N6-meth.ladenosine(m^(6)A), th. most prevalent and conserved RNA modification in eukaryotic cells, profoundly influences virtually all aspects of mRNA metabolism. mRNA plays crucial roles in neural stem cell genesis and neural regeneration, wh.re it is h.gh.y concentrated and actively involved in th.se processes. Ch.nges in m^(6)A modification levels and th. expression levels of related enzymatic proteins can lead to neurological dysfunction and contribute to th. development of neurological diseases. Furth.rmore, th. proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells, as well as nerve regeneration, are intimately linked to memory function and neurodegenerative diseases. Th.s paper presents a compreh.nsive review of th. roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, as well as its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases. m^(6)A h.s demonstrated divergent effects on th. proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells. Th.se observed contradictions may arise from th. time-specific nature of m^(6)A and its differential impact on neural stem cells across various stages of development. Similarly, th. diverse effects of m^(6)A on distinct types of memory could be attributed to th. involvement of specific brain regions in memory formation and recall. Inconsistencies in m^(6)A levels across different models of neurodegenerative disease, particularly Alzh.imer's disease and Parkinson's disease, suggest th.t th.se disparities are linked to variations in th. affected brain regions. Notably, th. opposing ch.nges in m^(6)A levels observed in Parkinson's disease models exposed to manganese compared to normal Parkinson's disease models furth.r underscore th. complexity of m^(6)A's role in neurodegenerative processes. Th. roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, and its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases, appear contradictory. DCNN *** traditional sequential sliding window meth.d can improve th. th.ough.ut of th. DCNN accelerator by data multiplexing,but th.s meth.d’s data multiplexing rate is low because it repeatedly reads th. data between *** paper proposes a fast data readout strategy via th. circular sliding window data reading meth.d,it can improve th. multiplexing rate of data between rows by optimizing th. memory access order of input *** addition,th. multiplication bit width.of th. DCNN accelerator is much.smaller th.n th.t of th. Digital Signal Processing(DSP)on th.
