ng>Introduction:ng> HIV infection in children is a major public health problem. The objective of this study carried out in the paediatric department of the Centre Hospitalier Roi Baudouin de Guédiawaye, was to evaluate the epidemiological, clinical, therapeutic and evolutionary aspects of a cohort of children with HIV over a 15-year period and to determine the factors associated with discontinuation of treatment and transition to second-line treatment. Patients and Methods: n style="font-family:Verdana;">This was a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study from August 2004 to December 2019 at the Centre Hospitalier Roi Baudouin de Guédiawaye. Through this study, age at diagnosis, current age, gender, orphan status, therapeutic aspects, status announcement and evolution were evaluated. A total of 129 patient records were studied over a 15-year period (2004-2019). HIV-positive children with profile I represented 93.8% and there was a male predominance with a sex ratio of 1.43. The current mean age of the children was 12.2 ± 4.5 and the median was 14 years. Fatherless and motherless children represented 24.0% and 20.2%, respectively, while both fatherless and motherless children represented 11.6%. The mean age at the start of ARV treatment was 7.6 ± 4.3 years and the median was 7.5 years. The mean age at the start of second-line treatment was 13.7 years with a standard deviation of 2.6 while the median was 13 years. AZT + 3TC + nVP was the most commonly used combination (29.5%) followed by TDF + FTC + nVP (26.2%). The mean age at treatment discontinuation was 13.3 ± 4.3 years while the median was 15 years. Due to the slow processing speed of text topic clustering in stand-alone architecture under the background of big data,this paper takes news text as the research object and proposes LDA text topic clustering algorithm based on Spark big data *** the TF-IDF(term frequency-inverse document frequency)algorithm under Spark is irreversible to word mapping,the mapped words indexes cannot be traced back to the original *** this paper,an optimized method is proposed that TF-IDF under Spark to ensure the text words can be ***,the text feature is extracted by the TF-IDF algorithm combined CountVectorizer proposed in this paper,and then the features are inputted to the LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)topic model for ***,the text topic clustering is *** results show that for large data samples,the processing speed of LDA topic model clustering has been improved based *** the same time,compared with the LDA topic model based on word frequency input,the model proposed in this paper has a reduction of perplexity.

We discuss the thermodynamic properties of a modified Rosen-Morse potential using the q-deformed superstatistics approaches. We obtain the partition function with the help of the generalized Boltzmann factor from the modified Dirac delta distribution and uniform distribution. Other thermodynamic function is obtained for the superstatistics of the two distributions considered. We also discuss our results graphically and obtain the ordinary statistical quantities when the deformation parameter tends to zero.

The Lower Cambrian nagaur Sandstone（marwar Supergroup） has yielded trace fossils Treptichnus, Cruziana, serially repeated Rusophycus, Diplichnites, Monomorphichnus, Bergaueria,arthropod swimming traces and leap frogging marks of Cruziana ichnofacies. This ichnofossils assemblage is dominantly preserved in fine to medium grained red sandstone beds of the Mohra Member（nagaur Sandstone）. The presence of graded rip-up clasts, current ripples, dune crossstratification with mud drapes and tidal bundles indicates a subtidal paleoenvironment for the deposition of nagaur Sandstone Formation, which is corroborated by the Cruziana ichnofacies trace fossil assemblage.

Diabetes mellitus was induced by administering 60mg/kg body mass of STZ intraperitoneally(i.p.),then,on d 8, pancreatitis was induced by 200mg/100 g body mass Arg *** at an interval of 1 *** animals were injected subcutaneously twice daily(at 7 *** 7 p.m.)with 1 μg/kg of CCK-8 and/or 2 IU mixed insulin(300g/L short- action and 700g/L intermediate-action insulin) for 14 d after pancreatitis *** this the animals were killed and the serum amylase,glucose and insulin levels as well as the plasma glucagon levels,the pancreatic mass/body mass ratio(pm/bm),the pancreatic contents of DnA,protein,amylase,lipase and trypsinogen were *** tissue samples were examined by light microscopy on paraffin-embedded sections. RESULTS:In the diabetic-pancreatitic rats treatment with insulin and CCK-8 significantly elevated pw/bm and the pancreatic contents of protein,amylase and lipase vs the rats receiving only CCK-8 ***-8 administered in combination with insulin also elevated the number of acinar cells with mitotic activities,whereas CCK-8 alone had no effect on laboratory parameters or the mitotic activities in diabetic-pancreatitic rats. Expeditious synthesis,antileishmanial and antioxidant activities of novel 3-substituted-4-hydroxycoumarin derivatives

A series of novel 3-substituted-4-hydroxycoumarin derivatives 6（a-1） were synthesized in high yield using one-pot three component coupling reaction catalyzed by ceric ammonium nitrate. These compounds were evaluated for antileishmanial activity against Leishmania donovani promastigotes and antioxidant activity（DPPH-radical scavenging activity）. Two compounds, 6h（IC50= 9.90 μmol/L） and 6i（IC50= 6.90 μmol/L） displayed potent antileishmanial activity when compared with standard antileishmanial agents pentamidine（IC50= 16.15 μmol/L） and miltefosine（IC50= 12.50 μmol/L）. Three compounds, 6c（IC50= 10.79 μmol/L）, 6h（IC50= 10.60 μmol/L）, and 6i（IC50= 10.73 μmol/L） showed significant antioxidant activity favorably with the antioxidant standards butylated hydroxy toluene（IC50= 16.47 μmol/L） and ascorbic acid（IC50= 12.69 μmol/L）. A molecular docking study of compounds 6（a-1） suggested a possible mode of binding with the Adenine phosphoribosyltransferase enzyme of ***. ADME properties were predicted in silico and support the potential of 6（a-1） to show favorable drug-like properties.

Metabolic diseases are highly prevalent worldwide and have been associated with adverse clinical outcomes,including mortality,in patients developing coronavirus disease(COVID-19).Because of the close relationship between metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity and the presence of metabolicassociated fatty liver disease(MAFLD),a high number of cases of patients affected by both MAFLD and COVID-19 would be expected,especially in highrisk *** studies have shown an increased risk of adverse clinical outcomes,viral shedding,and deep vein thrombosis,especially in patients with MAFLD-related liver *** predisposition to poor outcomes and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection in patients with MAFLD could be secondary to mechanisms common to both,including preexisting systemic chronic inflammation,endothelial dysfunction,and involvement of the renin-angiotensin *** of the increased risk of adverse outcomes,MAFLD should be screened in all patients admitted for *** computed tomography scans could be of help,assessment of liver fibrosis is also recommended,favoring noninvasive methods to limit the exposure of healthcare *** involvement in this population ranges from abnormalities in liver chemistry to hepatic steatosis in postmortem ***,preventive measures should be strongly advocated in patients already known to have MAFLD,including the use of telemedicine and vaccination in addition to general measures.
