In response to practical application challenges in utilizing solar-powered unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)for remote sensing,this study presents a three-dimensional path planning method tailored for urban-mountainous *** into account constraints related to the solar-powered UAV,terrain,and mission objectives,a multi-objective trajectory optimization model is transferred into a single-objective optimization problem with weight factors and multiconstraint and is developed with a focus on three key indicators:minimizing trajectory length,maximizing energy flow e±ciency,and minimizing regional risk ***,an enhanced sparrow search algorithm incorporating the Levy flight strategy(SSA-Levy)is introduced to address trajectory planning challenges in such complex *** simulation,the proposed algorithm is compared with particle swarm optimization(PSO)and the regular sparrow search algorithm(SSA)across 17 standard test functions and a simplified simulation of urban-mountainous *** results of the simulation demonstrate the superior effectiveness of the designed improved SSA based on the Levy flight strategy for solving the established single-objective trajectory optimization model.

A stable,efficient,and economical bifunctional electrolytic catalyst would be incredibly beneficial for the development of hydrogen production by electrocatalytic water *** this study,we synthesized a novel MnS–MnO heterogeneous nanocube@N,S-doped carbon(MnS–MnO@NSC).MnS–MnO nanocubes possess rich heterogeneous interfaces and plentiful catalytic active sites to promote electrochemical reactions,while the N,S-doped carbon shell possesses excellent conductivity and catalytic properties and protects the ***–MnO@NSC exhibited excellent electrochemical properties as an effective bifunctional electrocatalyst for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in KOH *** the HER,the overpotential was as low as 124 mV at a current density of 10 ma·cm^(-2)while in the OER,it was only 340 mV at 100 ma·cm^(-2)under the same *** addition,a MnS–MnO@NSC||MnS–MnO@NSC electrolyzer exhibited almost comparable activity and higher steadiness than those exhibited by the state-of-the-art Pt/C||RuO_(2)/C system for full water splitting in KOH solution.

This paper presents a design of single photon avalanche diode(SPAD)light detection and ranging(LiDAR)sensor with 128×128 pixels and 128 column-parallel time-to-analog-merged-analog-to-digital converts(TA-ADCs).Unlike the conventional TAC-based SPAD LiDAR sensor,in which the TAC and ADC are separately implemented,we propose to merge the TAC and ADC by sharing their capacitors,thus avoiding the analog readout noise of TAC’s output buffer,improving the conversion rate,and reducing chip *** reverse start-stop logic is employed to reduce the power of the *** in a 180 nm CMOS process,our prototype sensor exhibits a timing resolution of 25 ps,a DNL of+0.30/−0.77 LSB,an INL of+1.41/−2.20 LSB,and a total power consumption of 190 mW.A flash LiDAR system based on this sensor demonstrates the function of 2D/3D imaging with 128×128 resolution,25 kHz inter-frame rate,and sub-centimeter ranging precision.

AIM:To explore the role of positron emission tomographycomputed tomography(PET-CT)examination in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular adnexal mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma(OAML).METHODS:The general clinical data,postoperative PET-CT results,treatment regimens,and the prognosis of 21 histopathologically confirmed OAML patients between October 2017 and September 2021 were *** the 21 patients,five patients underwent surgical treatment alone,13 patients underwent surgical treatment combined with radiotherapy,and three patients underwent surgical treatment combined with ***:The follow-up period ranged from 8 to 79mo,with four cases of recurrence and no *** PETCT examination,two patients exhibited both local ocular metabolic elevation and systemic metastasis,and one of these patients had cervical lymph node metastasis,while the other had submandibular and parotid gland *** patients showed only local ocular metabolic elevation,while 10 patients had no abnormal metabolic activity ***:PET-CT examination plays a crucial role in detecting residual lesions and recurrence following tumor resection,aiding in precise disease staging,and facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans,ultimately improving patient prognosis.

Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries mainly rely on the reversible electrochemical reaction of between lithium ions(Li^(+))and sulfur species to achieve energy storage and conversion,therefore,increasing the number of free Li^(+)and improving the Li^(+)diffusion kinetics will effectively enhance the cell ***,Mo-based MXene heterostructure(MoS_(2)@Mo_(2)C)was developed by partial vulcanization of Mo_(2)C MXene,in which the introduction of similar valence S into Mo-based MXene(Mo_(2)C)can create an electron delocalization *** theoretical simulations and electrochemical characterisation,it is demonstrated that the MoS_(2)@Mo_(2)C heterojunction can effectively promote ion desolvation,increase the amount of free Li^(+),and accelerate Li^(+)transport for more efficient polysulfide *** addition,the MoS_(2)@Mo_(2)C material is also capable of accelerating the oxidation and reduction of polysulfides through its sufficient defects and vacancies to further enhance the catalytic ***,the Li-S battery with the designed MoS_(2)@Mo_(2)C electrocatalyst performed for 500 cycles at 1 C and still maintained the ideal capacity(664.7 mah·g^(−1)),and excellent rate performance(567.6 mah·g^(−1)at 5 C).Under the extreme conditions of high loading,the cell maintained an excellent capacity of 775.6 mah·g^(−1)after 100 *** also retained 838.4 mah·g^(−1)for 70 cycles at a low temperature of 0℃,and demonstrated a low decay rate(0.063%).These results indicate that the delocalized electrons effectively accelerate the catalytic conversion of lithium polysulfide,which is more practical for enhancing the behaviour of Li-S batteries.

Entanglement in macroscopic systems,as a fundamental quantum resource,has been utilized to propel the advancement of quantum technology and probe the boundary between the quantum and classical *** study focuses on a unique hybrid quantum system comprising of an ensemble of silicon vacancy(SiV)centers coupled to phononic waveguides in diamond via strain *** employing two sets of time-dependent,non-overlapping driving fields,we investigate the generation process and dynamic properties of macroscopic quantum entanglement,providing fresh insights into the behavior of such hybrid quantum ***,it paves the way for new possibilities in utilizing quantum entanglement as an information carrier in quantum information processing and quantum communication.

The low-wavenumber components in the gradient of full waveform inversion(FWI)play a vital role in the stability of the ***,when FWI is implemented in some high frequencies and current models are not far away from the real velocity model,an excessive number of low-wavenumber components in the gradient will also reduce the convergence rate and inversion *** solve this problem,this paper firstly derives a formula of scattering angle weighted gradient in FWI,then proposes a hybrid *** hybrid gradient combines the conventional gradient of FWI with the scattering angle weighted gradient in each inversion frequency band based on an empirical formula derived *** weighted hybrid mode,we can retain some low-wavenumber components in the initial lowfrequency inversion to ensure the stability of the inversion,and use more high-wavenumber components in the high-frequency inversion to improve the convergence *** results of synthetic data experiment demonstrate that compared to the conventional FWI,the FWI based on the proposed hybrid gradient can effectively reduce the low-wavenumber components in the gradient under the premise of ensuring inversion *** also greatly enhances the convergence rate and inversion accuracy,especially in the deep part of the *** the field marine seismic data experiment also illustrates that the FWI based on hybrid gradient(HGFWI)has good stability and adaptability.
