Securing Healthcare Data in IoMT Network Using enhanced Chaos Based Substitution and Diffusion

Patient privacy and data protection have been crucial concerns in ehealthcare systems for many *** modern-day applications,patient data usually holds clinical imagery,records,and other medical ***,the Internet of Medical Things(IoMT),equipped with cloud computing,has come out to be a beneficial paradigm in the healthcare ***,the openness of networks and systems leads to security threats and illegal ***,reliable,fast,and robust security methods need to be developed to ensure the safe exchange of healthcare data generated from various image sensing and other IoMT-driven devices in the IoMT *** paper presents an image protection scheme for healthcare applications to protect patients’medical image data exchanged in IoMT *** proposed security scheme depends on an enhanced 2D discrete chaotic map and allows dynamic substitution based on an optimized highly-nonlinear S-box and diffusion to gain an excellent security *** optimized S-box has an excellent nonlinearity score of *** new image protection scheme is efficient enough to exhibit correlation values less than 0.0022,entropy values higher than 7.999,and NPCR values around 99.6%.To reveal the efficacy of the scheme,several comparison studies are *** comparison studies reveal that the novel protection scheme is robust,efficient,and capable of securing healthcare imagery in IoMT systems.

This study describes the adsorption behavior of three arylthiophene derivatives namely:2-(4-amidino-3-fluorophenyl)-5-[4-methoxy phenyl] thiophene dihydrochloride salt(MA-1217),2-(4-amidinophenyl)-5-[4-chlorophenyll thiophene dihydrochloride salt(MA-1316) and 2-(4-amidino-3-fluorophenyl)-5-[4-ch lorophenyllthiophene dihydrochloride salt(MA-1312) at C-steel in 1.0 mol·L^(-1) HCl interface using experimental and theoretical *** and mass loss measurements showed that the inhibition efficiency(Ie) of the arylthiophene derivatives increases with increasing concentrations and exhibited maximum efficiency 89% at 21×10^(-6) mol·L^(-1)(MA-1217) by mass loss *** investigated arylthiophene derivatives obey the Langmuir adsorption *** polarization studies the arylthiophene derivatives act as mixed-type *** analysis were carried out and *** mode of orientation and adsorption of inhibitor molecules on C-steel surface was studied using molecular dynamics(MD) *** chemical parameters as well as the radial distribution function indices and binding energies confirm the experimental results.

Permutation-substitution image encryption scheme based on a modified chaotic map in transform domain

A new chaotic image encryption scheme based on permutation and substitution in the Fourier domain is *** Fourier Transform(FRFT)is used before the encryption scheme to get a large degree of *** permutation is achieved by Baker map and the substitution by a key-related-to-plain-image algorithm based on the modified Logistic *** of the Logistic map is developed to increase the space of the encryption key,and hence increase the *** key of the encryption algorithm dependents on the plain image,and thus,the cipher image is sensitive to both the initial key and the plain image to resist known-plaintext and chosen plaintext *** key space is large and hence the algorithm can effectively resist brute-force *** proposed scheme is examined using different performance evaluation metrics and the results prove that the proposed scheme is highly secure,and it can effectively resist different attacks.

How elevation and soil properties affect plant distribution patterns and species diversity in the Mediterranean mountain ecosystem of Al-Jabal Al- Akhdar, Libya

The objectives of this study were to assess distribution patterns of plant species richness,plant diversity and vegetation structure in relation to environmental factors along elevation gradient in Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar,*** each species,its growth form,chorological affinities,degree of occurrence,endemism status and originality were provided.A total of 534 taxa were generated from 70 families of the flowering plants,and 3 of the non-flowering plants were *** native flora of the study area was counted for 80.2%of the total indigenous taxa(465).The hump-shaped pattern of plant species richness was obtained,with the highest species richness at the mid-elevations,and both ends of the gradient have the *** annuals(300 species,56.2%)and non-succulent perennial herbs(165 species,30.9%)were the most dominant growth forms of the total species *** the elevation gradient,Asteraceae,Fabaceae,Poaceae,Lamiaceae and Apiaceae were the dominant families with the highest numbers of *** investigation recorded 31 endemic taxa,comprising 25 dicots and 6 monocots,primarily of Mediterranean origin,with most belonging to the Asteraceae and Lamiaceae *** chorotype was the dominant,whether pure(mono-),or combined with one(bi-and pluri-regional)or more(pluri-regional).Application of cluster analysis on the vegetation data yielded four cluster groups;each was linked to an elevation *** emphasized the importance of establishing conservation strategies to minimize human disturbance and safeguard relic habitats of Juniperus phoenicea *** its southern distribution limits in Africa,underlining the proactive management required for species *** application of Redundancy Analysis revealed that Shannon diversity index(H'),pH and Fe were the determinant soil factor in the mid-elevation levels(L2 and L3)whereas altitude,fine sand,HCO3,OM,and soil contents of Na,SO4 and Cl for the extreme levels(L1 and L4).

effect of Microalloying Additions on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Low Carbon Steel

Low carbon steels are characterized by good weldability,formability and fracture toughness ***,the low strength levels of these steel grades limit their wide *** the other hand,increasing the strength by increasing the carbon content and alloying elements deteriorates the other *** this study,the microalloying technique was used to examine the possibility of attaining low carbon steels with good combination of strength,ductility and impact properties.A low carbon steel microalloyed with single addition of vanadium and another one microalloyed with combined addition of vanadium and titanium were used in this investigation and their properties were compared with non-microalloyed low carbon steel having the same base ***,other two nonmicroalloyed and V-microalloyed steels with higher carbon,silicon and manganese contents were also investigated to reveal the effect of base ***,hardness,room and zero temperature Charpy V-notch impact tests were conducted to evaluate the variations in the mechanical properties of low carbon hot forged steel containing vanadium and combinations of vanadium and *** addition,the microstructures of the different investigated steels were observed using both optical microscope and scanning electron ***,the hardness of the ferrite phase was also determined using micro-hardness *** results showed improvement of the mechanical properties of the investigated steels by both single V-and combined V + ***,hardness and impact tests results indicated that good combinations of strength,ductility and impact properties can be achieved by V-microalloying *** with combination of V and Ti microaddition has much higher hardness,yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and impact energy at both room and zero temperatures compared with non-microalloyed and single Vmicroalloyed *** C,Si and Mn contents result in

Recently,ground-penetrating radar(GPR)has been extended as a well-known area to investigate the subsurface ***,its output has a low resolution,and it needs more processing for more *** paper presents two algorithms for landmine detection from GPR *** first algorithm depends on a multi-scale technique.A Gaussian kernel with a particular scale is convolved with the image,and after that,two gradients are estimated;horizontal and vertical ***,histogram and cumulative histogram are estimated for the overall gradient *** bin values on the cumulative histogram are used for discrimination between images with and without ***,a neural classifier is used to classify images with cumulative histograms as feature *** second algorithm is based on scale-space analysis with the number of speeded-up robust feature(SURF)points as the key parameter for *** addition,this paper presents a framework for size reduction of GPR images based on decimation for efficient *** further classification steps can be performed on images after *** sensitivity of classification accuracy to the interpolation process is studied in detail.

Ore Controls and Metallogenesis of Au-Ag Deposits at Atalla Mine,Central eastern Desert of egypt

Gold-silver deposits in the Atalla area occur as hydrothermal quartz veins in Ne–SW pre-existing fractures within the Atalla granitic *** orientation of such quartz veins has been attributed to extensional behavior related to the Atalla Shear Zone(ASZ).The Atalla area is covered by a variety of lithologies that are(from oldest to youngest):metasedimentary rocks,metavolcanic rocks,ophiolite assemblage(serpentinites/talc-carbonates),Atalla granite and Dokhan volcanic ***,Atalla granite ranges in composition from granodiorite to *** geochemistry constrains the calc-alkaine affinity of the Atalla granite that was intruded within an orogenic(syncollision)tectonic *** ore minerals are represented by gold/silver(electrum),pyrite(Py1&Py2),arsenopyrite,pyrrhotite,sphalerite,chalcopyrite,galena,covellite and *** temperature of ore formation ranges from 240 to 285℃and the estimated fluid pressure is in the range of 20–100 *** on the geological setting,ore textures and fluid characteristics;the Atalla Au-Ag deposits are considered to be orogenic in nature,formed from a continental collision(~653-590 Ma),synchronous with the emplacement of calc-alkaline magmatism during the evolutionary history of the Arabian Nubian Shield(ANS).The initial ore-forming fluid was primarily derived from a metamorphic source related to ophiolitic-serpentinite rocks under deep regional conditions of greenschist-amphibolite facies,where the Atalla granitic eruption provided the required temperature conditions for the metamorphic process to take *** such conditions,the transportation of ore metals as bisulfide complexes is *** deposition of ore minerals was triggered by fluidwallrock interaction through fracture pathways in conjunction with a temperature-pressure drop that is likely to have been related to uplift into the crustal levels.

effect of Cyclic Stress Reduction on the Creep Characteristics of AZ91 Magnesium Alloy

The creep deformation behavior of aged AZ91 magnesium alloy under the cyclic stress reduction has been investigated in the temperature range 353–383 K. The microstructural evolution of the AZ91 magnesium alloy at different heat treatment conditions has been studied using optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The minimum strain rate, e_min, was found to be higher under cyclic stress reduction condition than that under static creep condition for the same maximum stress. Cyclic creep acceleration is interpreted using the interaction of moving dislocations with the existing b-phase（Mg17Al12） precipitates. The mean value of the activation energy of secondary creep stage was found to be equal to that quoted for lattice self-diffusion of magnesium mechanism.
