Herein,a novel interference-free surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)strategy based on magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs)and aptamer-driven assemblies was proposed for the ultrasensitive detection of hista.ine.A core-satellite SERS aptasensor was constructed by combining aptamer-decorated Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au MNPs(as the recognize probe for hista.ine)and complementary DNA-modified silver nanoparticles carrying 4-mercaptobenzonitrile(4-MBN)(Ag@4-MBN@Ag-c-DNA)as the SERS signal probe for the indirect detection of *** an applied magnetic field in the absence of hista.ine,the assembly gave an intense Raman signal at“Raman biological-silent”region due to *** the presence of hista.ine,the Ag@4-MBN@Ag-c-DNA SERS-tag was released from the Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au MNPs,thus decrea.ing the SERS *** optimal conditions,an ultra-low limit of detection of 0.65×10^(-3)ng/mL and a linear range 10^(-2)-10^5 ng/mL on the SERS aptasensor were *** hista.ine content in four food samples were analyzed using the SERS aptasensor,with the results consistent with those determined by high performance liquid *** present work highlights the merits of indirect strategies for the ultrasensitive and highly selective SERS detection of small biological molecules in complex matrices.

Historic maps showing the temporal distribution of rice fields are important for precision agriculture,irriga.ion optimisa.ion,forecasting crop yields,land use management and formula.ing ***,mapping rice felds using tra.itional ground surveys is impractical when high cost,time and labour requirements are considered,and the availa.ility of such detailed records is *** satellite remote sensing appears to be a viable solution,conventional segmenta.ion and classifica.ion methods with spectral bands are often unable to contrast the distinct characteristics between rice fields and other vegeta.ion *** this end,we explored a novel,Google Earth Engine(GEE)based multiindex random forest(RF)classifica.ion approach to map rice fields over two *** images from 2000 to 2020 of two Sri Lankan rice cultiva.ion districts were extracted from GEE and a multi-index RF classifica.ion algorithm was applied to distinguish the rice *** results showed above 80%accuracy for both training and va.ida.ion,when compared against high spa.ial resolution Google Earth *** essence,multi-index sampling and RF together synergised the compelling classifca.ion accuracy by effectively capturing vegeta.ion,water(ponding)and soil characteristics unique to the rice felds using a single-click *** maps developed in this study were further compared against the MODiS land cover type product(MCD12Q1)and the corresponding superior sta.istics on rice fields demonstrated the robustness of the proposed *** work seeking effective index combina.ions is recommended,and this approach can potentially be extended to other crop analyses elsewhere.

The present study investigates the physical and chemical characteristics,beha.ior in vitro and in vivo,and biocompa.ibility of coa.ings containing Ta_(2)O_(5),which are obtained by plasma electrolytic oxida.ion(PEO)on MA8 magnesium *** obtained coa.ings demonstrate in vivo biocompa.ibility and in vitro *** to the base PEO coa.ing,the layers containing Ta_(2)O_(5)fa.ilitate the development of apa.ite in simulated body fluid,suggesting that the inclusion of nanoparticles improves bioactivity of the *** was found that incorpora.ion of Ta_(2)O_(5)nanoparticles increases roughness and porosity of the formed layers by increa.ing particle concentra.ion in electrolytes for the PEO process contributing to sufficient soft tissue ingrowth in *** on in vivo studies,these coa.ings also provide favorable tissue response and minimal inflammatory reaction in compa.ison with the bare magnesium alloy due to protection of living tissues from deleterious corrosion events of magnesium implant such as local alka.iza.ion and intense hydrogen *** results obtained in the present study concluded biocompa.ibility,tissue integra.ion of the PEO coa.ings containing Ta_(2)O_(5)nanoparticles ma.ing them a promising protective layer for biodegradable magnesium implants.

in this study,a calcium-phosphate coa.ing was formed on a Mg-Mn-Ce alloy by the plasma electrolytic oxida.ion(PEO).The antibiotic vancomycin,widely used in the treatment of infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus(***),was impregnated into the *** with vancomycin showed high bactericidal activity against *** mecha.ical and electrochemical properties of the formed coa.ings were studied,as well as in vitro cytotoxicity tests and in vivo tests on mature male rats were *** to SEM,EDS,XRD and XPS data,coa.ings had a developed morphology and contained hydroxyapa.ite,which indicates high *** analysis of roughness of coa.ings without and with vancomycin did not reveal any differences,confirming the high roughness of the *** electrochemical tests,an increase in corrosion resistance by more than two times after the applica.ion of PEO coa.ings was *** to the results of an in vivo study,after 28 days of the implanta.ion of samples with calcium phosphate PEO coa.ing and vancomycin,no signs of inflamma.ion were observed,while an inflammatory reaction developed in the area of implanta.ion of bare alloy,followed by *** release tests from the coa.ings show a sharp decrease in the concentra.ion of the released antibiotic on day 7 and then a gradual decrease until day *** the experiment,no significant devia.ions in the condition and beha.ior of the a.imals were observed;clinical tests did not reveal a systemic toxic reaction.

Wrought and laser powder bed fusion （LPBF） Ti-6Al-4V specimens were compara.ively evaluated， with the objective to determine LPBF Ti-6-4’s suita.ility for biomedical applica.ions. Testing included nanoindenta.ion， cyclic pola.iza.ion in simulated body fluid （SBF， 37 ℃ ）， and dry and SBF “Ball-on-Plate” sliding. Wrought Ti-6-4 exhibited a lamellar （α+β） microstructure， whereas LPBF displayed a fine-grained α'-martensite microstructure. LPBF Ti-6-4 demonstrated ～3% higher indenta.ion modulus and ～32% higher hardness， while wrought Ti-6-4 showed ～8% higher plasticity. Both alloys exhibited low corrosion rates (10–5mA/cm2order) and true passivity (10–4mA/cm2order). No loca.ized corrosion was observed in either alloy， except for occa.ional metastable pitting in the LPBF alloy. However， LPBF Ti-6-4 presented higher corrosion rate and passive current， ascribed to its martensitic structure. During dry sliding， LPBF Ti-6-4 exhibited ～14% lower volume loss compared to wrought Ti-6-4. Sliding in SBF increased volume losses for both alloys， with wear resistances nearly equa.ized， as the advantage of LPBF Ti-6-4 decreased due to more intensive wear-accelerated corrosion induced by the stressed martensite. Overall， the results demonstrate the suita.ility of LPBF Ti-6Al-4V for biomedical uses.

in this decade,coal fly ash(CFa.is considered a potential secondary source of rare earth elements(REEs).However,most REEs in coal fly ash are encapsulated in aluminosilicate glass,ma.ing it challenging to recover them through a.id *** this study,a sequential alka.ine-orga.ic a.id leaching was developed for the recovery of REEs from *** effect of alka.ine leaching using NaOH solution on the destructive a.ility of aluminosilicate glass,as well as the mineralogy and morphology changes of the resulting coal fly ash,was first ***,the effectiveness of alka.ine leaching on the recovery a.ility of REEs through orga.ic a.id leaching was *** results show that the ma.imum leaching efficiency for Si and Al,which was obtained at the optimum alka.ine leaching conditions,namely NaOH concentra.ion of 10 mol/L,reaction temperature of 65℃,liquid/solid(L/S)ra.io of 10 mL/g,and reaction time of 90 min,is 28%and 32%,*** digestion reaction with NaOH lixiviants also causes coal fly ash to become more porous,ma.ing it advantageous in the orga.ic a.id-leaching process at the REEs recovery *** utiliza.ion of the desilicated residue produced from the digestion process in a.id leaching effectively increases the overall REEs recovery from 32.2%to 77.6%.

Testing rocket and space technology objects in ground conditions for resistance to the impact of meteoroids and fragments of space debris can be carried out using shaped charges. To substantiate the design parameters of shaped charges that ensure the forma.ion of aluminum particles in a wide velocity range(from 2.5 to 16 km/s), numerical modeling of the forma.ion process was carried out within the framework of a two-dimensional a.isymmetric problem of continuum mecha.ics using three different computing codes to increase the relia.ility of the results. The calcula.ions consider shaped charges with a diameter of 20-100 mm with aluminum liners of va.ious shapes. it is shown that the forma.ion of particles with velocities close to the lower limit of the considered range is ensured by gently sloping segmental liners of degressive thickness. To form higher-velocity particles with velocities over 5 km/s, it is proposed to use combined liners, the jet-forming part of which has the shape of a hemisphere of constant thickness or the shape of a semi-ellipsoid or semi-superellipsoid of rota.ion of degressive thickness.
