Be.e.iting from the.powe. of fe.-shot class-incre.e.tal le.rning(FSCIL), de.p le.rning mode.s can continuously re.ognize.ne. classe. with only a fe. sample.. The.difficulty is that limite. instance. of ne. classe. will le.d to ove.fitting and e.ace.bate.the.catastrophic forge.ting of the.old classe.. Most pre.ious works alle.iate.the.above.proble.s by imposing strong constraints on the.mode. structure.or parame.e.s, but ignoring e.be.ding ne.work transfe.ability and classifie. adaptation(CA), failing to guarante. the.e.ficie.t utilization of visual fe.ture. and e.tablishing re.ationships be.we.n old and ne. classe.. In this pape., we.propose.a simple.and nove. approach from two pe.spe.tive.: e.be.ding bias and classifie. bias. The.me.hod le.rns an e.be.ding augme.te.(e.) ne.work with cross-class transfe. and class-spe.ific discriminative.abilitie. base. on se.f-supe.vise. le.rning and modulate. atte.tion to alle.iate.e.be.ding bias. Base. on the.adaptive.incre.e.tal classifie. le.rning sche.e.to re.lize.incre.e.tal le.rning capability,guiding the.adaptive.update.of prototype. and fe.ture.e.be.dings to alle.iate.classifie. bias. We.conduct e.te.sive.e.pe.ime.ts on two popular natural image.datase.s and two me.ical datase.s. The.e.pe.ime.ts show that our me.hod is significantly be.te. than the.base.ine.and achie.e. state.of-the.art re.ults.

Survival analysis is a fundame.tal tool in me.ical scie.ce.for time.to-e.e.t data. Howe.e., its application to colony organisms like.be.s pose. challe.ge. due.to the.r social nature. Traditional survival mode.s may not accurate.y capture.the.inte.de.e.de.ce.among individuals within a colony. Frailty mode.s, accounting for share. risks within groups, offe. a promising alte.native. This study e.aluate. the.pe.formance.of se.i-parame.ric share. frailty mode.s (gamma, inve.se.normal, and positive.stable.in comparison to the.traditional Cox mode. using be.s’ survival data). We.e.amine. the.e.fe.t of misspe.ification of the.frailty distribution on re.re.sion and he.e.oge.e.ty parame.e.s using simulation and conclude. that the.he.e.oge.e.ty parame.e. was more.se.sitive.to misspe.ification of the.frailty distribution and choice.of initial parame.e.s (cluste. size.and true.he.e.oge.e.ty parame.e.) compare. to the.re.re.sion parame.e.. From the.data, parame.e. e.timate. for covariate. we.e.close.for the.four mode.s but slightly highe. for the.Cox mode.. The.share. gamma frailty mode. provide. a be.te. fit to the.data in comparison with the.othe. mode.s. The.e.ore. whe. focusing on re.re.sion parame.e.s, the.gamma frailty mode. is re.omme.de..
