In the text of Wolf Totem, there are many spots of indeterminacy left purposely or involuntarily by the author in the depiction of characters, scenes, events and in the use of culture-related expressions, which are to be filled in by individual＇s interpretation through active reading of the work. Howard Goldblatt, as the translator of this work, adopts ＂creative rewriting＂ in the translation of Wolf Totem to actualize the indeterminacy and the factors guiding his concretization.

Lanthipeptides are one of the largest groups of ribosomally synthesized and post-translationally modified peptides(RiPPs)and are characterized by the presence of lanthionine(Lan)or methyllanthionine residues(MeLan).Only very few lanthipeptides contain a C-terminal 2-aminovinyl-cysteine(AviCys)motif,but all of them show potent antibacterial *** advances of genome sequencing led to the rapid accumulation of new biosynthetic gene clusters(BGCs)for *** this study,through our genome mining strategy,we found the AviCys containing lanthipeptides are widespread in the bacterial kingdom.A lanthipeptide-type biosynthetic gene cluster was identified from public bacterial genome *** new lanthipeptides,daspyromycins A and B(1 and 2)containing AviCys motif,along with two degraded products,daspyromycins C and D(3 and 4),were obtained after heterologous expression of the gene cluster in Streptomyces albus *** A and B showed potent antimicrobial activity against a spectrum of Gram-positive and-negative bacteria including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)and vancomycin-resistant Enterococci(VRE).

A glasshouse experiment was conducted using a root-bag technique to study the root exudates, rhizosphere Zn fractions, and Zn concentrations and accumulations of two ryegrass cultivars （Lolium perenne L. cvs. Airs and Tede） at different soil Zn levels （0, 2, 4, 8, and 16 mmol kg^-1 soil）. Results indicated that plant growth of the two cultivars was not advérsely affected at soil Zn level ≤ 8 mmol kg^-1. Plants accumulated more Zn as soil Zn levels increased, and Zn concentrations of shoots were about 540 μg g^-1 in Aris and 583.9 μg g^-1 in Tede in response to 16 mmol Zn kg^-1 soil. Zn ratios of shoots to roots across the soil Zn levels were higher in Tede than in Airs, corresponding with higher rhizosphere available Zn fractions （exchangeable, bound to manganese oxides, and bound to organic matter） in Airs than in Tede. Low-molecular-weight （LMW） organic acids （oxalic, tartaric, malic, and succinic acids） and amino acids （proline, threonine, glutamic acid, and aspartic acid, etc.） were detected in root exudates, and the concentrations of LMW organic acids and amino acids increased with addition of 4 mmol Zn kg^-1 soil compared with zero Zn addition. Higher rhizosphere concentrations of oxalic acid, glutamic acid, alanine, phenylalanine, leucine, and proline in Tede than in Airs likely resulted in increased Zn uptake from the soil by Tede than by Airs. The results suggested that genotypic differences in Zn accumulations were mainly because of different root exudates and rhizosphere Zn fractions.

Danggui Buxue Tang(DBT) is a famous Chinese medicinal decoction. Mechanism of DBT action is wide ranging and unclear. Exploring new ways of treatment with DBT is useful. Sprague–Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into 3 groups including control(NC, Saline), the DBT(at a dose of 8.10 g?kg–1), and blood deficiency(BD)(Cyclophosphamide(APH)-and Cyclophosphamide(CTX)-induced anaemia). A metabolomics approach using Liquid Chromatography-Quadrupole-Time-of-Flight/mass Spectrometry(LC/Q-TOFMS) was developed to perform the plasma metabolic profiling analysis and differential metabolites were screened according to the multivariate statistical analysis comparing the NC and BD groups, and the hub metabolites were outliers with high scores of the centrality indices. Anaemia disease-related protein target and compound of DBT databases were constructed. The TCMSP, Chem mapper and STITCH databases were used to predict the protein targets of DBT. Using the Cytoscape 3.2.1 to establish a phytochemical component–target protein interaction network and establish a component, protein and hub metabolite protein–protein interaction(PPI) network and merging the three PPI networks basing on BisoGenet. The gene enrichment analysis was used to analyse the relationship between proteins based on the relevant genetic similarity by ClueGO. The results shown DBT effectively treated anaemia in vivo. 11 metabolic pathways are involved in the therapeutic effect of DBT in vivo; S-adenosyl-L-methionine, glycine, L-cysteine, arachidonic acid(AA) and phosphatidylcholine(PC) were screened as hub metabolites in APH-and CTX-induced anaemia. A total of 288 targets were identified as major candidates for anaemia progression. The gene-set enrichment analysis revealed that the targets are involved in iron ion binding, haemopoiesis, reactive oxygen species production, inflammation and apoptosis. 制备了氧化三辛基膦表面修饰的油溶性ZrO2纳米微粒,用透射电镜(TEM)、X-射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪对其进行表征,研究了其作为多烷基环戊烷(maCs)添加剂的摩擦学性能及润滑机理.结果表明:ZrO2纳米微粒粒径大约为7～8 nm,分布比较均匀,无明显团聚,在非极性溶剂中能很好地溶解和稳定分散;作为maCs添加剂,在摩擦过程中,无机ZrO2纳米微粒以沉积膜形式沉积在摩擦副表面,有机修饰剂中的活性P元素在摩擦副表面发生了化学反应,形成了FePO4极压润滑膜,ZrO2沉积膜和FePO4极压润滑膜的协同作用起到了良好的抗磨和抗极压作用.

利用亚锡离子还原银离子生成的金属银沉积在合成的梨形氧化锌表面作为晶种,进一步生长银纳米粒子,制备了梨形的、核壳结构的、单分散的氧化锌/银亚微米球。利用X射线衍射、透射电镜、能量色散X射线谱、紫外可见吸收谱及光致发光谱对所制备样品的形貌、微观结构、组成和光学性能进行了表征。结果表明:(1)样品是由梨形亚微米氧化锌核和银纳米颗粒壳组成;(2)在氧化锌表面的银纳米粒子作为光激发产生的电子捕获剂提高了光产生的载流子的分离效率,在能量没有改变的情况下减少了紫外发射光的强度,淬灭了可见发射光。

Aging Precipitation Behavior of 18Cr-16Mn-2Mo-1.1N High Nitrogen Austenitic Stainless Steel and Its Influences on Mechanical Properties

The solution-treated (ST) condition and aging precipitation behavior of 18Cr-16Mn-2Mo-1.1N high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel (HNS) were investigated by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results show that the ST condition of 18Cr-16Mn-2Mo-1.1N HNS with wN above 1% is identified as 1100 ℃ for 90 min, followed by water quenching to make sure the secondary phases completely dissolve into austenitic matrix and prevent the grains coarsening too much. Initial time-temperature-precipitation (TTP) curve of aged 18Cr-16Mn-2Mo-1.1N HNS which starts with precipitation of 0.05% in volume fraction is defined and the 'nose' temperature of precipitation is found to be 850 ℃ with an incubation period of 1 min. Hexagonal intergranular and cellular Cr2N with a=0.478 nm and c=0.444 nm precipitates gradually increase in the isothermal aging treatment. The matrix nitrogen depletion due to the intergranular and a few cellular Cr2N precipitates induces the decay of Vickers hardness, and the increment of cellular Cr2N causes the increase in the values. Impact toughness presents a monotonic decrease and SEM morphologies show the leading brittle intergranular fracture. The ultimate tensile strength (UTS), yield strength (YS) and elongation (El) deteriorate obviously. Stress concentration occurs when the matrix dislocations pile up at the interfaces of precipitation and matrix, and the interfacial dislocations may become precursors to the misfit dislocations, which can form small cleavage facets and accelerate the formation of cracks.
