Objective:Placement of human placenta derived grafts during robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy(RARP)hastens the return of continence and *** long-term impact on the oncologic outcomes remains to be *** objective was to determine the oncologic outcomes of patients with dehydrated human amnion chorion membrane(dHACM)at RARP compared to a matched ***:In a referral centre,from August 2013 to October 2019,599 patients used dHACM in bilateral nerve-sparing *** excluded patients with less than 12 months follow-up,simple prostatectomy,and unilateral *** with dHACM(amnio group)were 529,and were propensity score matched 1:1 to 2465 patients without dHACM(non-amnio group)and a minimum follow-up of 36 *** the time of RARP,dHACM was placed around the neurovascular bundle in the amnio *** and categorical variables in matched groups was tested by two-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Fisher's exact test *** measured were biochemical recurrence(BCR),adjuvant and salvage therapy ***:Propensity score matching resulted in two groups of 444 *** incidence functions for BCR did not show a difference between the groups(p=0.3).Patients in the non-amnio group required salvage therapy more frequently than the amnio group,particularly after partial nerve-sparing RARP(6.3%vs.2.3%,p=0.001).Limitations are the absence of prospective ***:The data suggest that using dHACM does not have a negative impact on BCR in *** of cancer specific and overall survival will require follow-up study to increase our understanding of these grafts’impact on prostate cancer biology.

The aging of the periocular region has always aroused great interest.A fresh,young,and attractive sight determined an ever-greater attention to surgical and non-surgical techniques to obtain this *** particular,the change in the concept of a young look,considered then“full”,led to the increasing use of surgical(fat grafting)or medical(hyaluronic acid)filling *** rejuvenation became increasingly popular in the field of cosmetic treatments,with a focus on achieving a youthful and refreshed *** the various techniques available,the choice between using fat grafting or fillers presented a clinical *** particular,what surgery considered of fundamental importance was a long-lasting result over *** the other hand,aesthetic medicine considered it fundamental not to have to resort to invasive *** what was the reality?Was there one path better than the other,and above all,was there a better path for patients?The minireview aims to explore the physiopathology,diagnosis,treatment options,prognosis,and future studies regarding this *** analyzed the literature produced in the last 20 years comparing the two *** literature reveals advancements in biomaterials,stem cell research and tissue engineering held promise for further enhancing the field of eyelid *** choice between fat grafting and fillers in eyelid cosmetic treatments presented a clinical *** physiopathology,accurately diagnosing eyelid aging,exploring treatment options,assessing prognosis,and conducting future studies were essential for providing optimal care to patients seeking eyelid rejuvenation.

Quantum computers hold promise to enable efficient simulations of the properties of molecules and materials;however,at present they only permit ab initio calculations of a few atoms,due to a limited number of *** order to harness the power of near-term quantum computers for simulations of larger systems,it is desirable to develop hybrid quantum-classical methods where the quantum computation is restricted to a small portion of the *** is of particular relevance for molecules and solids where an active region requires a higher level of theoretical accuracy than its ***,we present a quantum embedding theory for the calculation of strongly-correlated electronic states of active regions,with the rest of the system described within density functional *** demonstrate the accuracy and effectiveness of the approach by investigating several defect quantum bits in semiconductors that are of great interest for quantum information *** perform calculations on quantum computers and show that they yield results in agreement with those obtained with exact diagonalization on classical architectures,paving the way to simulations of realistic materials on near-term quantum computers.

A staircase provides the main escape way from a building in an ***,it may suffer severe damages or even collapse during an *** improving the seismic performance of staircases,this paper proposes an innovative staircase isolator with the features of lightweight,costeffective and ease of construction and replacement,which is formed by suitable engineering plastic shims between rubber layers.A connection construction scheme is also proposed for the isolated *** performance tests have been carried out to characterize the isolator in terms of mechanic behavior and ultimate *** test results show that mechanical properties of the proposed staircase isolator are excellent and suitable for staircase in building *** order to investigate the influence of staircase on building structural responses,time history analyses of a typical building structure without staircase(WS),with fixed staircase(FS)and with isolated staircase(IS)are conducted and compared within the environment of *** show that staircase isolation can effectively eliminate the diagonal bracing effect of staircase slab and make structural components uniformly *** the novel isolator is employed for staircase in a building structure,there is no vulnerable position in staircase and the performance of staircase in building structure can be greatly enhanced.

Plasma figuring process enables the correction of metre-scale optical surfaces,which has advantages such as rapid convergence to ultra-precision accuracy level,no subsurface damage,ease of upscale thanks to the conditions of operation at *** attributes make plasma figuring a highly competitive *** maintain a stable discharge of plasma for long period,a robust Plasma Delivery System(PDS)is required for large optics manufacturing.A dedicated PDS,mainly based on an L-type radio frequency(RF)network and an inductively coupled plasma(ICP)torch,had been previously proposed and *** study addresses the requirement for improving the robustness and securing the performance of the plasma *** to the complexity of interactions of PDS parameters,single variable optimization is conducted for adjusting the impedance of the plasma *** PDS optimization is analysed based on ignition power demand,test repeatability and reflected power *** results show that reflected power values are controllable within 10 W,when the RF power is supplied from 200 W up to 800 ***,plasma processing is carried out on fused silica glass,using the optimum parameters of the PDS.

The continuous accumulation of operational data has provided an ideal platform to devise and implement customized data analytics for smart HVAC fault detection and *** practice,the potentials of advanced supervised learning algorithms have not been fully realized due to the lack of sufficient labeled *** tackle such data challenges,this study proposes a graph neural network-based approach to effectively utilizing both labeled and unlabeled operational data for optimum *** specifically,a graph generation method is proposed to transform tabular building operational data into association graphs,based on which graph convolutions are performed to derive useful insights for fault *** experiments have been designed to evaluate the values of the methods *** datasets on HVAC air-side operations have been used to ensure the generalizability of results *** data scenarios,which vary in training data amounts and imbalance ratios,have been created to comprehensively quantify behavioral patterns of representative graph convolution networks and their *** research results indicate that graph neural networks can effectively leverage associations among labeled and unlabeled data samples to achieve an increase of 2.86%–7.30%in fault classification accuracies,providing a novel and promising solution for smart building management.

当今,新兴数字技术对于文化遗产的保护与记录显得至关重要,相关技术的应用使得诸如降低文化遗产损坏风险、制定文化遗产预防性保护计划、实现文化遗产全生命周期记录与监管以及文化遗产可持续性保护等目标得以实现。作为文化遗产数字化保护领域的国际先进组织,国际建筑摄影测量与文化遗产记录委员会(CIPA Heritage Documentation)自1968年成立以来,一直积极致力于汇集与发表各类前沿的文化遗产保护与记录的研究成果和实践经验。CIPA2023会议是后疫情时代由该组织主办的首次线下集会,大会不仅为学术交流提供了平台,更汇集了大量前沿研究进展、创新的数据收集方法,以及应对复杂挑战时的有效解决方案。历史建筑信息模型(HBIM)是文化遗产数字化的核心和纽带。无论是对于单体历史建筑或建筑群,还是大规模考古遗址和景观遗产,抑或分布广泛的线性文化遗产,综合运用HBIM对其进行保护已被广泛认为是高效精准且潜力巨大的。本文通过检索国外学者在CIPA2023会议、国际摄影测量与遥感学会(ISPRS)出版物以及Web of Science(WoS)中所发表的HBIM研究文献,总结基于HBIM对遗产的复杂结构和构件进行建模,文化遗产管理、监测和修复的研究,可访问资源构建,以及探索数字孪生技术和深度学习的应用等四个方面的最新研究进展,介绍HBIM国际研究与应用的前沿进展。
