H13 tool steel was successfully prepared by selective laser melting(SLM)*** effects of heat treatment on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and tribological properties of SLMed H13 steel were *** heat treatment process involved a solution treatment and a double aging treatment of the deposited H13 tool steel prepared by *** aim is to optimize the microstructure and mechanical properties of SLMed H13 *** to the rapid heating and cooling effects of SLM,carbide precipitation in the deposited H13 steel was not uniform and residual stresses were *** purpose of the solution treatment is to dissolve the solution at a high temperature to eliminate the residual stresses and defects introduced by the SLM-forming *** solution treatment and first aging treatment produced the precipitation of small carbides at the grain boundaries and inside the crystals,which increased the hardness of SLMed H13 *** hardness increased from 538±4.0 HV of the as-deposited sample to 548±5.8 HV of samples after the first aging ***,the ultimate tensile strength and the elongation at break decreased from 1882 MPa and 11.5%in the as-deposited sample to 1697 MPa and 7.9%in those after the first aging treatment,***,the friction coefficient and wear rate in the as-deposited sample decreased from 0.5160 and 2.36×10^(–6)mm^(−3)N^(−1)m^(−1)to 0.4244 and 1.04×10^(–6)mm^(−3)N^(−1)m^(−1),***,the distribution of carbides inside the crystals was not *** second aging treatment adjusted the morphology of carbide precipitation and made it more uniform,but the precipitation of carbides grew and settled at the bottom of the grain *** hardness decreased to 533±6.7 HV compared with that with the first aging treatment,but the ultimate tensile strength and plasticity reached a balance(1807 MPa,14.05%).Accordingly,the friction coefficient and wear rate also showed a stable and decreasin

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

The fully developed laminar flow in helical elliptical pipes is influenced by curvature, torsion and aspect ratio of cross-section. With the aid of the symbolic manipulation technique, the governing equations were solved by the Galerkin method, The procedures of implementing the Galerkin method for flows in curvilinear pipes were discussed. The effects of the aspect ratio and torsion on the flow structure, wall shear stress and flow ratio were examined in detail. The results show that the flow characteristic for aspect ratio larger than unit is quite different from those for the aspect ratio smaller than unit.

Aims:Surveys and research on the applications of the hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)are important for understanding the current status and future development of this technology in *** article aimed to investigate the status of hepatic venous pressure gradient measurement in China in ***:We investigated the overall status of HVPG technology in China-including hospital distribution,hospital level,annual number of cases,catheters used,average cost,indications,and current challenges by using online *** counting the number and percentages of cases of these results,we hope to clarify the current status of HVPG measurements in ***:According to the survey,85 hospitals in China used HVPG technology in 2022 distributed across 29 provinces.A total of 4989 HVPG measurements were performed in all of the surveyed hospitals in 2022,of which 2813 cases(56.4%)were measured *** average cost of HVPG measurement was 5646.8±2327.9 *** the clinical teams who performed the measurements(sometimes multiple per hospital),94.3%(82/87)used the balloon method,and the majority of the teams(72.4%,63/87)used embolectomy ***:This survey clarified the clinical application status of HVPG in China and confirmed that some medical institutions in China have established a foundation for this *** is still necessary to continue promoting and popularizing this technology in the future.

The flow and convected heat transfer of the Oldroyd-B fluids in a rotating curved pipe with circular cross-section were investigated by employing a perturbation method. A perturbation solution up to the second order was obtained for a small curvature ratio, κ. The variations of axial velocity distribution and secondary flow structure with F, Re and We were discussed in detail in order to investigate the combined effects of the three parameters on flow structure. The combined effects of the Coriolis force, inertia force and elastic force on the temperature distribution were also analyzed, which are greater than the adding independent effects of the three forces. The variations of the flow rate and Nusselt number with the rotation, inertia and elasticity were examined as well. The results show the characteristics of the heat and mass transfer of the Oldroyd-B fluids in a rotating curved pipe.

The fully developed Oldroyd-B fluid flow through rotating square ducts was numerically studied. The effects of the rotation on secondary flow, axial velocity, and axial normal stress were examined in detail. The results indicated that all of the secondary flow, the axial flow, and the axial normal stress were evidently affected by the rotation. The Taylor-Proudman phenomenon could be observed in the flow. For the secondary flow, the four vortices structure and the six vortices structure were described. Recent studies also showed the effects of rotation on the axial normal stress.

Finely tuned mitogen-activated protein kinase(maPK)signaling is important for cancer cell *** that push cells out of the maPK fitness zone result in cell ***,in a screen of the North China Pharmaceutical Group Corporation’s pure compound library of microbial origin,we identified elaiophylin as an autophagy ***,we demonstrated a new role for elaiophylin in inducing excessive endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress,ER-derived cytoplasmic vacuolization,and consequent paraptosis by hyperactivating the maPK pathway in multiple cancer ***-wide CRISPR/Cas9 knockout library screening identified SHP2,an upstream intermediary of the maPK pathway,as a critical target in elaiophylin-induced *** cellular thermal shift assay(CETSA)and surface plasmon resonance(SPR)assay further confirmed the direct binding between the SHP2 and *** of the SHP2/SOS1/maPK pathway through SHP2 knockdown or pharmacological inhibitors distinctly attenuated elaiophylin-induced paraptosis and autophagy ***,elaiophylin markedly increased the alreadyelevated maPK levels and preferentially killed drug-resistant cells with enhanced basal maPK *** overcame drug resistance by triggering paraptosis in multiple tumor-bearing mouse models resistant to platinum,taxane,or PARPi,suggesting that elaiophylin might offer a reasonable therapeutic strategy for refractory ovarian cancer.

采用贴体坐标系下的SIMPLE方法研究了S形复合管道中三维周期性充分发展的层流流动.对流项采用一阶迎风格式和QUICK格式相结合的方法,保证了解的收敛性和高精度特性.数值实验表明,在一个流动周期内,S形复合管道中前后两个半圆弧段中的流动结构一致,但二次流旋转方向和轴向速度的偏移方向相反.曲率对流动有很大的影响,曲率越大轴向速度的最大值越小,二次流的最大值越大.在前后半个周期开始阶段,二次流都有一个突然变小和改变旋转方向的过程.流动阻力随着曲率的增大而增大.

极坐标系下黏性流动的拟谱方法

针对拟谱方法在极坐标下遇到的坐标奇异以及压力边界条件难处理等问题,提出了一种新的基于极坐标系下的拟谱方法.该方法在一致网格上直接求解非定常原始变量形式的N-S方程,采用算子分裂法来解耦速度和压力,在径向采用Chebyshev-Radau配置点,在角方向采用标准的Fourier配置点.同时对压力的谱导数矩阵进行了变换,使边界上的压力点不出现在计算方程中.把该方法应用于圆截面的曲线管道的层流流动中,数值实验结果表明,该方法成功解决了极坐标系中的坐标奇异问题;对压力谱导数矩阵的变换,避免了对压力提非物理的边界条件,保证了解的精度,同时也消除了虚假压力模式.
