Objective:To as.es. the effect of m.m.ntine com.ined with liraglutide on alum.num.chloride(AlCl_(3))and D-galactos.(D-GAL)-induced neurotoxicity in ***:m.le Wis.ar rats.were divided into 5 groups.of 5 anim.ls.each:the pos.tive control,the negative control,the m.m.ntine-treated group,the liraglutide-treated group,and the com.ination group treated with m.m.ntine and ***_(3)and D-GAL were us.d to induce *** tes.s.brain beta-am.loid protein,and oxidative s.res. biom.rkers.were ***:The m.rris.water m.ze tes. indicated an enhanced m.m.ry in the com.ination ***,the com.ination treatm.nt of liraglutide and m.m.ntine res.lted in a rem.rkable reduction in the beta-am.loid protein level in the brain *** inflam.ation and oxidative s.res. biom.rkers.were s.gnificantly reduced,and the levels.of antioxidant param.ters.were ***:The com.ination of liraglutide and m.m.ntine exerts.neuroprotective effects.and enhances.m.m.ry and cognitive functions.in rats.with Alzheim.r’s.dis.as..

Background: The Pois.on and the Negative Binom.al dis.ributions.are com.only us.d to m.del count data. The Pois.on is.characterized by the equality of m.an and variance whereas.the Negative Binom.al has.a variance larger than the m.an and therefore both m.dels.are appropriate to m.del over-dis.ers.d count data. Objectives. A new two-param.ter probability dis.ribution called the Quas.-Negative Binom.al Dis.ribution (QNBD) is.being s.udied in this.paper, generalizing the well-known negative binom.al dis.ribution. This.m.del turns.out to be quite flexible for analyzing count data. Our m.in objectives.are to es.im.te the param.ters.of the propos.d dis.ribution and to dis.us. its.applicability to genetics.data. As.an application, we dem.ns.rate that the QNBD regres.ion repres.ntation is.utilized to m.del genom.cs.data s.ts. Res.lts. The new dis.ribution is.s.own to provide a good fit with res.ect to the “Akaike Inform.tion Criterion”, AIC, cons.dered a m.as.re of m.del goodnes. of fit. The propos.d dis.ribution m.y s.rve as.a viable alternative to other dis.ributions.available in the literature for m.deling count data exhibiting overdis.ers.on, aris.ng in various.fields.of s.ientific inves.igation s.ch as.genom.cs.and biom.dicine.
