In this work, the effects of three ionic liquids(ILs), namely, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium dicyanamide and tetraethyl-ammonium chloride, on methane hydrate formation and dissociation kinetic parameters were studied. The kinetic parameters including the initial rate of hydrate formation, hydrate stability at atmospheric pressure and hydrate storage capacity were evaluated. The experimental measurements were performed in an initial pressure range of 3.5-7.1 MPa. It was found that both of ILs with imidazolium-based cation increase the initial methane hydrate formation rate while the IL with ammonium-based cation leads to a decrease in the initial methane hydrate formation rate. It was also interpreted from the results that all of the three studied ILs decrease methane hydrate stability at atmospheric pressure and increase methane hydrate storage capacity. Finally, both of ILs with imidazolium-based cations were found to have higher impacts on decreasing hydrate stability at atmospheric pressure and increasing the methane hydrate storage capacity than the applied IL with ammonium-based cation.

The effect of alkali metal superoxides M_3O（M = Li,Na,K） on the electronic and optical properties of a Be_（12）O_（12） nanocage was studied by density functional theory（DFT） and time-dependent density functional theory（TD-DFT）.The energy gaps（Eg） of all configurations were ***,the adsorption of alkali metal superoxides on the Be_（12）O_（12） nanocage causes a decrease of *** dipole moment μ,polarizability α,and static first hyperpolarizability β were calculated and it was shown that the adsorption of alkali metal superoxides on Be_（12）O_（12） increases its *** was found that the absorption of M_3 O on Be_（12）O_（12） nanocluster improves its nonlinear optical *** highest first hyperpolarizability（β≈ 214000 a.u.） is obtained in the K_3O–Be_（12）O_（12）*** TD-DFT calculations were performed to investigate the origin of the first hyperpolarizabilities and it was shown that a higher first hyperpolarizability belongs to the structure that has a lower transition energy.

Many properties of fruit are influenced by plant nutrition. Fruit firmness is one of the most important fruit characteristics and determines post-harvest life of the fruit, in recent decades, artificial intelligence systems were employed for developing predictive models to estimate and predict many agriculture processes. In the present study, the predictive capabilities of multiple linear regressions （MLR） and artificial neural networks （ANNs） are evaluated to estimate fruit firmness in six months, including each of nutrients concentrations （nitrogen （N）, potassium （K）, calcium （Ca） and magnesium （Mg）） alone （P1）, com- bination of nutrients concentrations （P2）, nutrient concentration ratios alone （P3）, and combination of nutrient concentrations and nutrient concentration ratios （P4）. The results showed that MLR model estimated fruit firmness more accuracy than ANN model in three datasets （P1, P2 and P4）. However, the application of P3 （N/Ca ratio） as the input dataset in ANN model improved the prediction of fruit firmness than the MLR model. Correlation coefficient and root mean squared error （RMSE） were 0.850 and 0.539 between the measured and the estimated data by the ANN model, respectively. Generally, the ANN model showed greater potential in determining the relationship between 6-mon-fruit firmness and nutrients concentration.

Soil moisture characteristic curve （SMC） is a fundamental soil property and its direct measurement is tedious and time consuming. Therefore, various indirect methods have been developed to predict SMC from particle-size distribution （PSD）. However, the majority of these methods often yield intermittent SMC data because they involve estimating individual SMC points. The objectives of this study were 1） to develop a procedure to predict continuous SMC from a limited number of experimental PSD data points and 2） to evaluate model predictions through comparisons with measured values. In this study, an approach that allowed predicting SMC from the knowledge of PSD, parameterized by means of the closed-form van Genuchten model （VG）, was used. Through using mohammadi and Vanclooster （MV） model, the parameters obtained from fitting of VG to PSD data were applied to predict SMC curves. Since the residual water content （Or） could not be obtained through fitting of VG-MV integrated model to PSD data, we also examined and compared four different methods estimating 0r. Results showed that the proposed equation （MV-VG integrated model） provided an excellent fit to all the PSD data and the model could adequately predict SMC as measured in forty-two soils sampled from different regions of Iran. For all soils, the method in which Or Was obtained through parameter optimization procedure provided the best overall predictions of SMC. The two methods estimating Or with Campbell and Shiozawa （CS） model resulted in less accuracy than the optimization procedure. Furthermore, the proposed model underestimated the moisture content in the dry range of SMC when the value of 0r was assumed to equal zero. 0r could be attributed to the incomplete desorption of water coated on soil particles and the accurate estimation of 0r was critical in prediction of SMC, especially for fine-textured soils at high suction heads. Pollen and trichome morphology of the genus Betula were evaluated from three main habitats in Iran using light and electron *** types were identical and tri-porate;however,in terms of quantitative data,some differences were observed in exine(outside)wall thickness,length of polar axis and length of equatorial axis,possibly due to the *** alone is insufficient to separate species of Iranian *** of the trichome trait(small hairs or other outgrowths)revealed that birch species in Iran belong to:(1)Betula litwinowii *** to the low density of trichomes on the adaxial surface of the leaves and the lack of trichomes on the abaxial surface and many trichomes on the petioles;(2)Betula pendula *** to the absence of trichomes on the adaxial surface and the low density of trichomes on the abaxial surface;and,(3)in the adaxial and abaxial surfaces of leaves and petioles,the trichomes had different types of pilose(long,soft hairs),and this strengthens the possibility of a different species or more likely a hybrid of ***.

The evolvable multiprocessor (EvoMP), as a novel multiprocessor system-on-chip (MPSoC) machine with evolvable task decomposition and scheduling, claims a major feature of low-cost and efficient fault tolerance. Non-centralized control and adaptive distribution of the program among the available processors are two major capabilities of this platform, which remarkably help to achieve an efficient fault tolerance scheme. This letter presents the operational as well as architectural details of this fault tolerance scheme. In this method, when a processor becomes faulty, it will be eliminated of contribution in program execution in remaining run-time. This method also utilizes dynamic rescheduling capability of the system to achieve the maximum possible efficiency after processor reduction. The results confirm the efficiency and remarkable advantages of the proposed approach over common redundancy based techniques in similar systems.
