Sign language includes the motion of the arms and hands to communicate with people with hearing *** models have been available in the literature for sign language detection and classification for enhanced *** the latest advancements in computer vision enable us to perform signs/gesture recognition using deep neural *** paper introduces an Arabic Sign Language Gesture Classification using Deer Hunting Optimization with machine Learning(ASLGC-DHOmL)*** presented ASLGC-DHOmL technique mainly concentrates on recognising and classifying sign language *** presented ASLGC-DHOmL model primarily pre-processes the input gesture images and generates feature vectors using the densely connected network(DenseNet169)*** gesture recognition and classification,a multilayer perceptron(mLP)classifier is exploited to recognize and classify the existence of sign language ***,the DHO algorithm is utilized for parameter optimization of the mLP *** experimental results of the ASLGC-DHOmL model are tested and the outcomes are inspected under distinct *** comparison analysis highlighted that the ASLGC-DHOmL method has resulted in enhanced gesture classification results than other techniques with maximum accuracy of 92.88%.

Relationship between LYVE-1, VEGfR-3 and CD44 gene expressions and lymphatic metastasis in gastric cancer

AIm: To investigate the expression levels of lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronan receptor-1 (LYVE-1), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3 (VEGfR-3) and CD44 genes and the relationship between their lev- els and clinicopathological parameters in gastric ***: Tissue samples were obtained from 33 patients (8 females) with gastric cancer. mRNA levels of LYVE-1, VEGfR-3 and CD44 in normal and tumor tissues were quantitatively measured using real time polymerase chain reaction. The results were correlated with lymph node metastasis, histological type and differentiation of the tumor, T-stage, and presence of vascular, perineural and lymphatic invasions. The distribution of molecules in the tissue was evaluated using immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: LYVE-1, CD44 and VEGfR-3 gene expression levels were significantly higher in gastric cancer than in normal tissue. While there was no correlation between gene expressions and clinicopathologic fea- tures such as histologic type, differentiation and stage, gene expression levels were found to be increased in conjunction with positive lymph node/total lymph node ratio and the presence of perineural invasion. A significant correlation was also found between LYVE-1 and CD44 over-expressions and perineural invasion and lymph node positivity in gastric cancers. When the dis- tribution of LYVE-1 antibody-stained lymphatic vessels in tissue was evaluated, lymphatic vessels were located intra-tumorally in 13% and peri-tumorally in 27% of the patients. moreover, lymph node metastases were also positive in all patients with LYVE-1-staining. CONCLUSION: LYVE-1, VEGfR-3 and CD44 all play an important role in lymphangiogenesis, invasion and metastasis. LYVE-1 is a perfectly reliable lymphatic vessel marker and useful for immunohistochemistry.

Trace Elements in the Soil-Plant Systems of Copper mine Areas-A Case Study from murgul Copper mine from the Black Sea Region of Turkey

This study presents a case study on the heavy metal analysis of soil and plant samples around the murgul copper mine,one of the first and most important mining areas in *** attempt has been made to investigate the status of trace elements like Al^(3+),fe^(2+),Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+),Pb^(2+),Ni^(2+),Co^(2+)and Cd^(2+)in soils and *** sampling localities were taken from 500 m,600 m,and 1000 m altitudes around the factory and at 1400 m in the forest *** aboveground parts and foliage ash of Silene compacta,Tussilago farfara,Smilax excelsa,Rhododendron ponticum,***,and herbal mix were *** results of analysis have revealed the minimum and maximum concentrations measured in the plants as follows;aluminium(20-8985 mg kg^(-1)),cadmium(0.0-0.5 mg kg^(-1)),cobalt(0.0-5.5 mg kg^(-1)),copper(0.0-347.5 mg kg^(-1)),iron(25-9320 mg kg^(-1)),lead(2-51 mg kg^(-1)),nickel(1.5-16.5 mg kg^(-1)),and zinc(13.0-221.0 mg kg^(-1)).In the soil the concentrations of aluminium,cadmium,cobalt,copper,iron,lead,nickel,and zinc vary between 33-457,0.0-0.0,0.0-0.4,0.1-88.7,14-50,0.3-4.1,0.2-0.8,and 4.0-20.3 mg kg^(-1) *** findings enlighten the fact that copper is generally toxic in the soils as well as *** compacta has been recorded as a high copper accumulator,behaving as a healthy plant on the polluted sites of the area alongside the murgul creek(especially at 600 m).This study stresses the fact that it is imperative to assess and monitor the levels of heavy metals in the environment due to anthropogenic activities,including mining,for evaluation of human exposure and for sustainable environment.

Predictors of poor outcome in gastrointestinal bleeding in emergency department

AIm: To determine the prognostic risk factors of gastrointestinal bleeding in emergency department ***: The trial was a retrospective single-center study involving 600 patients over 18-years-old and carried out with approval by the Institutional Ethics Committee. Patient data included demographic characteristics, symptoms at admission, past medical history, vital signs, laboratory results, endoscopy and colonoscopy results, length of hospital stay, need of intensive care unit(ICU) admission, and mortality. mortality rate was the principal endpoint of the study, while duration of hospital stay, required interventional treatment, and admission to the ICU were secondary ***: The mean age of patients was 61.92-yearsold. Among the 600 total patients, 363(60.5%) underwent upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and the most frequent diagnoses were duodenal ulcer(19.2%) and gastric ulcer(12.8%). One-hundred-and-fifteen(19.2%) patients required endoscopic treatment, 20(3.3%) required surgical treatment, and 5(0.8%) required angiographic embolization. The mean length of hospital stay was 5.21 ± 5.85 d. The mortality rate was 6.3%. The ICU admission rate was 5.3%. Patients with syncope, higher blood glucose levels, and coronary artery disease had significantly higher ICU admission rates(P = 0.029, P = 0.043, and P = 0.002, respectively). Patients with low thrombocyte levels, high creatinine, high international normalized ratio, and high serum transaminase levels had significantly longer hospital stay(P = 0.02, P = 0.001, P = 0.019, and P = 0.005, respectively). 目的:评估非角膜地形图引导圆锥角膜患者行光折变角膜切除术(PRK)和角膜胶原交联术(CXL)的视力、屈光度和临床疗效。方法:术后1mo, 3mo, 6mo and 12mo对34例患者未矫正视力(UDVA)和矫正距离视力(CDVA),平、陡角膜测量读数以及并发症进行评估。结果:共34例患者平均年龄为23.3±4.0岁。UDVA和CDVA显著提高,且术后1a恢复平稳。通过超过1a的定期随访,T检验显示术前术后值有显著不同(Pfourier术后图像分析显示轴向位移垂直于术前轴。结论:非角膜地形图引导PRK联合CXL对于治疗圆锥角膜是一种安全有效的手术选择,能够提高UDVA,CDVA和屈光状态。术后3mo达到稳定状态,与非角膜地形图引导PRK相比,地形图引导的唯一优势可能是通过fourier术后分析,在某些患者中,球镜和柱镜轴位漂移。

Piezomodulation of Connection Conductance TlInTe₂

This paper discusses the development method of strain sensors based on acicular single crystal compound TlInTe2 is grown by Bridgman-Stockbarger technique. Creating mechanically reliable ohmic contacts on said obtained single crystals was carried out directly by spot welding wires corresponding to the ends of the capacitor discharge heated in a stream of inert gas from the single crystal TlInTe2. This method of creating contacts proved effective and reliable. Sensors made by this manner stuck to the calibrated beams of steel thickness of 1 mm, a length of 30 mm and a corresponding optimal regime got sensors with a maximum piezo-sensitivity. It was found that if enshrined at one end of a thin steel sheet with glued crystals TlInTe2 initiate periodic mechanical vibrations to the same frequency, occurs conductivity modulation. The effect of piezo-modulation conductance depending on the degree of deformation, illumination in interval of deformation and lux illumination in room temperature were studied. The study showed that the more mechanical deformation and illumination are, the more modulation amplitude is. We studied the modulation of the conductivity of crystals during mechanical deformation values of 8, 14, 19, 23 and 27 × 10-5and illuminance 1000, 2750, 4750 and 6500 suites. Investigations the level piezo-signal depending on the amplitude of mechanical vibrations at frequency of 85 Hz, it is found that with increasing magnitude of the mechanical deformation of 7 × 10-5 and 26 × 10-5 amplitude increases six times. It is shown that the piezoresistive effect is clearly manifested in dynamic mode. Additional conductivity occurs during mechanical deformation. When the illuminated samples piezoconductivity magnitude increases linearly.

目的:评估前房注射0.1%莫西沙星联合结膜下注射4 mg曲安奈德预防白内障超声乳化术后感染和炎症的疗效,并与局部滴药组比较。方法:共纳入1000例,平均年龄38～70岁,全部行超声乳化术的患者分为两组,两组在年龄、术前眼压(IOP)和中心黄斑厚度(CmT)方面无显著差异,分别为P=0.6,P=0.9和P=0.8。对照组患者500例,术后1mo每日4次局部应用0.5%盐酸莫西沙星和0.1%地塞米松滴眼液。研究组在手术结束时,前房注入0.1%莫西沙星0. 4 m L联合4 mg曲安奈德结膜下注射。随访时间为术后1d、1wk、1mo和3mo。检查4次前房反应,测量3次眼压,最后一次测量CmT。结果:该临床试验研究中两组人群分别应用不同的预防方法,两组无眼内炎病例发生。通过两样本t检验,术后1d,研究组前房细胞显著低于对照组,而术后1wk、1mo和3mo两组间无统计学差异。在第3mo随访时,两组间眼压和中心黄斑厚度无明显差异。对照组炎症发生率为9.6%,研究组为4%。对照组在1mo时眼压升高≥10 mmHg患者占2. 4%,显著高于研究(0.8%)。结论:白内障术后联合应用前房内莫西沙星和结膜下曲安奈德可有效预防感染和炎症,并且大多数(480例)患者不需其它任何外用药物,这为患者节省了成本,并帮助降低无法实施局部用药的病人并发症的几率与依从性差的患者术后不良药物反应。

Electrical Load forecasting Using fuzzy System

To cope with the demand and supply of electrical load of an interconnected power system of a country, we need to forecast its demand in advance. In this paper, we use a fuzzy system to forecast electrical load on short-term basis. Here, we consider temperature, humidity, seasons of a year and time segments of a day as the parameters, which govern the demand of electrical load. for each of the parameter, we use several membership functions (mfs) and then apply the mamdani rule on mfs and the output is determined by using the centroid method. finally, the surface plot reveals the real scenario of the load demand. The difference between actual load and the output of the fuzzy system is found as +1.65% to -13.76%. The concept of the paper can be applied in interconnected power system of Bangladesh to reduce power loss, especially when generation is higher than the demand.

Costing Principles of a Denim Pant

Denim pant is a significant prospect for the RmG sector of Bangladesh with an enormous future. The pricing is the most important factor obtainable in the global competitive market without having any suspicion. It is difficult to exist in the apparel market without providing lowest costing of garment. The study focuses on the entire factor that is directly related to the fOB cost of a basic denim pant where includes fabric cost, trims & accessories cost, storing, cost of making charge, washing cost, testing cost, commercial cost and profit is shown chronologically. All the calculations of the study were done on the basis of an industrial frame work and both primary and secondary data were collected from six different denim pant manufactures and exporters. The study provided convinced principle of fabric consumption, thread consumption, Cm calculation, required poly;cartoons calculations and costing were done very carefully. The study also provides potential wash and testing, so that the total price ranges can be contained as well as demonstrating total fOB cost. The manufacturers, exporters, retailer and consumers of denim pant will get the apparent method of costing and its parameter.

Comparison of seldinger and trocar techniques in the percutaneous treatment of hydatid cysts

AIm To comparatively evaluate Seldinger and Trocar techniques in the percutaneous treatment of hydatid disease. mETHODS Trocar and Seldinger techniques were used for 49 and 56 cysts, respectively, among 106 hydatid cysts in 88 patients. The number of males and females were 22 and 66, respectively with a mean age of 44.9 years(range, 15-87). follow-up studies included cyst diameter, cyst contents, and morphological changes inthe cyst wall, local recurrence, and secondary invasion, using ultrasound, computerized tomography and chest X-rays. RESULTS The positive criteria of healing were a decrease in cyst diameter, progressive solidification of the cyst contents, and disappearance of the cyst. Local recurrence was defined as an increase in the cyst diameter and contents, and appearance of daughter cysts in the primary cavity, while secondary dissemination was defined as the appearance of new cysts outside the treated cyst. mean duration of follow-up was 19.23 mo(range, 18-26 mo). follow-up results demonstrated that no significant differences were present between the Trocar and Seldinger techniques in the percentage of decrease in the cyst volume, rate of early complications, local recurrence and secondary dissemination(P = 0.384, 0.069, 0.215 and 0.533, respectively). CONCLUSION There are no differences between the Seldinger and Trocar techniques that gain entry to the cyst cavity in terms of the efficacy of the treatment and the rates of early and late complications.
