Dental practitioners must be well informed about the pathology, complications and treatment options associated with bleeding disorders patients. Prolongation of bleeding time can seriously complicate the patient’s condition during and after surgery, especially if there is iron deficiency anemia or any other condition accompanied by a decrease in hematopoiesis. For this reason, the dentist surgeon must be aware about the presence of such diseases in advance, in order to prevent the development of bleeding and its undesirable consequences promptly. Blood loss becomes apparent when blood exits through a natural opening in the body, for instance the nose & mouth. In this article, common medical bleeding situations with the potential to compromise the successful outcome of dental surgical procedures have been presented. Bleeding disorders is a disease group, which can be classified as deficiencies of coagulation factors, platelet disorders, vascular disorders, fibrinolytic defects and so on. Fragile blood vessels can cause bleeding, petechiae, bruising, etc. In most cases, vascular disease does not cause serious blood loss, with the exception of hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia. In this paper, we discuss the most common hereditary diseases associated with a deficiency of plasma coagulation factors VIII and IX, the disease of platelet deficiency (Glansman disease), the prophylaxis of bleeding in this kind of patients, and the effect of drugs on coagulation processes as well.

Recently, due to the growth of environmental pollution and the increase in the resistance of microorganisms to artificially create chemical drugs, there has been an urgent need for a radical change in the direction of the medical preparations development, for changing chemicals to naturally produced ones based on herbal natural remedies. Since homeopathy is a branch of medicine that includes not only herbal preparations, but also chemical ingredients, our newly developed patent—although it belongs to the field of homeopathy—is its offshoot aimed solely at maintaining the body’s strength without harming it, increasing the survival of the body in a polluted environment removing toxins from the body by strengthening adaptive immune mechanisms. Thus, thyme, cumin, oregano, licorice, and other natural resources of the earth, which are the basis of our patent, successfully fight cold and diseases of the upper respiratory tract. The article presents a methodology for the development of a new herbal preparation, its dosage, and use as the main ingredient in a treatment course in infectious diseases.

In this overview, we discuss the impact of antibiotic therapy on the COVID infection, the complications after vaccination, possible causes of adverse events, and ways to protect against pandemic infection, as well as try to dispel myths about COVID. Antibiotics are necessary only in case of secondary infection, but overlapping with bacterial infection mainly occurs after hospitalization, and the vast majority of infections were caused by the Acinetobacter baumannii strain. Commonly used antimicrobial disinfectants are chlorhexidine derivatives;due to their frequent use, microorganisms have become resistant to them, and in addition, chloroquine has no clinical benefit in the treatment of COVID-19. Virus escapes from the immune response due to multiple mutations in the receptor-binding domain, or the N-terminal end, which are the sites responsible for antibody binding and virus neutralization. The COVID infection itself is characterized by a rather powerful suppression of immunity. For this reason, the use of antibiotics in the absence of a secondary infection layer leads to greater suppression of the immune system and an aggravation of the process, which often ends up fatally. Immune dysregulation predisposes to the development of severe COVID-19. A decrease in the number of leukocytes gives an unfavorable prognosis for the severity of the COVID infection course. The main reason for the death cases after vaccination seems to be an increase in blood clotting, which is observed not only among the population over 60 years old, but also amid young people.

Physicians are often faced with the fact that the duration of anesthesia varies in different patients, which significantly complicates the process of surgical intervention and may confront the surgeon with an unforeseen situation. Recently, publications have appeared in the literature on the effects of various, including exotic products on anesthesia. There are also many conflicting statements about the effect of camel milk (CM) on the duration of anesthesia. Some data show that CM prolongs anesthesia, while other scientists argue the exact opposite: CM shortens the effect of the anesthetic. We decided to shed light on these studies by analyzing the effect of CM consumption on the effectiveness of local anesthesia in different patients. This article highlights the significant changes that occur in anesthesia due to the patients’ diet. To achieve the set goal, we sort the twenty patients underwent local anesthesia into groups depending on the habit of using CM. The first, control, group consisted of practically healthy patients who did not use CM throughout their lives, and the second group had the habit of regularly taking CM. In both groups, local anesthesia was first performed without pre-drink CM. For the second time, participants in the control and experimental groups were asked to drink CM before the anesthesia procedure. Both in the control and experimental groups, patients drank CM one hour before local anesthesia. A significant correlation was found between the use of CM and the duration of anesthesia in both groups. Consumption of CM had a different effect on the duration of local anesthesia in the experimental and control groups. When milk was consumed before the use of analgesics in these two different groups, it changed exactly the opposite: for those who usually drink milk, it was shortened, and for those who did not drink it daily, lengthened. Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a type of inflammatory bowel disease characterized by inflammation,ulcers and irritation of the mucosal *** drug delivery in UC encounters challenges because of multifaceted ***-loaded galactosylated-PLGA/Eudragit S100/pullulan nanocargoes(Dexa-GP/ES/Pu NCs)have been developed with a dual stimuli-sensitive coating responsive to both colonic pH and microbiota,and an underneath galactosylated-PLGA core(GP).The galactose ligand of the GP preferentially binds to the macrophage galactose type-lectin-C(MGL-2)surface ***,both stimuli and ligand-mediated targeting facilitate nanocargoes to deliver Dexa specifically to the colon with enhanced macrophage *** emulsion method coupled with a solvent evaporation coating technique was employed to prepare Dexa-GP/ES/Pu *** nanocargoes were tested using in vitro,ex vivo techniques and dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)induced UC *** nanocargoes had desired physicochemical properties,drug release,cell uptake and cellular *** using a DSS-colitis model showed high localization and mitigation of colitis with downregulation of NF-ĸB and COX-2,and restoration of clinical,histopathological,biochemical indices,antioxidant balance,microbial alterations,FTIR spectra,and epithelial junctions’***,Dexa-GP/ES/Pu NCs found to be biocompatible nanocargoes capable of delivering drugs to the inflamed colon with unique targeting properties for prolonged duration.

副干酪乳杆菌L9中假定表面蛋白LPL9_0968在胆盐胁迫下转录水平上调9.67倍。经生物信息学分析发现,LPL9_0968属于LiaX家族的表面蛋白,与粪肠球菌中LiaX蛋白序列相似度高达61.96%,且该家族蛋白中存在多个天冬酰胺-甘氨酸(NG)保守位点。本试验构建的LPL9_0968所在操纵子基因插入失活突变体,在0.075%混合牛胆盐胁迫下突变体胆盐耐受能力下降10倍,表明该LiaX家族蛋白参与L9胆盐胁迫抗性机制。在单一组分胆盐胁迫中突变菌株表现出对甘氨酸脱氧胆盐较强的敏感性,在3.0%牛磺酸胆盐、0.4%牛磺酸脱氧胆盐、2.0%甘氨酸胆盐、0.075%甘氨酸脱氧胆盐胁迫下,存活率分别降低了1.95,2.85,2.05倍和8.21倍。Zeta电位试验和扫描电镜结果表明突变株在胆盐胁迫下细胞膜电位增大,并出现更为严重的萎缩现象,而分子对接表明该表面蛋白与胆盐不同组分均存在相互作用,LPL9_0968很可能通过感受胆盐信号分子,调控细胞膜表面蛋白,维持细胞膜的稳定性,从而提高菌株胆盐抗性。本试验首次探究乳酸菌中LiaX家族表面蛋白的功能,证明了其在菌株胆盐胁迫抗性中的重要性,为其抗胆盐机制的深入研究打下理论基础。
