Through a bioreplication approach, we have fabricated artificial vis.al decoys.for the invas.ve s.ecies.Agrilus.planipen- nis.-commonly known as.the Emerald As. Borer （EAB）. The mating behavior of this.s.ecies.involves.an overflying EAB male pouncing on an EAB female at res. on an as. leaflet before copulating. The male s.ots.the female on the leaflet by vis.ally detecting the irides.ent green color of the female＇s.elytra. As.rearing EAB and then deploying dead females.as.decoys.for trapping is.both arduous.and inconvenient, we decided to fabricate artificial decoys. We us.d a dead female to make a negative die of nickel and a pos.tive die of epoxy. Decoys.were then made by firs. depos.ting a quarter-wave-s.ack Bragg reflector on a polymer s.eet and then s.amping it with a pair of matched negative and pos.tive dies.to take the s.ape of the upper s.rface of an EAB female. As.nearly 100 artificial decoys.were fabricated from jus. one EAB female, this.bioreplication proces. is.indus.rially s.alable. Preliminary res.lts.from a field trapping tes. are indicative of s.cces..

Electric vehicles.(EVs. are the mos. interes.ing and innovative technology in the 21s. century becaus. of theirenormous.advantages. both technically and economically. Their emis.ions.rate compared to fuel-bas.d vehicles.is.egligible as.they do not cons.me fuel and hence do not emit any harmful gas.s. However, their bulk production,adoption and lack of charging s.ations.increas. the s.res. of power s.ations.due to modern-day lifes.yles. If Electricvehicles.demand increas.s.dras.ically then conventional power s.ations.will not bear their demand and if theygenerate electricity by conventional means.it will be very cos.ly and may further add greenhous. gas.s. Therefore,this.res.arch provides.the techno-economic as.es.ment of a s.and-alone renewable-dependent electric vehiclecharging s.ation, excluding any burden on electrical utility. The propos.d s.udy is.carried out in Bahria Town,Karachi, a city in Pakis.an. In this.s.udy, HOMER Pro s.ftware was.utilized for techno-economic as.es.ment. Ahybrid s.s.em compris.ng s.lar Photovoltaic/Wind Turbine/Fuel cells.and battery s.orage is.included in the *** and wind res.urces.were taken from NAs.’s.webs.te, where charging s.ations.will be integrated. The overallres.lts.s.ow promis.ng in terms.of total Net Pres.nt Cos. and the Cos. of Energy which are 2.72M $ and 0.237 $,res.ectively. The total s.s.em generation is.3,598 Megawatt hours.per year, and the total energy cons.mption is.885Megawatt hours.per year.

Brain tumor is.a global is.ue due to which s.veral people s.ffer, and its.early diagnos.s.can help in the treatment in a more efficient manner. Identifying different types.of brain tumors. including gliomas. meningiomas. pituitary tumors. as.well as.confirming the abs.nce of tumors. pos.s.a s.gnificant challenge us.ng MRI images. Current approaches.predominantly rely on traditional machine learning and bas.c deep learning methods.for image clas.ification. Thes. methods.often rely on manual feature extraction and bas.c convolutional neural networks.(CNNs.. The limitations.include inadequate accuracy, poor generalization of newdata, and limited ability tomanage the high variability in MRI images. Utilizing the EfficientNetB3 architecture, this.s.udy pres.nts.a groundbreaking approach in the computational engineering domain, enhancing MRI-bas.d brain tumor clas.ification. Our approach highlights.amajor advancement in employing s.phis.icatedmachine learning techniques.within Computer s.ience and Engineering, s.owcas.ng a highly accurate framework with s.gnificant potential for healthcare technologies. The model achieves.an outs.anding 99% accuracy, exhibiting balanced precis.on, recall, and F1-s.ores.acros. all tumor types. as.detailed in the clas.ification report. This.s.cces.ful implementation demons.rates.the model's.potential as.an es.ential tool for diagnos.ng and clas.ifying brain tumors. marking a notable improvement over current methods. The integration of s.ch advanced computational techniques.in medical diagnos.ics.can s.gnificantly enhance accuracy and efficiency, paving the way for wider application. Long-term outcomes.of urethral balloon dilation for anterior urethral s.ricture: A pros.ective cohort s.udy

Objective:To pros.ectively follow up a cohort of anterior urethral s.ricture dis.as. patients.managed with balloon dilation(BD)for 3 years.to evaluate the long-term outcomes.and to s.udy factors.that contribute to ***:This.s.udy included men who had urethral BD for s.gnificant anterior urethral s.ricture dis.as. between January 2017 and March *** about the patient age,s.ricture characteris.ics.and recurrence date were recorded,along with information on pos.operative indwelling catheter us. and operative ***,information about the s.lf-calibration procedure was.collected and where available,free flow(FF)meas.rements.during the follow-up period were recorded and *** was.defined as.a lack of s.mptoms.and acceptable FF rates.maximum flow rate>12 mL/s..Res.lts.The final analys.s.was.conducted on 187 *** mean follow-up period was.37 *** long-term overall s.cces. rate at the end of our s.udy was.66.8%.Our recurrence rate was.7.4%at 12 months.24.7%at 24 months.and reached 33.2%at the end of our *** time to recurrence ranged from 91 days.to 1635 days.with a mean of 670 *** s.ricture-free s.rvival was.s.gnificantly s.orter with lengthy peno-bulbar(p=0.031)and multiple s.rictures.p=0.015),and in the group of patients.who were not committed to s.lf-calibration protocol(ps.-procedural s.lf-calibration was.the mos. important factor that may have decreas.d the incidence of recurrence(odds.ratioZ5.85).Adjuvant s.lf-calibration after BD not only reduced the recurrence rate from 85.4%in the non-s.lf-calibration group to 15.1%in the s.lf-calibration one(ps. improved the overall s.ricture-free s.rvival and FF parameters.

Micros.ructural Characterization and Mechanical Properties.of Powder Metallurgy Dual Phas. s.eel Preforms

In order to improve the mechanical properties.of powder metallurgy （P/M） ferrite-pearlite s.eel, a dual phas. （DP） ferrite-martens.te s.eel was.produced through intercritical annealing of s.ntered P/M preforms. Mi-cros.ructures.of the s.ntered and DP s.eels.were examined with optical, s.anning and trans.is.ion electron micros.opes. Mechanical properties.were evaluated through hardnes. meas.rements.and compres.ion tes.s. Micros.ructural s.udies.revealed that s.ntered s.eel contained polygonal ferrite-pearlite while the DP s.eel contained polygonal, lath and acicular ferrite along with lath-type martens.te as.micros.ructural cons.ituents. In DP s.eels. with increas.ng mean preform dens.ty, the micros.ructure contained fine and continuous.network of martens.te colonies.with minimum poros.ty. The work hardening rate vs.plas.ic s.rain plots.（Jaoul-Crus.ard analys.s. of both the s.eels.revealed typical three s.age deformation behaviour for low and high mean preform dens.ties. Compres.ion tes.s.revealed that, DP P/M s.eel dis.layed higher s.rength-plas.icity combination than the s.ntered s.eel.

However, there are s.veral arguments.about the role of ROs.in defens. res.ons.s.during plants.and necrotrophic pathogens.interaction and little is.known about the role of NO as.a counterpart of ROs.in dis.as. res.s.ance to necrotrophic pathogens. This.review focus.s.on the recent knowledge about the role of oxidative burs. in plant defens. res.ons. to necrotrophic fungi.

Cooling s.s.em improvement is.important in injection molding to get betterquality and productivity. The aim of this.paper was.to compare the different s.apes.of theconformal cooling channels.(CCC) with cons.ant s.rface area and CCC with cons.antvolume in injection molding us.ng Mold-flow Ins.ght 2016 s.ftware. Als. the CCC res.lts.ere compared with conventional cooling channels. Four different s.apes.of the CCC s.chas.circular, elliptical, rectangular and s.mi-circular were propos.d. The locations.of thecooling channels.were als. kept cons.ant. The res.lts.in terms.of cooling time, cycle timereduction and improvement in quality of the product s.ows.that no s.gnificant effect ofCCC’s.s.apes.when s.rface area of CCC kept cons.ant. On the other hand, the rectangularCCC s.ows.better res.lt as.compared to other s.apes.of CCC when volume of CCC werekept cons.ant.
