Prediction of development of the multi-phase alternative for the course inherent to acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) is of great clinical importance, as it enables timely determination of the treatment tactics as well as volume of respective therapeutic interventions. This work is aimed at ascertaining the prognostic factors that determine the risk of development of the multi-phase course in disseminated encephalomyelitis. We have examined 101 patients with the diagnosis ADEM, namely: 28 men and 73 women in the age from 17 up to 53 years (average value 31.7 ± 1.01 years). To ascertain the prognostic meaning of clinic-paraclinic indices corresponding to patients with ADEM, we estimated the cumulative part of absence of relapses in the group of patients by using the Kaplan-Meyer method with estimating the Fisher criterion and using the most important clinic-paraclinic data. Development of the multiphase course in ADEM is reliably related to the following prognostic signs: changes in the neurologic status of patients with ADEM, degree of disability in accord with the EDSS scale as well as sizes of demyelination focuses determined using MRT. Criteria for congenial prediction in disease development with delayed appearance of ADEM relapses in the form of the multi-phase course are as follows: domination of motor impairments over coordinative impairments in neurological status, slight degree (in EDSS scale) of disability and small sizes (up to 4 mm) of demyelination focuses (MRT data). Our analysis of the main clinic-paraclinic indices obtained using the Kaplan-Meyer method indicates reliability of results and enables us to find a number of important prognostic criteria for appearance of the multiphase course in ADEM.

随着众多海外留学生、武术爱好者来到中国学习少林武术,少林武术及其文化的传播问题受到了学者们的广泛关注。本论文作者作为俄罗斯来华留学生,对少林武术及其文化传播等相关问题具有浓厚的兴趣和研究的意愿。论文以学习少林武术的在华留学生为对象,通过论文作者的实地调研和一对一的访谈等方式,详细探讨其少林武术文化的学习成效。经过调查和分析,本论文得到了以下几个结论:1.现阶段少林武术的传播途径过于单一,影视作品、武术表演及比赛是留学生了解少林武术的主要途径;留学生选择学习少林武术的最重要原因是期望学习少林武术文化与中华文化;留学生更青睐将个人锻炼与教师教学相结合的学习模式。2.在少林武术文化的学习中,首先,绝大部分学习少林武术的在华留学生有兴趣了解少林武术所蕴含的深刻文化,但是其中主动了解和主动学习少林武术文化的受访者占比相对较低。其次,学习少林武术文化难度较大,对留学生的中文水平要求较高,留学生需要不断提升其汉语水平,与此同时教师应立足于不同的语言和文化情境,加强引导和解释。最后,在整个少林武术的教学中,有关文化的教学相对不足。3.现阶段,少林武术文化教学传播存在若干不足。这些不足包括:跨文化情境下,学习者对少林武术文化理解上的困难;以武术教学为主,文化教学受到的重视程度不够;针对少林武术文化的传播手段较为单一等等。同时,现阶段在少林武术文化教学中还存在诸多问题,包括留学生了解少林武术文化的渠道不够丰富、留学生学习少林武术文化的主动性不够、留学生汉语水平参差不齐,对少林武术文化难以理解以及教学机构课程设置不合理、教师对文化教学不重视等等。结合研究的结论与武术传播国际理论,本论文从宏观层面提出了少林武术对外的传播策略,又从微观层面详细探讨了少林武术文化的教学策略。本文指出,从宏观策略上看,以文化共性构筑为切入点,可以加强少林武术文化的对外交流,同时,中国需要积极打造适合国际市场需求的少林武术产品,中国可以借助“一带一路”倡议这一契机,健全武术文化的区域协调发展机制。从微观策略上看,少林武术及少林武术文化的教学机构、教师及学习者均可以从自身角度出发,改进相应的教学或学习策略。

Sorption Separation of Pairs of Elements with Similar Properties Pd(Ⅱ)-Pt(Ⅳ) and Pd(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) Using Chemically Modified Silica Containing Sulfide Sulfur

The adsorption of Pd(Ⅱ), Pt(IV) and Cu(Ⅱ) in static and dynamic conditions on chemically modified silica containing sulfide sulfur (number of grafted functional groups of the sorbent was 0.2 (CMS-S 0.2) and 0 3 mmol/g (CMS-S 0.3)) was studied. It is established that an increase in the acidity of the sorption of Pd(Ⅱ) and Pt(Ⅳ) decreases, whereas the Cu(Ⅱ) does not change. Time to reach the constant values of the sorption is 15 min. In equal conditions, the sorption decreases in the number of Pd(Ⅱ)>Pt(IV)>Cu(Ⅱ). Based on retrieved data suggested that the sorption of Pd(Ⅱ) proceeds according the coordination mechanism. In the case of sorption from solutions with a high palladium content can be polymerization of adsorbed complexes in the sorbent phase. Worked out the optimal conditions for the separation of pairs of Pd(Ⅱ)-Pt(Ⅳ) and Pd(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) under dynamic conditions with the extraction of palladium(Ⅱ) in the eluate is above 95%.

Covid-19 Diagnosis by Artificial Intelligence Based on Vibraimage Measurement of Behavioral Parameters

The hypothesis of behavioral parameters dependence measured from person’s head movements in quasi-stationary state on COVID-19 disease is discussed. Method for determining the dependence of vestibular-emotional reflex parameters on COVID-19, various diseases and pathologies are proposed. Micro-movements of a head for representatives of the control group (with a confirmed absence of COVID-19 disease) and a group of patients with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 were studied using vibraimage technology. Parameters and criteria for the diagnosis of COVID-19 for training artificial intelligence (AI) on the control group and the patient group are proposed. 3-layer (one hidden layer) feedforward neural network (40 + 20 + 1 sigmoid neurons) was developed for AI training. AI was firstly trained on the primary sample of patients and a control group. Study of a random sample of people with trained AI was carried out and the possibility of detecting COVID-19 using the proposed method was proved a week before the onset of clinical symptoms of the disease. Number of COVID-19 diagnostic parameters was increased to 26 and AI was trained on a sample of 536 measurements, 268 patient measurement results and 268 measurement results in the control group. The achieved diagnostic accuracy was more than 99%, 4 errors per 536 measurements (2 false positive and 2 false negative), specificity 99.25% and sensitivity 99.25%. The issues of improving the accuracy and reliability of the proposed method for diagnosing COVID-19 are discussed. Further ways to improve the characteristics and applicability of the proposed method of diagnosis and self-diagnosis of COVID-19 are outlined.

The parametrically controlled production of CNTs (Carbon nanotubes) with predefined morphologies is a topical technological problem for modern nanoelectronics. The CVD (Chemical vapor deposition) technique for SWCNTs (Single walled carbon nanotubes) in the presence of various metal nanoparticle catalysts is generally used now. The application of a magnetically stimulated CVD process scheme and catalyst nanoparticles with a strong magnetism promises additional possibilities for the CVD process management and allows expecting a predictable growth of CNTs with set chiralities and diameters. The main attention is focused on the magnetically anisotropy Pt-Fe in L10 crystallographic phase nanoparticles effect research. The developed theoretical cluster approach based on the multiple scattering and effective medium approximation is used for simulation of fundamental electromagnetic properties in Pt-Fe L10-CNT interconnects, which are responsible for developing CNTs morphologies. The proposed model of "effective bonds" and the model of magnetic stimulation for growing CNTs morphologies generated on the Pt-Fe nanoparticle surface are applied for the evaluation of the expected CNT chiralities distribution. The model and conditions controlled magnetically, which stimulate CNT growth in the CVD process, aimed at the predictable SWCNT diameter and chirality and based on Pt-Fe L10 catalyst are discussed. The possibilities of CNT forest growing on FePt nanoparticles for magnetic nanomemory are also evaluated.
