缺氧对胎盘分泌sFlt-1的影响

目的通过检测在不同氧浓度条件下培养的正常胎盘组织及妊娠期高血压疾病(hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,HDP)胎盘组织中可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1,sFlt-1)的分泌情况,从而了解缺氧因素对sFlt-1分泌的影响。方法将正常胎盘组织及HDP胎盘组织在正常氧浓度(20%氧浓度)及低氧浓度(1%氧浓度)条件下进行培养,通过检测人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotrophin,HCG)浓度了解胎盘组织分泌状态,从而筛选出培养生长良好的胎盘组织进行sFlt-1浓度检测,比较正常胎盘组织及HDP胎盘组织在正常氧浓度(20%氧浓度)及低氧浓度(1%氧浓度)条件的分泌浓度。结果对正常胎盘,正常氧浓度下第4天及第5天sFlt-1浓度分泌无差异,缺氧条件下sFlt-1分泌受抑制;对HDP胎盘,正常氧浓度下第5天较第4天sFlt-1分泌持续增加,缺氧条件下sFlt-1分泌受抑制。结论 HDP胎盘组织sFlt-1分泌的负反馈机制失灵;缺氧对正常或HDP胎盘组织的sFlt-1分泌起到抑制作用。

Aluminium hybrid functionally graded metal matrix composites(FGMMCs),meet growing demands for supreme tribo-mechanical performance in automotive and aviation *** research experimentally compares the influence of carbide ceramics(B_(4)C,SiC,TiC)as reinforcements,in improving reciprocating tribology performance and mechanical strength of A333 hybrid composites against *** cylindrical samples of A333/6 wt%B_(4)C/4 wt%TiC and A333/6 wt%B_(4)C/4 wt%SiC hybrid FGMMCs were developed using horizontal centrifugal *** analysis on both composites revealed increasing ceramic gradient distribution towards outer composite *** rich zone of A333/B_(4)C/SiC hybrid FGMMC showed maximum micro-hardness(198.9 HV)and tensile strength(267.9 MPa).Elemental mapping confirmed effective distribution of ceramics and detected elemental composition of both *** rich layer of A333/B_(4)C/SiC hybrid FGMMC exhibited improved wear resistance in comparison with all three layers of A333/B_(4)C/TiC hybrid FGMMC and ***-body abrasion and tribo-chemical wear were the predominant mechanisms revealed for both composites during worn surface analysis.

Nano-ayurvedic medicine is an emerging field in which nanoparticles are functionalized with active principles of potent ayurvedic herbs to enhance their efficacy and target-specific *** advances in the past couple of decades have revealed the molecular mechanisms behind the anticancer potential of several ayurvedic herbs,attributed chiefly to their secondary metabolites including polyphenols and other active *** the advancement of nanotechnology,it has been established that size-,shape-,and surface-chemistry-optimized nanoparticles can be utilized as synergizing carriers for these ***-ayurvedic medicine utilizes herbs that are commonly used in Ayurveda to functionalize different nanoparticles and thereby enhance their potency and target *** have shown that the active phytochemicals of such herbs can be coated onto the nanoparticles of different metals,such as gold,and that they work more efficiently than the free herbal extract,for example,in inhibiting cancer cell ***,an Ayurveda,Yoga&Naturopathy,Unani,Siddha and Homeopathy(AYUSH)-based clinical trial in humans indicated the anticancer potential of such ***-ayurvedic medicine is emerging as a potential treatment option for hyperproliferative diseases.

We study the Grushin operators acting on Rx d1× Rt d2 and defined by the formula L -∑ j d1=1 xj-∑ j d1=1｜xj｜2 ∑ k d2=1 2 tk. We establish a restrictiontheorem associated with the considered operators. Our result is an analogue of the restriction theorem on the Heisenberg group obtained by D. Muller [Ann. ofMath., 1990, 131： 567-587].

In this study, austenitic stainless steel(ASS) was additively fabricated by an arc-based direct energy deposition(DED) technique. Macrostructure, microstructure, mechanical characteristics at different spatial orientations(0°, 90°, and 45°), and wear characteristics were evaluated at the deposited structure top, middle, and bottom regions. Results show that austenite(γ) and delta-ferrite(δ) phases make up most of the microstructure of additively fabricated SS316LSi steel. Within γ matrix, δ phase is dispersed both(within and along) grain boundaries, exhibiting a fine vermicular morphology. The bottom, middle,and top regions of WAAM deposited ASS exhibit similar values to those of wrought SS316L in the tensile and impact test findings. Notably, a drop in hardness values is observed as build height increases. During SEM examinations of fractured surfaces from tensile specimen, closed dimples were observed, indicating good ductility of as-built structure. Wear test findings show signs of mild oxidation and usual adhesive wear. By depositing a mechanically mixed composite layer, an increase in the oxidation percentage was discovered to facilitate healing of worn surfaces. The findings of this study will help in design, production and renovation of products/components that are prone to wear. WAAM-deposited ASS has remarkable strength and ability to withstand impacts;it can be used in the production of armour plates for defence applications, mainly military vehicles and aircraft.

The problem of eliminating edge-chipping at the entrance and exit of the hole while drilling brittle materials is still a challenging task in different industries. Grinding- aided electrochemical discharge machining （G-ECDM） is a promising technology for drilling advanced hard-to-ma- chine ceramics, glass, composites, and other brittle mate- rials. Edge-chipping at the entrance of the hole can be fully eliminated by optimizing the machining parameters of G-ECDM. However, edge-chipping at the exit of the hole is difficult to eliminate during the drilling of ceramics and glass. This investigation suggests some practical ways to reduce edge-chipping at the exit of the hole. For this pur- pose, a three-dimensional finite element model was developed, and a coupled field analysis was conducted to study the effect of four parameters, i.e., cutting depth, support length, applied voltage, and pulse-on time, on the maximum normal stress in the region where the edge- chipping initiates. The model is capable of predicting the edge-chipping thickness, and the results predicted by the model are in close agreement with the experiment results. This investigation recommends the use of a low voltage and low pulse-on time at the hole entrance and exit when applying G-ECDM to reduce the edge-chipping thickness. Moreover, the use of a full rigid support in the form of a base plate or sacrificial plate beneath the workpiece can postpone the initiation of chipping by providing support when the tool reaches the bottom layer of the workpiece, thereby reducing the edge-chipping thickness.
