To the Editor:Allogeneic hemopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT)represents the only long-term survival treatment choice for patients with myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS)and MDS/myeloproliferative neoplasm(MPN).Unfortunately,post-hemopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)relapse remains a cause of treatment failure and the results of salvage treatments are *** better conditioning regimens is urgently *** studies have shown synergistic antileukemic effects between decitabine(DEC)and idarubicin(IDA).[1]In an attempt to design a conditioning strategy with very low toxicity but considerable myelosuppressive activity and potential immune-enhancing effects for patients with high-risk MDS and MDS/MPN,we combined DEC and IDA with busulfan,cyclophosphamide,andudarabine for a modied myeloablative regimen in this prospective,multicenter cohort study(hereafter referred to as the“DEC/IDA study”).

magnesia-calcia refractories are widely used in the production process of clean steel due to their excellent high-tem-perature stability,slag resistance and ability to purify molten ***,there are still problems such as difficult sintering and easy ***-calcia materials with various calcium oxide contents were prepared by using induction sintering,and the sintering property combined with the hydration resistance of the materials was *** experimental results showed that the magnesia-calcia materials prepared under induction field had higher density,microhardness and hydration *** particular,the relative density of induction sintered magnesia-calcia materials with 50 mo1%cao was greater than 98%,and the average grain size of cao was 4.56μm,which was much larger than that of traditional sintered *** order to clarify the densification and microstructure evolution mechanism of the magnesia-calcia materials,the changes in temperature and magnetic field throughout the sintering process were analyzed by using finite element *** results showed that the larger heating rate and higher sintering temperature under the induction sintering mode were beneficial to the rapid *** addition,the hot spots generated within the material due to the difference in high-temperature electric conductivity between MgO and cao were the critical factor to realize selective sintering in MgO-cao system,which provides a novel pathway to solve the problem of difficult sintering and control the microstructure of high-temperature composite material used in the field of high-purity steel smelting.

教师关注力是教师教学能力的重要部分.重视和发展职前教师的教师关注力,有助于提升他们对课堂教学的理解和教学能力.已有的教师关注力分析框架均采用西方的课堂视角,针对中国内地数学教师和课堂教学的研究十分缺乏.因此,研究基于中国课堂发展的焦点关注分析框架(起点、重点、难点和关键点),采用混合研究法,以广东省某高校17位职前数学教师为研究对象,对小学数学示范课数与代数领域的教学视频进行观察和分析,通过焦点关注分析框架探索中国内地职前数学教师在教师关注力方面的表现.结果发现:运用焦点关注分析框架进行观课,职前数学教师在不同焦点所呈现的关注力水平不一致,其中在“关键点”的水平相比其它3个焦点要低;在内容方面多关注教师和教学法.参与研究的职前数学教师可能因为缺乏实践教学经验和对真实课堂的感知,对课堂教学事件的理解不深,所关注的内容较难聚焦.研究的发现为运用焦点关注分析框架分析中国数学课堂教学,促进教师教育中的教师关注力发展提供了一些启示.

为获得高比活度的Xe测量源,开展了常温常压下CF-1450活性炭分离低浓度Xe和Kr的研究。利用液氮温度下N2的吸附脱附测试对CF-1450活性炭的孔结构进行了表征。结果表明,CF-1450活性炭的BET比表面积为1680 m^(2)/g,孔径分布以微孔为主。采用静态吸附法和混合气体动态吸附-脱附法研究了CF-1450活性炭常温常压下分离低浓度Xe和Kr的性能。在25℃时,CF-1450活性炭的Xe静态吸附容量为3.25 mmol/g,Kr静态吸附容量为1.30 mmol/g;Xe亨利系数为0.21 mmol/(g·kPa),Kr亨利系数为0.02 mmol/(g·kPa),Xe/Kr亨利选择性为10.5。在低压下,利用IAST法计算的Xe/Kr吸附选择性(y(Xe)∶y(Kr)=50∶50,y为混合气体中Xe、Kr的摩尔分数)为10.6。CF-1450活性炭对Xe和Kr的零点等量吸附热分别为35.7 kJ/mol和13.9 kJ/mol。基于CF-1450活性炭动态吸附分离和动态脱附分离低浓度Xe和Kr的研究结果,建立了常温常压下动态吸附-脱附法分离低浓度Xe和Kr的工艺流程,Xe回收率为79%,Kr去污因子为195。

从转录组数据中筛选到27个参与干旱-复水胁迫响应的bZIP基因,构建共表达网络图。结果发现,ZmbZIP15处于核心节点位置,该基因位于第5号染色体,编码176个氨基酸,包含高度保守的bZIP结构域,属于亲水性蛋白。蛋白进化树分析发现,该蛋白与芒草、高粱的亲缘关系最近,与大麦、小麦的亲缘关系最远。ZmbZIP15基因ATG上游2 K启动子的顺式元件分析,发现含有多个参与调控脱落酸、低温和干旱的结合元件。实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)结果显示,ZmbZIP15是组成型表达基因,在雌穗高表达,幼茎的表达量最低。干旱、高温、盐、氮胁迫处理下,该基因的表达量显著上调,说明ZmbZIP15基因积极参与并调控非生物胁迫途径。过表达ZmbZIP15转基因拟南芥抗旱性检测分析,发现干旱胁迫处理下过表达ZmbZIP15基因能够提高拟南芥幼苗的抗旱性。亚细胞定位显示,该基因编码的蛋白定位于细胞核。

The pitch angle distributions of ions and electrons can be affected by various processes;thus,they can serve as an important indicator of the physical mechanisms driving the dynamics of space *** observations from the mars Ion and Neutral Particle Analyzer onboard the Tianwen-1 orbiter,we calculated the pitch angle distributions of protons in the martian induced magnetosphere by using information from the magnetohydrodynamically simulated magnetic field,and we statistically analyzed the spatial occurrence pattern of different types of pitch angle *** though no symmetrical features were seen in the dataset,we found the dominance of the field-aligned distribution type over the energy range from 188 to 6232 *** of the occurrence rate showed the preferential presence of a trapped-like distribution at the lower altitudes of the surveyed nightside *** our results are more or less restricted by the adopted magnetic field,they indicate the complexity of the near-mars proton pitch angle distributions and infer the possibility of wave–particle interactions in the martian induced magnetosphere.
