Possible ameliorative effect of breastfeeding and the uptake of human colostrum against coeliac disease in autistic rats

AIM: To examine the possible ameliorative effect of breastfeeding and the uptake of human colostrum against coeliac disease in autistic rats. MeTHODS: Female rats were fed a standard diet and received a single intraperitoneal injection of 600 mg/kg sodium valproate on day 12.5 after conception. In study 1, neonatal rats were randomly subjected to blood tests to investigate autism. In study 2, the 1st group was fed by the mother after an injection of interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and administration of gliadin. The pups in the 2nd group were prevented from accessing maternal milk, injected IFN-γ, administered gliadin, and hand-fed human colostrum. The normal littermates fed by the table mothers were injected with physiological saline and served as normal controls in this ***: The protein concentration was higher in group 2 than in group 1 in the duodenum (161.6 ± 9 and 135.4 ± 7 mg/g of tissue, respectively, P ease (P eight was detected in human colostrum-treated pups on post natal day (PND) 7 and 21 vs suckling pups in group 1. A delay in eye opening was noticed in the treated rats in group 1 on PND 13 compared with the control group and group 2. Administration of a single intraperitoneal injection of 600 mg/kg sodium valproate on day 12.5 after conception resulted in significantly reduced calcium and vitamin D levels in study 1 compared with the control groups (P ever, human colostrum uptake inhibited increases in the level of transglutaminase antibody in autistic pups with coeliac disease. CONCLUSION: The effects of early-life nutrition and human colostrum on the functional maturation of the duodenal villi in autistic rats with coeliac disease that might limit or prevent the coeliac risk with autism.

Genetic-Frog-Leaping Algorithm for Text Document Clustering

In recent years,the volume of information in digital form has increased tremendously owing to the increased popularity of the World Wide *** a result,the use of techniques for extracting useful information from large collections of data,and particularly documents,has become more necessary and *** clustering is such a technique;it consists in dividing a set of text documents into clusters(groups),so that documents within the same cluster are closely related,whereas documents in different clusters are as different as *** depends on measuring the content(i.e.,words)of a document in terms of ***,as documents usually contain a large number of words,some of them may be irrelevant to the topic under consideration or *** can confuse and complicate the clustering process and make it less ***,feature selection methods have been employed to reduce data dimensionality by selecting the most relevant *** this study,we developed a text document clustering optimization model using a novel genetic frog-leaping algorithm that efficiently clusters text documents based on selected *** proposed approach is based on two metaheuristic algorithms:a genetic algorithm(GA)and a shuffled frog-leaping algorithm(SFLA).The GA performs feature selection,and the SFLA performs *** evaluate its effectiveness,the proposed approach was tested on a well-known text document dataset:the“20Newsgroup”dataset from the University of California Irvine Machine Learning ***,after multiple experiments were compared and analyzed,it was demonstrated that using the proposed algorithm on the 20Newsgroup dataset greatly facilitated text document clustering,compared with classical K-means ***,this improvement requires longer computational time.

Mobile commerce(m-commerce)contributes to increasing the popularity of electronic commerce(e-commerce),allowing anybody to sell or buy goods using a mobile device or tablet anywhere and at any *** demand for e-commerce increases tremendously,the pressure on delivery companies increases to organise their transportation plans to achieve profits and customer *** important planning problem in this domain is the multi-vehicle profitable pickup and delivery problem(MVPPDP),where a selected set of pickup and delivery customers need to be served within certain allowed trip *** this paper,we proposed hybrid clustering algorithms with the greedy randomised adaptive search procedure(GRASP)to construct an initial solution for the *** approaches first cluster the search space in order to reduce its dimensionality,then use GRASP to build routes for each *** compared our results with state-of-the-art construction heuristics that have been used to construct initial solutions to this *** results show that our proposed algorithms contribute to achieving excellent performance in terms of both quality of solutions and processing time.

Hepatitis C virus genotype 4(HCV-GT4)is a risk factor for cirrhosis,hepatocellular carcinoma and liver failure.A combination of three new direct-acting antivirals ombitasvir,paritaprevir,and ritonavir has been recommended for treatment of HCV-GT4 *** current study was aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of this combination plus ribavirin in non-cirrhotic,treatment-naive and-experienced egyptians with HCV-GT4 infection in a real-world setting.A total of 255 egyptians with HCV-GT4 infection were enrolled,including 82 treatment-experienced and 173 treatment-naive *** of them completed 12-week treatment protocol of ombitasvir,paritaprevir and ritonavir as an oral dose combination with *** response(VR)was measured,as well as the biochemical parameters related to treatment efficacy and adverse events at baseline and after treatment,at 4(VR4)and 12(VR12)weeks *** results showed that the VR4 rates were 98.8%in both groups,and VR12 rates were 97.7%and 96.3%in treatment-naive and-experienced patients,respectively,with no significant differences found between the groups concerning VR4(P=0.9)and VR 12(P=0.3).The most common adverse events were headache and fatigue,which were significantly more common(P=0.001 and 0.003,respectively)in treatment-experienced than in treatment-naive *** quadruple regimen was well-tolerated,and the reported adverse events were generally mild to *** real-world setting study confirms that the combination of ombitasvir,paritaprevir,ritonavir,and ribavirin is highly effective in the treatment of HCV-GT4 infection with a good safety and tolerability profile.

Solar energy is regarded as one of the promising renewable energy sources in the *** main aim of this study is to use the Taguchi-Grey relational grade analysis to optimize the performance of two Solar Air Heaters(SAHs).A typical Grey–Taguchi method was *** Orthogonal Array,Signal-to-Noise ratio,Grey Relational Grade,and Analysis of Variance were employed to investigate the performance characteristics of *** observations were made in agreement with Jordanian climate 32°00′N latitude and 36°00′e longitude with a solar intensity of 500 W\m^(2).The operating factors selected for optimization are the tilt angle(T)with three levels(0°,22°,45°),inlet velocity(V)with two levels(1.2,1.8 m/s),and absorber plate material(M)with two levels(Aluminum,wood).In this study,the Grey–Taguchi approach is validated by performing 12 individual *** results show that the process factors sequence required for a maximum SAH efficiency(SAHµ)is V>T>*** this approach,we combined the Orthogonal Array design with Grey Relational *** a result of that,the level of each operating conditions which optimizes both process responses(Temperature difference,ΔT and Solar air heater efficiency,SAHµ)can be specified with a minimum number of tests compared with classic Grey Relational *** optimal operating conditions of a SAH for multiple performance characteristics are determined as T2,M2,and V2,respectively,which are in congruence with the experimental results.

In this paper, synthesis and anticancer activities of morpholine hydrazones scaffold（1-17） thoroughly studied. Small series of morpholine hydrazones synthesized by treating 5-morpholinothiophene-2-carbaldehyde with different aryl hydrazides to form morpholine hydrazones scaffold（1-17）. The in vitro anticancer potential of all these compounds was checked against human cancer cell lines like Hep G2（human hepatocellular liver carcinoma） and MCF-7（human breast adenocarcinoma）. Analogs 13 had similar substantial cytotoxic effects towards Hep G2 with IC_（50） value 6.31±1.03μmmol/L when compared with the standard Doxorubicin（IC_（50）value 6.00±0.80μmmol/L）; while compounds 5,8 and 9 showed potent cytotoxicity against MCF-7 with IC_（50） value 7.08±0.42μmmol/L, 1.26±0.34μmmol/L and11.22±0.22μmmol/L respectively when compared with the standard Tamoxifen（IC_（50）= 11.00±0.40μmol/L）. Molecular docking studies also performed to understand the binding interaction.

Precision agriculture enables the recent technological advancements in farming sector to observe,measure,and analyze the requirements of individual fields and *** recent developments of computer vision and artificial intelligence(AI)techniques find a way for effective detection of plants,diseases,weeds,pests,*** the other hand,the detection of plant diseases,particularly apple leaf diseases using AI techniques can improve productivity and reduce crop ***,earlier and precise apple leaf disease detection can minimize the spread of the *** works make use of traditional image processing techniques which cannot assure high detection rate on apple leaf *** this motivation,this paper introduces a novel AI enabled apple leaf disease classification(AIe-ALDC)technique for precision *** proposed AIe-ALDC technique involves orientation based data augmentation and Gaussian filtering based noise removal *** addition,the AIe-ALDC technique includes a Capsule Network(CapsNet)based feature extractor to generate a helpful set of feature ***,water wave optimization(WWO)technique is employed as a hyperparameter optimizer of the CapsNet ***,bidirectional long short term memory(BiLSTM)model is used as a classifier to determine the appropriate class labels of the apple leaf *** design of AIe-ALDC technique incorporating theWWO based CapsNetmodel with BiLSTM classifier shows the novelty of the *** range of experiments was performed to showcase the supremacy of the AIe-ALDC *** experimental results demonstrate the promising performance of the AIeALDC technique over the recent state of art methods.
