Objective:To determine the concentration and rate of decay of maternal IgG antibodies against measles prevalence in infants of vaccinated or naturally infected mothers and study initial measles immunization occurs in nine-month-old ***:In total,401 pregnant women and the same number of their subsequent newborns were recruited in the Bavi district of Hanoi in 2016-2017;they were divided into two groups:Older women(born before 1985,n=201)and younger women(born after 1990,n=200).Samples were collected at five time-points;week 36 of pregnancy,birth(cord),and 3,6,and 9 months after ***-specific IgG antibody levels were ***:In total,77.06% of the 401 pregnant women were seropositive for measles-specific IgG antibodies.A significantly greater proportion of mothers aged 30 and older(88.06%)and their newborn(93.53%)were seropositive compared to the mothers aged 25 and younger(66.00%),and their newborn(72.00%)(Ples IgG antibodies than the infants of younger mothers(Ples IgG antibodies together with GMT decreased from 82.97%(506.96)at the age of three months to 23.19%(45.22)at the age of nine ***:this study provides a profile of maternal antibodies against measles in Vietnamese infants and investigates the early susceptibility to measles in both the infants of vaccinated mothers and mothers with naturally acquired *** data suggest that determining the appropriate age for measles vaccination is paramount for the elimination of measles in Vietnam.

Flash floods are one of the most dangerous natural disasters,especially in hilly terrain,causing loss of life,property,and infrastructures and sudden disruption of *** types of floods are mostly associated with landslides and erosion of roads within a short *** of Vietnamis hilly and mountainous;thus,the problem due to flash flood is severe and requires systematic studies to correctly identify flood susceptible areas for proper landuse planning and traffic *** this study,three Machine learning(ML)methods namely Deep learning Neural Network(DL),Correlation-based FeatureWeighted Naive Bayes(CFWNB),and Adaboost(AB-CFWNB)were used for the development of flash flood susceptibility maps for hilly road section(115 km length)of National Highway(NH)-6 inHoa Binh province,*** the proposedmodels,88 past flash flood events were used together with 14 flash floods affecting topographical and geo-environmental *** performance of themodels was evaluated using standard statisticalmeasures including Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)Curve,Area Under Curve(AUC)and Root Mean Square Error(RMSE).The results revealed that all the models performed well(AUC>0.80)in predicting flash flood susceptibility zones,but the performance of the DL model is the best(AUC:0.972,RMSE:0.352).Therefore,the DL model can be applied to develop an accurate flash flood susceptibility map of hilly terrain which can be used for proper planning and designing of the highways and other infrastructure facilities besides landuse management of the area.

近年来,越南经历了许多外语教学上的变革,最近正在进行的项目“国家教育系统外语教学2008—2020”(简称:2020项目)即是最新的突破,它挖掘了新资源以便有效提高越南所有学校的英语教学质量。该项目是由越南政府总理与越南教育和培训部(越南MOET)共同发起的。经过九年的努力,教育和培训部部长宣布该计划已经失败,失败的主要原因是2020项目只注重改变教材和购买教学设备,而没有提高教师的培养质量,和找到合适的教学方法来调动学生学习英语的兴趣,激发学生使用英语作为日常生活交流。因此,为了鼓励学生从小学开始习惯学习英语,英语合作教学被引入各小学校中。本研究的目的是探索越南小学英语教学背景中最有效的合作教学模式,以确定该教学法成功实施的合作教学策略。本研究的目的还在于探索越南小学教育系统如何考核与评价教师的英语合作教学现状。下面将回答以下问题:(1)教师在合作关系中如何与他人合作?(2)在越南小学教育中,合作教学的好处和不利是什么?本研究选取越南-河内的Vinschool、Olympia和Wellspring3所小学;共5个教学团队,10名教师作为研究样本。为评价合作教学的效果、了解合作教学对学生成绩的影响本研究进行了多个测试和访谈。本研究采用系统的扎根理论来进行数据搜集,以“共生理论的成就”为理论基础,反映了合作教师建立有效的合作教学伙伴关系的过程。该理论提供了方法来克服合作教学关系中存在的问题,以进一步实现在合作教学技术中的高效共生。结论如下:(1)教师在课堂上通过实际观察或与其他老师的对话来理解对方。他们与合作伙伴分享教学专业、专业知识和观点。他们花时间思考如何在课堂上增强课堂教学指导和优化布置课堂教学任务。他们对教学关系表现出同等的责任和贡献。他们表达对对方的平等、尊重、信任和关心。(2)·合作教学的好处:对于学生:增加个人注意力、减少消极行为、提高自尊和社交技能。对于教师:增加专业发展、分担责任和责任、减少倦怠、提高士气、增加教学策略的使用。·合作教学在越南小学合作教学过程中存在的困难和挑战:培训不足、资源有限、调度问题、缺乏联合规划时间、哲学差异、个性差异、缺乏行政支持、经费不足。研究结果表明,合作教学不仅提高了教师的专业水平和专门知识,而且也提高了学生的学习成绩。本文还根据研究结果,对教师和教育管理者提出了建议,希望基于共生理论的有效合作关系能够在越南小学的英语教学中得到可持续发展。

目的观察匹多莫德对难治性过敏性鼻炎的治疗作用。方法研究以2019年8月至2020年8月期间于大连医科大学附属第一医院耳鼻喉科门诊诊断难治性过敏性鼻炎的68名患者为研究对象。患者随机分为两组,实验组和对照组。所有患者在治疗前均填写症状评分问卷,并进行鼻内窥镜检查,对鼻甲肿胀程度和鼻部分泌物情况进行评分。对照组患者给予口服抗组胺药和鼻喷布地奈德治疗;实验组患者在常规治疗基础上额外给予匹多莫德40mg,日两次口服。对比两组治疗前、治疗后两周、治疗后四周鼻部症状评分和鼻内窥镜检查评分评估匹多莫德治疗难治性过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。两组间比较采用配对T检验和Winconxon符号秩检验。结果治疗前对照组鼻部症状评分在鼻塞、流涕、鼻部刺痒感和喷嚏的得分分别是3.31±0.693,3.25±0.672,3.44±0.716,和 3.19±0.53;实验组分别是 3.22±0.659,2.75±0.672,3.16±0.723和2.94±0.669。两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。鼻内窥镜下下鼻甲肿胀和鼻分泌物量评分在对照组分别是1.81±0.397,和2.69±0.471,实验组分别是1.84±0.369和2.47±0.621,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两周对照组鼻部症状评分在鼻塞、流涕、鼻部刺痒感和喷嚏的得分分别是 2.94±0.669,2.81±0.644,2.75±0.762,和 2.44±0.504。实验组鼻部症状评分分别是 1.13±0.751,1.19±0.965,1.03±0.822,和 1.03±0.782。实验组较对照组在上述症状分别多下降1.81±0.082(61.56%),1.62±0.321(57.65%),1.72±0.06(62.54%),和1.41±0.278(57.78%),两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组鼻内窥镜下下鼻甲肿胀和鼻分泌物量评分分别是1.44±0.504和2.13±0.609;实验组分别是0.53±0.507和0.91±0.777,实验组下鼻甲肿胀和鼻内分泌物评分比对照组分别降低0.91±0.003(63.19%)和1.22±0.168(57.27%),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后对照组鼻塞、流涕、鼻部刺痒感和喷嚏的症状评分是0.47±0.507,0.50±0.508,0.44±0.564,和0.34 ± 0.483。实验组症状改善更多,比对照组减低1.84±0.186(79.65%),1.44±0.161(74.22%),1.69±0.143(79.34%),和 1.41±0.189(80.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组鼻内窥镜评分分别是1.19±.644和2.00±0.508,实验组评分分别为0.06±0.246和0.19±0.397,两组对比,实验组下鼻甲肿胀和鼻内分泌物评分比对照组分别降低1.13±0.398(94.95%)和1.81±0.111(90.5%)(P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德可以提高机体免疫力,辅助抗组胺药和鼻喷激素应用可以快速控制难治性过敏性鼻炎的临床症状和体征。

Patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have received more than one cycle of platinum-based chemotherapy in their lifetime may be at risk of hypersensitivity. The overall incidence of hypersensitivity to carboplatin ranges from 1% to 27% and that of hypersensitivity to carboplatin is between 5% and 20%. However, the actual incidence of cross-reactivity between platinum salts has not yet been known. In this paper, we reported a case of a 39-year-old man with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, who had cisplatin anaphylaxis after having had carboplatin hypersensitivity at the previous cycle. The anaphylactic reaction was managed successfully with adrenaline, corticosteroids, antihistamines, oxygen mask and isotonic fluid support. No further reactions were observed and after that he stopped the platinum regimen. this case illustrates that NSCLC patients may experience hypersensitive and cross-reactivity to both carboplatin and cisplatin. It is important to be aware of the possibility of anaphylaxis so that appropriate premedication or effective treatment can be promptly instituted.

The Genetic Relationship of Vietnamese Pigs in Central Highlands Assessed by Cytochrome b

To estimate the genetic relationship of Vietnamese pigs in Central Highlands, we compared cytochrome b sequences of Vietnamese wild boars and Vietnamese domestic pigs with other Asian and European wild boars. The results showed that there were two wild boar populations locating in Vietnam Central Highlands including wild boars of group I and wild boars of group II. The Vietnamese wild boars of group II and domestic pigs were genetically close to Asian A1 and Asian A2 wild boar groups, whereas the Vietnamese wild boars of group I were genetically distinct from Asian A1, Asian A2 wild boar groups. The phylogenetic tree demonstrated that the Vietnamese wild boars of group I were clustered in one clade which was distinct from Asian wild boars and Europe wild boars. In addition, the Vietnamese wild boars of group I were estimated to have diverged from European wild boars at 421500 YBP, indicating that Vietnamese wild boar of group I could be isolated from other Asian wild boars. The single nucleotide polymorphism analysis showed that three Asian haplotypes were contributed in Vietnamese wild boars including A3 (TATG) haplotype in Vietnamese wild boar of group I and A1 (CATA) haplotype and A2 (CATG) haplotype in Vietnamese wild boars of group II. The A1 haplotype and A2 haplotype were also distributed in Vietnamese domestic pigs. Thus, there is a high possibility that Vietnam Central Highlands is a principal source for research on genetic diversity in Asian wild boar and domestic pig populations.

2018年中国已经成为越南第一个年贸易额超过1千亿美元的伙伴国家。同年中越两国的双边贸易额显著增加。中国和越南双边贸易的发展有利于促进两国经济、社会的健康稳定发展。所以对于中越两个发展中国家而言,必须要加强两国的经贸合作,充分利用各自的优势产业,开展健康有序的商品贸易,进而实现经济发展,有效推动国家、社会进步。基于此背景,本文以中越双边贸易的竞争性与互补性为研究课题,通过对中越两国双边贸易发展的规模、结构和依赖程度等进行分析,探索两国双边贸易发展的现状及存在的问题,然后对中越双边贸易的竞争性与互补性进行分析,以此为基础,提出对策与建议,有利于推动中越双边贸易健康发展。首先,介绍本研究课题的背景、意义,国内外研究现状,以及研究的思路和方法等。其次,在阅读理解相关概念及理论的基础上,通过截取2001年到2018年间的相关数据,分析两国双边贸易的规模、结构和依赖程度,进而得出两国发展双边贸易有巨大的潜力,并发现目前中越双边贸易的问题所在。再次,重点探讨中国与越南的双边贸易存在的的竞争性与互补性。通过采用贸易互补性指数、产业内贸易指数和显示性比较优势指数等,找出两国双边贸易存在的的竞争性与互补性。结果显示,中国的比较优势主要是制成品领域,而越南在初级商品方面有明显的比较优势,两国在贸易出口市场分布、商品结构等方面有一定的相似性,所以存在竞争性,不过这并不包含两国各自具有比较优势的商品。互补性方面,双方在某类进出口商品上表现出明显的互补性。同时,中越产业内贸易水平已凸显,且呈现不断上升趋势,但是其他类进出口商品仍以产业间贸易为主。最后,提出促进中越双边贸易发展的科学对策,包括完善制度保障机制,规范双边贸易秩序;加强产业结构调整,优化进出口产品结构;加强区域合作,推动新兴产业发展;推动基础设施项目建设;深化“一带一路”倡议下中越产能合作。
