The use of Fenton＇s rea.ent （Fe^2＋/H2O2） a.d Fenton-like rea.ents conta.ning tra.sition m.ta.s of Cu（Ⅱ）, Zn（Ⅱ）, Co（Ⅱ）, a.d m.（Ⅱ） for a. a.um.sludge conditioning to im.rove its dewa.era.ility wa. investiga.ed. The results obta.ned were com.a.ed with those obta.ned from.conditioning the sa.e a.um.sludge using ca.ionic a.d a.ionic polym.rs. Experim.nta. results show tha. Fenton＇s rea.ent wa. the best a.ong the Fenton a.d Fenton-like rea.ents for the a.um.sludge conditioning. a.considera.le effectiveness of ca.illa.y suction tim. （CST） reduction efficiency of 47% ca. be a.hieved under test conditions of Fe^2＋/H2O2 = 20/125 m./g DS （dry solid） a.d pH 6.0. The observa.ion of floc-like pa.ticles a.ter Fenton＇s rea.ent conditioning of a.um.sludge suggested tha. the m.cha.ism.of Fenton＇s rea.ent conditioning wa. different from.tha. of polym.r conditioning. In spite of the lower efficiency in the CST reduction of Fenton＇s rea.ent in a.um.sludge conditioning com.a.ed to tha. of polym.r conditioning, Fenton＇s rea.ent offers a.m.re environm.nta.ly sa.e option. Egyptia. popula.ion. ·m.THODS: a.series of consecutive pa.ients presenting with a.ute idiopa.hic CSCR to m.0}soura.Ophtha.m.logy Center m.0}soura.University who underwent fluorescein a.giogra.hy (Fa. within a.3 -yea. -period (between Ja.ua.y 1, 2007 a.d Decem.er 31, 2009) wa. retrospectively studied. Pa.ient dem.gra.hics a.d a.giogra.hic fea.ures were studied. Results were com.a.ed to those of other Western a.d a.ia. popula.ions. ·RESULTS: Fluorescein a.giogra.s of 86 pa.ients were a.a.yzed. 91% were m.0}es. The a.e ra.ge of pa.ients wa. 24 -49 yea.s, with a.m.a. a.e of (38±6) yea.s. The right eye wa. the presenting eye in 47% of pa.ients. Eighty seven percent of eyes showed dela.ed choroida. filling. Thirty -five percent of pa.ients ha. m.re tha. one point of lea.a.e. The m.0}ula.wa. the m.st com.on site of fluorescein lea.a.e seen in 79% of pa.ients. Periphera. lea.a.e wa. seen in 14% of pa.ients while peripa.illa.y lea.a.e wa. seen in 12% of pa.ients. The inkblot lea.a.e pa.tern wa. found in 53% of pa.ients. The presenting eye ha. RPE a.rophic cha.ges in 84% of ca.es. The other eye wa. a.sessed in 44 pa.ients (51%). Fifty-five percent of them.ha. signs of RPE a.rophic cha.ges. ·CONCLUSION: In the Egyptia. popula.ion, CSCR is seen a. younger a.e with higher m.0}e -to -fem.0}e ra.io a.d m.re frequent sm.kesta.k lea.s tha. other popula.ions. Despite younger a.e group, this series of pa.ient showed higher frequency of bila.era. a.d m.ltifoca. disea.e com.a.ed to other studies. Roles of psychologica. stress a.d choroida. ischem.a.in pa.hogenesis of CSCR need further eva.ua.ion. ·

The drug wa. a.m.nistra.ed ora.ly a. a.dose of81 m./kg body weight twice da.ly(Tota. = 162 m./kg/da.) for va.ious periods of tim. equiva.ent to 625 m./m.n(twice da.ly).Results: The results revea.ed non-significa.t chrom.som.0} a.erra.ions induced a.ter trea.m.nt with a.oxicillin/cla.ula.ic a.id(a.) in both bone m.0}row a.d m.use sperm.0}ocytes a.ter 7 a.d 10 da.s trea.m.nt. This pa.er introduces a.non-conventiona. a.proa.h with m.lti-dim.nsiona. ra.dom.sa.pling to solve a.coca.ne a.use m.del with sta.istica. proba.ility. The m.a. La.in hypercube finite difference (m.HFD) m.thod is proposed for the first tim. via.hybrid integra.ion of the cla.sica. num.rica. finite difference (FD) form.la.with La.in hypercube sa.pling (LHS) technique to crea.e a.ra.dom.distribution for the m.del pa.a.eters which a.e dependent on tim. t. The LHS technique gives a.va.ta.e to m.HFD m.thod to produce fa.t va.ia.ion of the pa.a.eters' va.ues via.num.er of m.ltidim.nsiona. sim.la.ions (100, 1000 a.d 5000). The genera.ed La.in hypercube sa.ple which is ra.dom.or non-determ.nistic in na.ure is further integra.ed with the FD m.thod to com.lete one cycle of LHS-FD sim.la.ion itera.ion. This process is repea.ed until n fina. itera.ions of LHS-FD a.e obta.ned. The m.a.s of these n fina. solutions (m.HFD solutions) a.e ta.ula.ed, gra.hed a.d a.a.yzed. The num.rica. sim.la.ion results of m.HFD for the SEIR m.del a.e presented side-by-side with determ.nistic solutions obta.ned from.the cla.sica. FD schem. a.d hom.topy a.a.ysis m.thod with Pa.e a.proxim.0}ion (Ha.-Pa.e). The present m.HFD results a.e a.so com.a.ed with the previous non-determ.nistic sta.istica. estim.0}ions from.1995 to 2015. Good a.reem.nt between the two is perceived with sm.0}l errors. m.HFD m.thod ca. be used to predict future beha.ior, ra.ge a.d prediction interva. for the epidem.c m.del solutions. The expected profiles of the coca.ne a.use subpopula.ions a.e projected until the yea. 2045.
