Objective: To understand the clinical value of combined detection of cholyglycine CG and TBA in differential diagnosis of hepatobiliary diseases. Methods: Serum samples from 50 healthy people were collected as healthy control group. According to the latest disease diagnosis and treatment plan, 58 cases of HBV asymptomatic carrier group, 17 cases of viral hepatitis group, 49 cases of cirrhosis group, 50 cases of primary liver cancer group and 50 cases of other hepatobiliary diseases groups were collected respectively. The concentration levels of cholyglycine and total bile acid in each group were detected, and the differences among each group were compared. Results: By statistical analysis, serum CG concentration in viral hepatitis group, cirrhosis group, primary liver cancer group and other hepatobiliary diseases group was significantly higher than that in asymptomatic HEPATITIS B carriers and healthy control group, the differences were statistically significant (p 0.05). There was no significant difference in CG concentration among viral hepatitis group, liver cirrhosis group, primary liver cancer group and other hepatobiliary diseases group (p > 0.05). The serum TBA levels of asymptomatic carriers, viral hepatitis group, cirrhosis group, primary liver cancer group and other hepatobiliary system diseases group were significantly higher than those of healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant, p 0.05. Conclusion: Serum CG expression can not only detect liver lesions, but also distinguish different liver lesions. The positive rate of CG combined with TBA detection in patients with hepatobiliary diseases is significantly higher than that of single CG index detection. CG combined with TBA detection can significantly improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the diagnosis of hepatobiliary diseases, which is worthy of popularization and application.

目的 :探讨三七总皂苷治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法 :脑梗死病人 582例 ,随机分为 2组 ,三七总皂苷组 2 91例 (男性 199例 ,女性 92例 ,年龄 6 0a±s5a)。用三七总皂苷 4 0 0mg加入 5%葡萄糖或氯化钠注射液 50 0mL中静脉滴注 ,qd ;川芎嗪组 2 91例(男性 198例 ,女性 93例 ,年龄 59a± 7a)。用川芎嗪注射液 16 0mg加入 5%葡萄糖或氯化钠注射液50 0mL中静脉滴注 ,qd ,2组疗程均为 30d。结果 :三七总皂苷组总有效率 95 2 % ,不良反应少。川芎嗪组总有效率 82 1%。组间经Ridit分析 ,差别有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :三七总皂苷是一种安全有效治疗脑梗死的药物。

目的探讨血清人附睾分泌蛋白4(HE4)、应激诱导蛋白2(Sestrin 2)水平与脓毒症相关急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者病情严重程度、预后的关系。方法选取2020年2月—2023年2月广东省中医院海南医院收治的90例脓毒症相关ARDS患者为ARDS组,根据氧合指数(OI)将其分为轻度亚组(OI为201~300 mmHg,n=26)、中度亚组(OI为101~200 mmHg,n=37)、重度亚组(OI≤100 mmHg,n=27),根据入院28 d内死亡情况将其分为死亡亚组(38例)和存活亚组(52例)。另选择同期在广东省中医院海南医院体检中心进行体检的健康志愿者75例为对照组。比较ARDS组与对照组、不同病情严重程度患者血清HE4、Sestrin 2水平;脓毒症相关ARDS患者死亡的影响因素分析采用单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析,绘制ROC曲线以评估血清HE4、Sestrin 2水平及二者联合对脓毒症相关ARDS患者死亡的预测价值。结果ARDS组血清HE4、Sestrin 2水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。中度亚组血清HE4、Sestrin 2水平高于轻度亚组,重度亚组血清HE4、Sestrin 2水平高于轻度亚组和中度亚组(P<0.05)。死亡亚组与存活亚组脓毒症分级、病情严重程度、急性生理和慢性健康状况Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分、机械通气时间及血清HE4、Sestrin 2水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,病情严重程度、APACHEⅡ评分及血清HE4、Sestrin 2水平是脓毒症相关ARDS患者死亡的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清HE4、Sestrin 2水平及二者联合预测脓毒症相关ARDS患者死亡的AUC分别为0.809〔95%CI(0.713~0.884)〕、0.865〔95%CI(0.777~0.928)〕、0.980〔95%CI(0.925~0.998)〕。二者联合预测脓毒症相关ARDS患者死亡的AUC分别大于血清HE4、Sestrin 2水平单独预测脓毒症相关ARDS患者死亡的AUC(P<0.05)。结论脓毒症相关ARDS患者血清HE4、Sestrin 2水平升高,且ARDS病情越严重血清HE4、Sestrin 2水平越高;血清HE4、Sestrin 2水平是脓毒症相关ARDS患者死亡的影响因素及预测因素,且二者联合的预测价值高。

在“新经济”时代,无形资产是创新发展的重要因素,是驱动“新经济”增长的重要动能。虽然现有研究对无形资产已关注多年,但是仍未对无形资产范围界定达成一致,也缺少统一、细分的无形资产统计标准。本文系统梳理了国际组织、政府机构和学术界对无形资产范围的研究进展,并综述了无形资产测算方法、所采用的指标和数据等,分析无形资产测算存在的困难。以期为完善无形资产统计标准以及核算体系提供借鉴,为进一步研究无形资产对经济增长的影响提供参考。

The gene Fhb1 has been used in many countries to improve wheat Fusarium head blight(FHB) resistance. To make better use of this gene in the Yellow-Huai River Valleys Winter Wheat Zone(YHWZ), the most important wheat-producing region of China, it is desirable to elucidate its effects on FHB resistance and agronomic traits in different genetic backgrounds. Based on a diagnostic marker for Fhb1, six BC2 populations were developed by crossing dwarf-male-sterile(DMS)-Zhoumai 16 to three Fhb1 donors(Ningmai 9, Ningmai 13, and Jianyang 84) and backcrossing to Zhoumai 16 and Zhoumai16’s derivative cultivars(Lunxuan 136 and Lunxuan 13) using marker-assisted backcross breeding. The progenies were assessed for FHB resistance and major agronomic *** Fhb1 alleles were identified using the gene-specific molecular marker. The plants with the Fhb1-resistant genotype(Fhb1-R) in these populations showed significantly fewer infected spikelets than those with the Fhb1-susceptible genotype(Fhb1-S). When Lunxuan 136 was used as the recurrent parent, Fhb1-R plants showed significantly fewer infected spikelets per spike than Fhb1-R plants produced using Lunxuan 13 as the recurrent parent, indicating that the genetic backgrounds of Fhb1 influence the expression of FHB resistance. Fhb1-R plants from the DMS-Zhoumai 16/Ningmai 9//Zhoumai 16/3/Lunxuan 136 population showed the highest FHB resistance among the six populations and a significantly higher level of FHB resistance than the moderately susceptible control Huaimai 20. No significant phenotypic differences between Fhb1-R and Fhb1-S plants were observed for the eight agronomic traits investigated. These results suggest that it is feasible to improve FHB resistance of winter wheat withoutreducing yield potential by introgressing Fhb1 resistance allele into FHB-susceptible cultivars in the YHWZ.

Background Astigmatism is one of the most significant obstacles for achieving satisfactory visual function. This study was to evaluate the influence of astigmatism on contrast sensitivity （CS） and higher-order aberrations. Methods CS, accommodation response and wavefront aberration were measured in 113 patients with astigmatism, aged 18-36 years. Both single and binocular visual performance were examined under four lighting conditions： photopia, photopia with glare, scotopia and scotopia with glare respectively. Accommodation response was classified as normal, abnormal and low. The contribution of the power and axis of astigmatism to CS, accommodation response and wavefront aberration was analyzed. Results As the dioptric power of astigmatism increased, the loss of CS spatial frequency changed from high to intermediate, and then to low frequency. CS scores varied at different illuminance levels, descending in the following sequence： photopia, photopia with glare, scotopia, and scotopia with glare. However, the normal accommodation group showed better CS values under photopia with glare than without glare. The range of influenced direction of sine-wave gratings remained mostly at the meridian line of high dioptric power, which would be expanded when optical accommadation attenuated. The patients with symmetrical astigmatism got higher CS scores with binoculus vision than with dominant eye vision, while the patients with asymmetrical astigmatism did this only at scotopia with glare. Among higher-order aberrations, coma aberration, secondary coma aberration and the total higher order aberration were influenced by astigmatism, all of which rising with the power of astigmatism increased. Conclusions Reducing astigmatism might improve the performance of visual function. Not only the power of astigmatism should be cut down, but also the binocular axes should be made symmetrically.
