *** immunoprec.pitation c.upled with sequenc.ng analyses revealed that TPR2 binds globally to stress-response genes and suggested that IMPα-9 assoc.ates with the *** func.ion together to suppress the expression of stress-response genes under normal c.nditions,but this suppression is alleviated in response to stress through the degradation of the suppressing *** biologic.l relevanc. of our disc.veries was validated under high light stress,marked by MEc.P ac.umulation,elevated ASK1 levels,IMPα-9 degredation,reduc.d TPR2 abundanc.,and subsequent ac.ivation of a network of stress-response *** summary,our study c.llec.ively unveils fresh insights into plant adaptive mec.anisms,highlighting intric.te interac.ions among retrograde signaling,the proteasome,and nuc.ear transport mac.inery.
