In this paper, we characterize the sharp boundedness of the one-sided fractional maximal function for one-weight and two-weight inequalities. Also a new two-weight testing condition for the one-sided fractional maximal function is introduced extending the work of martin-Reyes and de la Torre. Improving some extrapolation result for the one-sided case, we get weak sharp bounded estimates for one-sided fractional maximal function and weak and strong sharp bounded estimates for one-sided fractional integral.

For a Young function θ with 0 ≤α 〈 1, let Mα,θ be the fractional Orlicz maximal operator defined in the context of the spaces of homogeneous type （X, d, μ） by Mα,θf（x） = supx∈（B）α ｜｜f｜｜θ,B, where ｜｜f｜｜θ,B is the mean Luxemburg norm of f on a ball B. When α= 0 we simply denote it by Me. In this paper we prove that if Ф and ψare two Young functions, there exists a third Young function θ such that the composition Mα,ψ o MФ is pointwise equivalent to Mα,θ. As a consequence we prove that for some Young functions θ, if Mα,θf 〈∞a.e. and δ ∈（0,1） then （Mα,θf）δ is an A1-weight.

Gibberellins(GAs)play important roles in multiple developmental processes and in plant response to the *** the GA pathway,a central regulatory step relies on GA-dependent degradation of the DELLA transcriptional ***,the relevance of the stability of other key proteins in this pathway,such as SLY1 and SNE(the F-box proteins involved in DELLA degradation),remains ***,we take advantage of mutants in the HSP70-HSP90 organizing protein(HOP)co-chaperones and reveal that these proteins contribute to the accumulation of SNE in ***,HOP proteins,along with HSP90 and HSP70,interact in vivo with SNE,and SNE accumulation is significantly reduced in the hop ***,greater accumulation of the DELLA protein RGA is observed in these *** agreement with these molecular phenotypes,hop mutants show a hypersensitive response to the GA inhibitor paclobutrazol and display a partial response to the ectopic addition of GA when GA-regulated processes are *** mutants also display different phenotypes associated with alterations in the GA pathway,such as reduced germination rate,delayed bolting,and reduced hypocotyl elongation in response to warm ***,ectopic overexpression of SNE reverts the delay in germination and the thermally dependent hypocotyl elongation defect of the hop1 hop2 hop3 mutant,revealing that SNE accumulation is the key aspect of the hop mutant ***,these data reveal a pivotal role for HOP in SNE accumulation and GA signaling.

Cigarette smoking, dietary habits and genetic polymorphisms in GSTT1, GSTM1 and CYP1A1 metabolic genes: A case-control study in oncohematological diseases

AIM To analyze the association between oncohematological diseases and GSTT1 /GSTM1 /CYP1A1 polymorphisms, dietary habits and smoking, in an argentine hospitalbased case-control *** This hospital-based case-control study involved 125 patients with oncohematological diseases and 310 control subjects. A questionnaire was used to obtain sociodemographic data and information about habits. Blood samples were collected, and DNA was extracted using salting out methods. Deletions in GSTT1 and GSTM1 (null genotypes) were addressed by PCR. CYP1A1 MspI polymorphism was detected by PCR-RFLP. Odds ratio(OR) and 95%CI were calculated to estimate the association between each variable studied and oncohematological *** Women showed lower risk of disease compared to men(OR 0.52, 95%CI: 0.34-0.82, P = 0.003). Higher levels of education(> 12 years) were significantly associated with an increased risk, compared to complete primary school or less(OR 3.68, 95%CI: 1.82-7.40, P < 0.001 adjusted for age and sex). With respect to tobacco, none of the smoking categories showed association with oncohematological diseases. Regarding dietary habits, consumption of grilled/barbecued meat 3 or more times per month showed significant association with an increased risk of disease(OR 1.72, 95%CI: 1.08-2.75, P = 0.02). Daily consumption of coffee also was associated with an increased risk(OR 1.77, 95%CI: 1.03-3.03, P = 0.03). Results for GSTT1, GSTM1 and CYP1A1 polymorphisms showed no significant association with oncohematological diseases. When analyzing the interaction between polymorphisms and tobacco smoking or dietary habits, no statistically significant associations that modify disease risk were found. CONCLUSION We reported an increased risk of oncohematological diseases associated with meat and coffee intake. We did not find significant associations between genetic polymorphisms and blood cancer.

3-D crustal-scale gravity model of the San Rafael Block and Payenia volcanic province in Mendoza,Argentina

The San Rafael Block(SRB)is part of one of the main retroarc volcanic provinces in southern Central Andes in Mendoza,*** block is located in the Andean foothills between the orogenic front and foreland basement uplifts of late Miocene *** order to analyze the geochronological evolution of the Quaternary volcanism in the region,several geologic and geophysical studies have been ***,the crust,where the SRB is located,has not been well characterized *** on gravimetric and magnetic data,together with isostatic and elastic thickness analyses,we modeled the crustal structure of the *** obtained has allowed us to understand the crust where the SRB and the Payenia volcanic province are *** anomalies indicate that the SRB presents higher densities to the North of Cerro Nevado and Moho calculations suggest depths for this block between 40 and 50 *** of elastic thickness would indicate that the crust supporting the San Rafael Block presents values of approximately 10 km,being enough to support the block ***,in the Payenia region,elastic thickness values are close to zero due to the regional temperature increase.

Crustal seismicity in northwestern Mendoza Province in Argentina, corresponding to the transition zone between the Chilean-Pampean flat subduction zone（26.5-33.5°S） and the Southern Central Andes normal subduction zone to the south, is studied in order to i） identify its relationship with the mapped structure, ii）determine deformational mechanisms and iii） constrain the geometry of the fold and thrust belt in the lower crust. Through this, we aim to determine which are the structures that contribute to Andean construction, east of the Frontal Cordillera in Argentina and at the western Principal Cordillera in Chile. Data from a temporary local seismic network are reprocessed in order to achieve a precise location of hypocenters and, whenever possible, to build focal mechanisms. Results are interpreted and compared with previous seismic studies and structural models. Analyzed seismicity is grouped around the eastern front of Frontal Cordillera, with hypocenters mainly at depths of 25-40 km. Contrastingly, earthquakes in the Principal Cordillera to the west are located at the axial Andean sector and Chilean slope, with depths shallower than 15 km. Obtained focal mechanisms indicate mainly strike-slip displacements, left lateral at Frontal Cordillera and right lateral at Principal Cordillera. Based on these observations, new possible structural models are proposed, where seismogenic sources could be either associated with inherited basement structures from the Cuyania-Chilenia suture; or correspond to deep-blind thrusts linked with a deeper-than-previously-assumed decollement that could be shared between Frontal Cordillera and western Precordillera. This deeper decollement would coincide in turn with the one determined from receiver function analysis for the eastern Sierras Pampeanas in previous works, potentially implying a common decollement all through the fold and thrust belt configuration. Tillage and no-tillage effects on physical and chemical properties of an Argiaquoll soil under long-term crop rotation in Buenos Aires, Argentina

No-tillage systems are able to reduce the negative effects of agricultural intensification on soil properties. However, knowledge of long-term impacts of no-tillage systems on soil properties is insufficient. It is essential to know which soil quality indicators are the most sensitive to management practices in each particular environment. Therefore, the objective of this work is to determine which soil quality prop-erties are more sensitive to the impact of two tillage systems in a vertic Argiaquoll soil from Buenos Aires, Argentina. This work started in 2006 and included crop rotation and tillage systems, including both tillage and no-tillage. Physical and chemical properties were measured in three consecutive years (2013-2015) at two depths (0-10 cm and 10-20 cm). The tillage system modified soil physical and chemical properties, mainly in the surface layer. No-tillage showed significantly higher bulk density (2013-2015 p < 0.05), gravimetric moisture (2013;2014 p < 0.05), organic carbon (2013-2015 p < 0.05), and ag-gregates stability in the face of a heavy rain (2013;2015 p<0.05), than soil under tillage. Soil saturation (or total porosity) was significantly greater under tillage. The tillage system did not affect hydraulic conductivity, total nitrogen and extractable phosphorus from the surface, nor physical and chemical properties from the second depth. No-tillage alleviates, but is not enough to mitigate, the loss of soil organic carbon and aggregate stability caused by continuous cropping in this vertic Argiaquall. Bulk density, organic carbon, aggregates stability and saturation are indicators for future studies performed in environments with similar soil and climate conditions.

The control program of codling moth （Cydia pomonella L.） in the Rio Negro and Neuqu6n Valley is intended to neonate larvae. However, adults may be subjected to sublethal pesticide concentrations generating stress which might enhance both mutation rates and activity of the detoxification system. This study assessed the exposure effects of chlorpyrifos on target enzyme and, both detoxifying and antioxidant systems of surviving adults from both a laboratory susceptible strain （LSS） and a field population （FP）. The results showed that the FP was as susceptible to chlorpyrifos as the LSS and, both exhibited a similar chlorpyrifos-inhibitory concentration 50 （IC50） of acetylcholinesterase （ACHE）. The FP displayed higher carboxylesterase （CarE） and 7-ethoxycoumarine O-deethylase （ECOD） activities than LSS. Both LSS and FP showed an increase on CarE activity after the exposure to low-chlorpyrifos concentrations, followed by enzyme inhibition at higher concentrations. There were no significant differences neither in the activities of glutathione S-transferases （GST）, catalase （CAT） and superoxide dismutase （SOD） nor in the reduced glutathione （GSH） content between LSS and FP. Moreover, these enzymes were unaffected by chlorpyrifos. In conclusion, control adults from the FP exhibited higher CarE and ECOD activities than control adults from the LSS. AChE and CarE activities were the most affected by chlorpyrifos. Control strategies used for C. pomonella, such as rotations of insecticides with different modes of action, will probably delay the evolution of insecticide resistance in FPs from the study area.

Seismic-gravimetric analysis of the subducted Nazca plate 1 between 32°S and 36°S

The study region is seismically and tectonically characterized by the angle variations in the subduction of the Nazca plate. The results obtained from earthquakes location between 32° and 36°S latitude and67°-71°W longitude are presented in this work. The presence of a wedge of asthenospheric materials and the partial or total eclogitization of the subducted Nazca plate and its relation with isostatic cortex models published was analyzed. In addition, a gravimetric profile obtained from gravity forward modeling is presented at 33.5°S, proposing a new configuration at depths for the main tectonic components： Nazca plate, asthenospheric wedge and South American plate. Also, a new density scheme using recently published velocity models was obtained.
